Techniques of sujok therapy in speech therapy practice. Su-jok therapy in correctional work with preschoolers

"A child's mind is at his fingertips"

V. A. Sukhomlinsky.

Introduction.

Fine developed speech– the most important condition for the comprehensive development of children. The richer and more correct a child’s speech, the easier it is for him to express his thoughts, the wider his opportunities for understanding the surrounding reality, the more meaningful and fulfilling his relationships with peers and adults, the more actively his mental development. But in lately There is an increase in the number of children with disorders of general, fine motor skills and speech development. Therefore, it is so important to take care of the formation of children’s speech, its purity and correctness, warning and correcting various disorders, which are considered to be any deviations from generally accepted norms of language. Today in the arsenal of those who are engaged in raising and educating children preschool age there is extensive practical material, the use of which contributes to effective speech development child. All practical material can be divided into two groups: firstly, helping the direct speech development of the child and, secondly, indirectly, which includes non-traditional speech therapy technologies.

One of the non-traditional speech therapy technologies is Su-Jok therapy (“Su” – hand, “Jock” – foot). The research of the South Korean scientist Professor Park Jae-Woo, who developed Su-Jok therapy, substantiates the mutual influence of individual parts of our body on the principle of similarity (the similarity of the shape of the ear with the human embryo, the arms and legs of a person with the human body, etc.). These healing systems were created not by man - he just discovered them - but by Nature itself. This is the reason for her strength and security. Stimulation of the points leads to healing. Improper use never causes harm to a person - it is simply ineffective. Therefore, by identifying the necessary points in the correspondence systems, it is possible to develop the child’s speech sphere. On the hands and feet there are systems of highly active points corresponding to all organs and areas of the body. By influencing them, we can regulate the functioning internal organs. For example, the little finger is the heart, the ring finger is the liver, the middle finger is the intestines, the index finger is the stomach, thumb– head. Consequently, by influencing certain points, it is possible to influence the human organ corresponding to this point.

In correctional - speech therapy work I actively use Su-Jok therapy techniques as a massage for dysarthric disorders, for the development of fine motor skills of the fingers, as well as for the purpose general strengthening body.

Thus, Su-Jok therapy is one of the effective techniques that ensures the development of the cognitive, emotional and volitional spheres of the child.

Goal: to correct speech disorders using Su-Jok therapy.

  • Affect biologically active points according to the Su-Jok system.
  • Stimulate the speech areas of the cerebral cortex.
  • To increase the level of competence of teachers and parents in the correction of speech disorders in children.

Su-Jok therapy techniques:

Massage with a special ball. Since there are many biologically active points in the palm, in an efficient way their stimulation is massage with a special ball. By rolling the ball between their palms, children massage their arm muscles. Each ball has a “magic” ring.

And the next step is: Massage elastic ring, which helps stimulate the functioning of internal organs. Since the entire human body is projected onto the hand and foot, as well as onto each finger and toe, an effective way to prevent and treat diseases is to massage the fingers, hands and feet with an elastic ring. The ring should be put on your finger and the area of the corresponding affected part of the body should be massaged until it becomes red and a feeling of warmth appears. This procedure must be repeated several times a day.

With the help of “hedgehog” balls with rings, children like to massage their fingers and palms, which has a beneficial effect on the entire body, as well as on the development of fine motor skills of the fingers, thereby promoting the development of speech.

Manual massage of hands and fingers. Massage of the fingers and nail plates of the hands is very useful and effective. These areas correspond to the brain. In addition, the entire human body is projected onto them in the form of mini-correspondence systems. Therefore, the fingertips must be massaged until a lasting feeling of warmth is achieved. This has a healing effect on the entire body. It is especially important to influence the thumb, which is responsible for the person’s head.

During correctional activities, active points located on the fingers are stimulated using various devices (balls, massage balls, walnuts, spiny ridges). I do this work before completing tasks related to drawing and writing for 1 minute.

Foot massage. The impact on the foot points is carried out while walking on ribbed paths, massage mats, rugs with buttons, etc.

For speech therapy purposes, su-jok therapy together with finger games, mosaics, lacing, shading, modeling, drawing activates the development of children's speech.

Let's look at some forms work with children to normalize muscle tone and stimulate speech areas in the cerebral cortex, correct pronunciation (sound automation), develop lexical and grammatical categories, and improve spatial orientation skills.

1. Su-Jock massage with balls. /children repeat words and perform actions with the ball in accordance with the text/

I roll the ball in circles

I drive him back and forth.

I will stroke their palm.

It's like I'm sweeping away crumbs

And I'll squeeze it a little,

How a cat squeezes its paw

I'll press the ball with each finger,

And I'll start with the other hand.

2. Massage fingers with an elastic ring. /Children alternately put massage rings on each finger, reciting a poem finger gymnastics/

One - two - three - four - five, /extend fingers one at a time/

The fingers went out for a walk,

This finger is the strongest, thickest and largest.

This finger is for showing it.

This finger is the longest and stands in the middle.

This ring finger is the most spoiled one.

And the little finger, although small, is very dexterous and daring.

3.Using Su-Jok balls to automate sounds. /the child alternately puts a massage ring on each finger, while reciting a poem to automate the given sound Ш/

On the right hand:

This baby is Ilyusha, (on the thumb)

This baby is Vanyusha, (pointing)

This baby is Alyosha, (average)

This baby is Antosha, (nameless)

And the smaller baby is called Mishutka by his friends. (little finger)

On the left hand:

This little girl is Tanyusha, (on the thumb)

This little girl is Ksyusha, (pointing)

This little girl is Masha, (average)

This little girl is Dasha, (nameless)

And the younger one's name is Natasha. (little finger)

The child rolls the ball between his palms, while reciting a poem to automate the sound J.

A hedgehog walks without paths

Doesn't run from anyone.

From head to toe

A hedgehog covered in needles.

How to take it?

4. The use of Su-Jok balls in improving lexical and grammatical categories

Exercise "One-many". The speech therapist rolls a “miracle ball” across the child’s table, naming the object singular. The child, having caught the ball with his palm, rolls it back, naming the nouns in the plural.

I conduct the exercises “Say it kindly” and “Say the opposite” in the same way.

5. Using Su-Jok balls to develop memory and attention

Children follow the instructions: put the ring on your little finger right hand, take the ball in your right hand and hide it behind your back, etc.; the child closes his eyes, the adult puts a ring on any of his fingers, and he must name which finger of which hand the ring is on.

6. Using balls when performing gymnastics

I.p.: feet shoulder-width apart, arms down along the body, a ball in the right hand.

1 - spread your arms to the sides;

2 - raise your hands up and transfer the ball to the other hand;

3 - spread your arms to the sides;

4 - lower your hands.

7. Using balls to sound words

To characterize sounds, massage balls of three colors are used: red, blue, green. On the instructions of the speech therapist, the child shows the ball corresponding to the designation of the sound.

8. Using marbles to improve your skills in using prepositions

There is a box on the table, according to the speech therapist’s instructions, the child places the balls accordingly: a red ball - in the box; blue - under the box; green - near the box; Then, on the contrary, the child must describe the adult’s action.

9. Using balls for syllabic analysis of words

Exercise “Divide words into syllables”: The child names the syllable and takes one ball from the box, then counts the number of syllables.

10. Computer presentation: Fairy tale “Hedgehog on a walk” /Appendix No. 1/

These are just some examples of the use of su-jok therapy in our work. Creative approach, the use of alternative methods and techniques contributes to more interesting, diverse and effective implementation correctional education and joint activities teachers and children in kindergarten.

The undeniable advantages of Su-Jok therapy are:

High efficiency - at correct use a pronounced effect occurs.

Absolute safetymisuse never causes harm - it is simply ineffective.

Versatility- Su-Jok therapy can be used by both teachers in their work and parents at home.

Ease of use– to obtain results, stimulate biologically active points using Su-Jok balls. /they are freely sold in pharmacies and do not require large expenses/

Thus, Su-Jok therapy is highly effective, universal, affordable and absolutely safe method self-healing and self-healing by influencing active points located on the hands and feet with special massage balls, the use of which in combination with exercises for correcting sound pronunciation and developing lexical and grammatical categories helps to increase the physical and mental performance of children, creates a functional basis for a relatively quick transition to more high level motor activity of muscles and the opportunity for optimal targeted speech work with the child, providing a stimulating effect on speech development.

The combination of exercises such as finger gymnastics, self-massage with exercises for correcting sound pronunciation and the formation of lexical and grammatical categories can significantly increase the effectiveness of correctional and speech therapy activities in conditions kindergarten, optimize the performance of speech exercises at home.

Consequently, the use of Su-Jok therapy helps to correct speech disorders in children.

TALE “Hedgehog on a walk”

/Exercises with a Su-Jock massager ball using a computer presentation/

Target: influence biologically active points according to the Su-Jok system, stimulate the speech zones of the cerebral cortex.

Equipment : Su-Jok ball - massager.

Once upon a time there lived a hedgehog in the forest, in his little house - a hole (hold the ball in your palm).

The hedgehog looked out of his hole (open your palms and show the ball) and saw the sun. The hedgehog smiled at the sun (smile, fan out one palm) and decided to take a walk through the forest.

A hedgehog rolled along a straight path (roll the ball with straight movements across your palm), rolled and rolled and came running to a beautiful, round clearing (join palms in the shape of a circle). The hedgehog was happy and began to run and jump across the clearing (hold the ball between your palms)

I started smelling flowers (touch the spines of the ball to the tip of your finger and do deep breath) . Suddenly clouds came running (hold the ball in one fist, in the other, frown), and the rain started dripping: drip-drip-drip (knock the ball's spines with your fingertips in a pinch).

A hedgehog hid under a large fungus (use the palm of your left hand to make a hat and hide the ball along it) and took shelter from the rain, and when the rain stopped, they grew in the clearing different mushrooms: boletuses, boletuses, honey mushrooms, chanterelles and even porcini mushrooms (show fingers).

The hedgehog wanted to make his mother happy, pick mushrooms and take them home, and there are so many of them... how will the hedgehog carry them? Yes, on your back. The hedgehog carefully placed the mushrooms on the needles (prick each fingertip with a ball spike) and ran home happy (Roll out the ball with straight movements across your palm).

Appendix No. 2

Exercises with a Su-Jock massager ball:

1. Take 2 massage balls and pass them over the child’s palms (his hands are on his knees, palms up), making one movement for each stressed syllable:

Stroke my palms, hedgehog!

You're prickly, so what!

Then the child strokes them with his palms and says:

I want to pet you

I want to get along with you.

2. In the clearing, on the lawn /roll the ball between your palms/

Bunnies galloped all day long. /jump on your palm with a ball/

And rolled on the grass /roll forward - backward/

From the tail to the head.

The hares galloped like this for a long time, /jump on your palm with a ball/

But we jumped and got tired. /put the ball on your palm/

Snakes crawled past /lead along the palm/

"Good morning!" - they were told.

I began to stroke and caress

All bunnies will be mother bunny. /stroke each finger with a ball/

3. The bear was walking sleepily, /walk the ball along the hand/

And behind her is a bear cub. /walk quietly with a ball along your hand/

And then the kids came /walk the ball along the hand/

They brought books in briefcases.

They began to open books /press the ball on each finger/

And write in notebooks.

Introduction

Well-developed speech is the most important condition for the comprehensive development of children. The richer and more correct a child’s speech, the easier it is for him to express his thoughts, the wider his opportunities for understanding the surrounding reality, the more meaningful and fulfilling his relationships with peers and adults, the more active his mental development is. But recently there has been an increase in the number of children with disorders of gross, fine motor skills and speech development. Therefore, it is so important to take care of the formation of children’s speech, its purity and correctness, preventing and correcting various violations, which are considered to be any deviations from generally accepted norms of language. Today, those involved in raising and teaching preschool children have at their disposal extensive practical material, the use of which contributes to the effective speech development of the child. All practical material can be divided into two groups: firstly, helping the direct speech development of the child and, secondly, indirectly, which includes non-traditional speech therapy technologies.

One of our directions pedagogical activity within the project Health-saving technologies in the work of a speech therapist - correctional and developmental work to strengthen muscles and improve hand movements in children using sujok therapy in the process of speech correction. Many articles and books have been written about the need for targeted work in this area; many studies have been conducted, covering from different angles the problem of the functional capabilities of children’s hands, the connection between the degree of formation of fine movements of the fingers and the level of speech and intellectual development.

Currently, non-traditional forms and means of working with children are attracting increasing attention. Sujok therapy is one of them. Based on traditional acupuncture and oriental medicine, she is considered one of best systems self-healing. For therapeutic effects, only those points that are located on the hands and feet are used here. ( Su in Korean - brush, jok - foot.)

The great German philosopher I. Kant wrote that the hand is the brain that has come out. There are points and zones on the hands that are interconnected with internal organs and various areas of the cerebral cortex. The areas of the cerebral cortex responsible for the movements of the speech organs and controlling the movements of the fingers are located in close proximity to each other. Going to the cerebral cortex nerve impulses from the fingers worry nearby speech zones, stimulating them active work. As a result, we put forward a hypothesis that if we systematically use sujok therapy techniques in speech therapy classes, the correctional and developmental process will proceed more effectively, and the time of correctional work may be reduced.

The purpose of using su-jok therapy is to stimulate highly active points corresponding to all organs and systems located on the hands and feet. The impact on the thumb, which is responsible for the human head, is especially important. The fingertips and nail plates are responsible for the brain.

Normalize muscle tone and stimulate speech areas in the cerebral cortex.

Use elements of su-jok therapy on various stages work and stages of speech correction classes.

Help reduce motor and emotional disinhibition, normalize tone.

Improve spatial orientation skills, develop memory, attention.

Ways to implement su-jok therapy in MBDOU CRR - kindergarten No. 28.

Working with teachers to get acquainted with su-jok, working methods for its use.

Working with children (organizing activities in classes, individual activities, everyday life).

Work with parents (workshop on the use of su-jok therapy, counseling)

Creating a developmental environment (purchasing massage balls, compiling files of games, exercises, artistic expression).

To implement the tasks, we use the following directions and forms of work:

development phonemic hearing and perception;

pronunciation correction (automation and differentiation of sounds);

improvement of lexical and grammatical categories;

improving spatial orientation skills.

exercises for the development of gross and fine motor skills.

In the process of using Su-jok therapy exercises, we use the following methods and techniques:

Interaction with a fairy-tale character.

The child is invited to play a fairy tale using su-jok.

Verbal techniques.

Nursery rhymes, jokes, poems, questions, fairy tales, riddles.

Gaming techniques.

Activity-game, game exercises.

Visual techniques.

Video materials.

Illustrations.

Practical actions.

Massage of hands, feet and fingers.

We carry out Sujok therapy in stages.

Stage I. Introducing children to su-jok and the rules of its use.

Stage II. Consolidation of knowledge in exercises and games.

Stage III. Independent use ball of su-jok according to needs and desires.

When organizing work on Su Jok therapy, we adhere to the following requirements.

Motivational support: we attract one or another external motive that empowers the right way actions with a certain value (imitate a literary character, imitate peers).

Emotional support:

an atmosphere of emotional positive emotions;

friendly attitude;

the speech therapist’s interest in the children’s success;

own emotional manifestations of both children and adults.

Form of organization: individual, subgroup and frontal exercises.

Features of interaction with children: providing a clear, interesting motive for activity.

As a result of using Su Jok therapy we expect:

beneficial effects on the entire body;

stimulation of speech zones of the cerebral cortex;

development of coordination of movements and fine motor skills;

development of voluntary behavior, attention, memory, speech and other mental processes necessary for the development of full-fledged educational activities.

The variability of the use in speech therapy practice of various methods and techniques for the development of manual praxis and stimulation of the correspondence systems of speech zones using su-jok allows one to achieve the following advantages:

reduce the time required for correctional work;

improve the quality of work;

reduce energy costs;

to establish continuity in the work of all those interested in correcting the speech of children.

Part I. Su-jok therapy - non-traditional speech therapy technology

"A child's mind is at his fingertips."

V. A. Sukhomlinsky.

SuJok therapy (Su-Jok) is one of the areas of ONNURI medicine developed by South Korean professor Park Jae-woo. Translated from Korean language Su - hand, Jock - foot. The Su-Jok diagnostic technique consists of searching on the hand and foot in certain areas, which are reflected reflex projections of internal organs, muscles, and the spine for painful points of correspondence (Su-Jok points of correspondence), indicating a particular pathology. Possessing a large number receptor fields, the hand and foot are associated with various parts of the human body. When a painful process occurs in the organs of the body, on the hands and feet, painful points“compliance” - associated with these bodies. By finding these points, the sujok (su-jok) therapist can help the body cope with the disease by stimulating them with needles, magnets, mokasmi (heating sticks), modulated light wave, seeds (biologically active stimulants) and other

Using the principle of similarity between the body and the hand, Professor Park proposed performing meridional acupuncture on it as well. The theory of the byol-meridian system and its acupuncture points was developed and clinically confirmed. Developing classical principles in Su-Jok therapy Chinese medicine Professor Park has developed treatment methods for harmonizing the Six Ki and Eight Ki, emotional and mental treatment through meridians, treatment using the open point method, diamond, spiral energy system, triorigin. Today the Su-Jok system is harmonious and diverse, and its methods

Sujok therapy is one of the non-traditional speech therapy technologies. By influencing them, we can regulate the functioning of internal organs. For example, the little finger is the heart, the ring finger is the liver, the middle finger is the intestines, the index finger is the stomach, the thumb is the head. Consequently, by influencing certain points, it is possible to influence the human organ corresponding to this point.

The Su-Jok method is a modern direction that combines the ancient knowledge of Eastern and latest achievements European medicine. In some countries, this method is included in government programs not only for health care, but also for education. Su-Jok therapy is aimed at activating areas of the cerebral cortex in order to prevent and correct speech disorders, since stimulation of bioenergy points promotes maturation nerve cells and their active functioning.

Observing and analyzing the results of work using Su-Jok therapy simulators together with work on the development of finger motor skills, I note that this method has a beneficial effect on the speech activity of children and has a positive effect on the correction of their speech disorders. This method of therapy is one of the effective means corrections that are increasingly used in special pedagogy and help achieve the greatest possible success in overcoming speech difficulties in preschool children. Against the background of comprehensive speech therapy assistance unconventional methods therapy, without requiring much effort, optimizes the process of speech correction for speech-language pathologist children and contributes to the improvement of the child’s entire body.

By showing a keen interest in exercises with simulators, the child develops not only finger motor skills, dexterity and coordination of movements, but also helps to increase physical and mental performance, creates the basis for a quick transition to a higher level of motor muscle activity, also activates the vocabulary, develops lexical and grammatical skills. categories, exercises for correcting sound pronunciation are used to automate the corrected sounds (by rolling the massager between the palms, the child recites a poem to automate the given sound), develops a sense of rhythm. A positive attitude is also important emotional background classes. This work is carried out in a playful way, using visual material, which will be outlined in the second chapter of the project.

Part II Practical application of Su-jok therapy in the correctional and developmental process of older preschool children

Su-jok is also a regular and indirect impact on bioenergy points in order to activate the protective functions of the body.

Su-jok is also used for poor finger mobility. This procedure significantly improves fine motor skills hands, lifts the child’s mood.

We use su-jok massagers in the form of massage balls complete with metal massage rings in combination with speech correction exercises. The ball can be used to stimulate areas on the palms, and the massage rings are placed on the fingers. They can be massaged hard to reach places.

The use of su-jok massagers helps create a functional basis for the transition to a higher level of motor muscle activity and the opportunity for optimal speech work with the child, increases the physical and mental performance of children.

For the implementation of forms of correctional and developmental work, a promising plan was drawn up thematic plan, which includes themes, games, and exercises using elements of su-jok therapy.

Su-Jok therapy techniques

Massage with a special ball. Since there are many biologically active points in the palm of your hand, massage with a special ball is an effective way to stimulate them. By rolling the ball between their palms, children massage their arm muscles. Each ball has a “magic” ring.

And the next technique is: Massage with an elastic ring, which helps stimulate the functioning of internal organs. Since the entire human body is projected onto the hand and foot, as well as onto each finger and toe, an effective way to prevent and treat diseases is to massage the fingers, hands and feet with an elastic ring. Speech therapist: Have you heard anything about germs? Tell us about them, please.

Speech therapist: You are right, these are such small creatures, they are simply invisible to the eye. When they are outside the human body, they do not cause harm, but as soon as they get inside a person, they begin to “harm”, infect us and we get sick.

Speech therapist: What are you being treated with?

Speech therapist: Do you think it’s possible to be healthy without pills and injections?

How to do this?

Speech therapist: Of course, in cold weather you need to wear warm clothes, be sure to do exercises and wash yourself cold water, brush your teeth and always do good deeds, play sports. Let's do a warm-up with you.

Neboleikin. Hello, I heard your guys talking about bitter pills, and I decided to tell you about how you can improve your body without drugs. Each organ of your body corresponds to a specific place on your palm and foot. If any of the internal organs is sick or weakened, you can improve it with the help of Su Jok therapy. You can massage them with a stick, a massage ball, a walnut, or an elastic ring. But the most suitable tool is your hand, because it is always with you! You can massage with both your finger and clenched fists. Try it and you will succeed. Now look at this palm (showing a model of the palm) and find the thumb on your right hand, the “health” points of the head are located on it, now rub it well.

Take a big finger

Rub vigorously

You will be cheerful and healthy

No doctors needed.

Neboleikin. Did you feel the warmth? Enough. Now look at the other palm (showing the model of the palm). On your left hand, under your thumb, there is a point that corresponds to your lungs. Make a fist with your right hand and massage the area.

Clench your hand into a fist

Rub their palm

We do everything as needed

Let's rub together.

Neboleikin. Guys, now you know where on your palm there are health points corresponding to the head and lungs. We learned to help ourselves and get healthier. Next time I will teach you a new way to massage health points on your palms. Goodbye guys.

Lesson No. 2.

Goal: to create motivation in children for the need to be healthy.

Objectives: continue to teach children practical techniques of acupressure using natural material (walnuts);

promote the formation of the habit of taking care of your health.

Speech therapist: brings in a Neboleikin doll with a backpack with walnuts on his shoulders.

Speech therapist:. Neboleikin, what is that in your backpack?

Neboleikin. I brought “magic” walnuts for your guys. Come to me guys and take one nut each. Squeeze the nut in your palm, how do you feel? (Cold, hard, heats up quickly.) Now let’s massage the palms with a walnut.

Take the nut in your hand,

Gently squeeze it in your palm.

Rest for two seconds

Now squeeze harder.

Rest for two seconds

And squeeze harder again.

Transfer it to another palm,

Repeat the exercise.

Neboleikin. Well done guys. In winter, people's immunity weakens, so we often get colds and inflammation. respiratory tract- bronchi. Who knows what immunity is? (Protecting the body from disease.) What happens to a person when he has bronchitis? (The person has a cough and may have a fever.)

Neboleikin. Carefully examine the palm in my picture, and then find in your palm the place where the bronchi are located and roll the magic nut over it.

Let's massage your palm harder

To make it easier for us to breathe

And don’t get tired at all

Jump, run and gallop.

Neboleikin. Guys, did you like this method of recovery? What did you like? (No need to take pills, do compresses or injections, massage is fun, doesn’t hurt, it’s convenient to hold the nut in your hand.)

Neboleikin. Then I will go to another kindergarten and teach the children how to improve their health. Goodbye guys, I’ll come to you again and show you new ways to massage “health” points. (Children say goodbye to Neboleikin.)

Lesson No. 3.

Goal: to create motivation in children for the need to be healthy.

Objectives: continue to educate children about the value of health; consolidate the concept of the benefits of massage of “health points”, continue to teach children practical techniques of acupressure using an elastic massage ring.

Material: elastic massage ring, one per child, models of palms with indication of the “health” points of the arms and legs.

Progress of the lesson

Speech therapist:. Guys, today I will introduce you to a new way of massaging “health points”. To do this you will need an elastic massage ring. Look at my picture, find the fingers on it that indicate hands. Place the ring on the finger of your left hand, and use your right finger to move it up and down along the entire length of the finger.

I want to help my hands

I'll run a ring on them

TALE “Hedgehog on a walk”

Exercises with a ball massager Su-Jok using a computer presentation

Purpose: to influence biologically active points according to the Su-Jok system, to stimulate the speech zones of the cerebral cortex.

Equipment: Su-Jock ball - massager.

Once upon a time there lived a hedgehog in the forest, in his little house - a hole (hold the ball in your palm).

The hedgehog looked out of his hole (open his palms and show the ball) and saw the sun. The hedgehog smiled at the sun (smile, open one palm like a fan) and decided to take a walk through the forest.

The hedgehog rolled along a straight path (roll the ball with straight movements on your palm), rolled and rolled and came running to a beautiful, round clearing (put your palms together in the shape of a circle). The hedgehog was happy and began to run and jump around the clearing (holding the ball between his palms)

He began to smell the flowers (touch the ball’s spines to the tip of his finger and take a deep breath). Suddenly clouds came running (hold the ball in one fist, in the other, frown), and the rain started dripping: drip-drip-drip (knock on the thorns of the ball with your fingertips in a pinch).

The hedgehog hid under a large mushroom (use the palm of his left hand to make a hat and hide the ball over it) and took cover from the rain, and when the rain stopped, various mushrooms grew in the clearing: boletuses, boletus mushrooms, honey mushrooms, chanterelles and even a porcini mushroom (show fingers).

The hedgehog wanted to make his mother happy, pick mushrooms and take them home, and there are so many of them... how will the hedgehog carry them? Yes, on your back. The hedgehog carefully placed the mushrooms on the needles (prick each fingertip with the spike of the ball) and ran home happy (roll the ball out with straight movements on his palm).

Warm-up with a ball massager Su-Jok:

We take 2 massage balls and pass them over the child’s palms (his hands lie on his knees, palms up), making one movement for each stressed syllable:

Stroke my palms, hedgehog!

You're prickly, so what!

I want to pet you

I want to get along with you.

In a clearing, on a lawn /roll a ball between your palms/

From the tail to the head.

I began to stroke and caress

The she-bear was walking, sleepy, /walking with a ball on her hand/

They brought books in briefcases.

And write in notebooks.

Game exercises for developing fine motor skills using the Su Jok hedgehog:

Here are my helpers

Here are my assistants. (show fingers)

Turn them however you want.

Along the white, smooth path

Fingers gallop like horses. (run the ball along your arm, up to your elbow)

Chock, chock, chock,

Chock, chock, chock -

A frisky herd gallops. (repeat with the other hand)

Bunnies came to the meadow,

Two bears, Pinocchio,

And cheerful Cipollino,

And a kitten and a baby elephant. (alternately roll the Su Jok ball to each

One, two, three, four, five. finger, starting with the thumb)

Let's help our Katya

Here are all my fingers

Here are all my fingers

Turn them however you want -

And like this, and like this,

They don't sit well again. They knocked (knock on the ball with your fingers)

Twisted (turned the ball on the palm)

And they wanted to work.

Let your hands rest

Now back on the road.

With the help of “hedgehog” balls with rings, children like to massage their fingers and palms, which has a beneficial effect on the entire body, as well as on the development of fine motor skills of the fingers, thereby promoting the development of speech.

Conclusion

The use of special complexes of various games and exercises most contributes to the activation speech activity. They can be recommended for use by speech therapists, teachers and parents.

Thus, Su-Jok therapy is a highly effective, universal, accessible and absolutely safe method of self-healing and self-healing by influencing active points located on the hands and feet with special massage balls, the use of which in combination with exercises for correcting sound pronunciation and developing vocabulary. grammatical categories helps to increase the physical and mental performance of children, creates a functional basis for a relatively quick transition to a higher level of motor muscle activity and the opportunity for optimal targeted speech work with the child, having a stimulating effect on speech development.

The combination of exercises such as finger gymnastics, self-massage with exercises for correcting sound pronunciation and the formation of lexical and grammatical categories can significantly increase the effectiveness of correctional speech therapy activities in a kindergarten and optimize the performance of speech exercises at home.

Consequently, the use of Su-Jok therapy helps to correct speech disorders in children.

SU-JOK therapy in the work of a speech therapist.

"A child's mind is at his fingertips"

Today, those involved in raising and teaching preschool children have at their disposal extensive practical material, the use of which contributes to the child’s effective speech development.

In correctional and speech therapy work, I actively use Su-Jok therapy techniques as a massage for dysarthric disorders, for the development of fine motor skills of the fingers, as well as for the purpose of general strengthening of the body.

Thus, Su-Jok therapy is one of the effective techniques that ensures the development of the cognitive, emotional and volitional spheres of the child.

Goal: to correct speech disorders using Su-Jok therapy.

· Influence biologically active points according to the Su-Jok system.

· Stimulate the speech areas of the cerebral cortex.

· To increase the level of competence of teachers and parents in the correction of speech disorders in children.

Su-Jok therapy techniques:

Massage with a special ball. Since there are many biologically active points in the palm of your hand, massage with a special ball is an effective way to stimulate them. By rolling the ball between their palms, children massage their arm muscles. Each ball has a “magic” ring.

And the next step is: Massage with an elastic ring, which helps stimulate the functioning of internal organs.

During correctional activities, active points located on the fingers are stimulated using various devices (balls, massage balls, walnuts, prickly rollers). I do this work before completing tasks related to drawing and writing for 1 minute.

Foot massage. The impact on the foot points is carried out while walking on ribbed paths, massage mats, rugs with buttons, etc.

For speech therapy purposes, su-jok therapy, together with finger games, mosaics, lacing, shading, modeling, and drawing, activates the development of children's speech.

Let's look at some forms work with children to normalize muscle tone and stimulate speech areas in the cerebral cortex, correct pronunciation (sound automation), develop lexical and grammatical categories, and improve spatial orientation skills.

1. Massage Su – Jock balls. /children repeat words and perform actions with the ball in accordance with the text/

I roll the ball in circles

I drive him back and forth.

I will stroke their palm.

It's like I'm sweeping away crumbs

And I'll squeeze it a little,

How a cat squeezes its paw

I'll press the ball with each finger,

And I'll start with the other hand.

2. Massage the fingers with an elastic ring. /Children alternately put massage rings on each finger, reciting a finger gymnastics poem/

One - two - three - four - five, /extend fingers one at a time/

The fingers went out for a walk,

This finger is the strongest, thickest and largest.

This finger is for showing it.

This finger is the longest and stands in the middle.

This ring finger is the most spoiled one.

And the little finger, although small, is very dexterous and daring.

3.Using Su-Jok balls to automate sounds. /the child alternately puts a massage ring on each finger, while reciting a poem to automate the given sound Ш/

On the right hand:

This baby is Ilyusha, (on the thumb)

This baby is Vanyusha, (pointing)

This baby is Alyosha, (average)

This baby is Antosha, (nameless)

And the smaller baby is called Mishutka by his friends. (little finger)

On the left hand:

This little girl is Tanyusha, (on the thumb)

This little girl is Ksyusha, (pointing)

This little girl is Masha, (average)

This little girl is Dasha, (nameless)

And the younger one's name is Natasha. (little finger)

The child rolls the ball between his palms, while reciting a poem to automate the sound J.

A hedgehog walks without paths

Doesn't run from anyone.

From head to toe

A hedgehog covered in needles.

How to take it?

4. The use of Su-Jok balls in improving lexical and grammatical categories

Exercise "One-many". The speech therapist rolls a “miracle ball” across the child’s table, naming the object in the singular. The child, having caught the ball with his palm, rolls it back, calling nouns in the plural.

I conduct the exercises “Say it kindly” and “Say the opposite” in the same way.

5. Using Su-Jok balls to develop memory and attention

Children follow the instructions: put the ring on the little finger of your right hand, take the ball in your right hand and hide it behind your back, etc.; the child closes his eyes, the adult puts a ring on any of his fingers, and he must name which finger of which hand the ring is on.

6. Using balls when performing gymnastics

I. p.: feet shoulder-width apart, arms down along the body, a ball in the right hand.

1 - spread your arms to the sides;

2 - raise your hands up and transfer the ball to the other hand;

3 - spread your arms to the sides;

10. Computer presentation: Fairy tale “Hedgehog on a walk” /Appendix /

These are just some examples of the use of su-jok therapy in our work. A creative approach, the use of alternative methods and techniques contribute to a more interesting, varied and effective conduct of correctional educational and joint activities of teachers and children in kindergarten.

The undeniable advantages of Su-Jok therapy are:

High efficiency– when used correctly, a pronounced effect occurs.

Absolute safety– incorrect use never causes harm – it is simply ineffective.

Versatility- Su-Jok therapy can be used by both teachers in their work and parents at home.

Ease of use– to obtain results, stimulate biologically active points using Su-Jok balls. /they are freely sold in pharmacies and do not require large expenses/

Comments on the presentation

SuJok is one of the areas of acupuncture, the method of which is based on influencing certain biologically active points of the hands and feet. This type of therapy was developed by South Korean professor Park Jae-woo in the eighties of the twentieth century.

Translated from Korean, Su means hand and Jok means foot. The SuJok technique is based on the concept that there is a correspondence between the human body and his hands and feet. This is most clearly seen in the example of a brush. The thumb corresponds to the head, the index and little fingers correspond to the hands, the middle and ring fingers correspond to the legs. Back side hands - projection of the spine, surface of the palm under the thumb - rib cage, middle of the palm - abdominal cavity. There are special diagrams that show the correspondence of each point on the surface of the palm to a body part or organ.

Lightweight and hygienic The massage ball with the Su Jok system is easy to handle and accessible at any time. Try rolling it between your palms - you will immediately feel a surge of warmth and a slight tingling sensation. Its pointed projections affect biologically active points, invariably causing an improvement in well-being, relieving stress, fatigue and painful sensations, increasing the overall tone of the body.
Daily use of a massage ball (roll it between your palms or massage your feet for 10-15 minutes, 2 times a day) will relieve hypotension, constipation, and help with atherosclerosis, increased blood pressure and sexual weakness, you can use it to prevent diseases of the Central Nervous System And thyroid gland.

Studies by neuropathologists, psychiatrists and physiologists have shown that the morphological and functional formation of the speech areas of the cerebral cortex occurs under the influence of kinesthetic impulses coming from the fingers. Therefore, along with finger games, mosaics, shading, modeling, drawing, Su-Jok therapy for speech therapy purposes activates the development of a child’s speech.

The combination of exercises such as finger gymnastics, self-massage with exercises for correcting sound pronunciation can significantly increase the effectiveness of correctional speech therapy activities and optimize the performance of speech exercises at home.

Kuznetsova Oksana Mikhailovna

Scientific research suggests that the foundation of a person’s physical and mental health is laid in early childhood, or rather in the first seven years of a child’s life. It is during this period that the formation of internal organs and systems occurs, the immune defense, such mental processes, such as perception, memory, thinking, imagination, attention, the main personality traits are laid. That is why the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) pay so much attention harmonious development personality and the use of health-saving technologies, among which su-jok therapy for children is of particular interest.

The roots of the technique go back to the distant past: 2500-3000 years ago, healers in Egypt, China, Tibet, and India already used a similar acupressure to improve the health of their patients. But only at the end of the last century this invaluable knowledge was brought together and improved by Professor Park Jae-woo from South Korea.

The scientist claims that nature has laid in human body a mechanism that can effectively, without outside help, get rid of diseases. A kind of “control panel” that launches recovery processes are active points located on the feet, fingers and palms (hence the name therapeutic method, meaning “Brush-foot” in Korean).

These parts of the body are of the greatest interest to su-jok specialists, since in their structure they are similar to the human body, they are its reflection, miniature copy. This is where the doctrine of correspondence zones arose (we have already talked about them in more detail in the article: “”) and points that can improve a person’s well-being.

Using this massage in childhood, we pursue the following goals:

Observations show that children with disabilities experience positive changes in mood and general well-being after therapy sessions. U patients with cerebral palsy Coordination of movements and psychomotor skills are significantly improved, and the clarity of articulation and sound pronunciation increases.

It is important to know that the areas of the cerebral cortex responsible for motor and speech activity practically overlap each other. Therefore, by massaging the points on small fingers, we not only develop their sensitivity and fine motor skills, but also improve the preschooler’s speech, contributing to his intellectual development.

Su-jok massage is good for babies. This absolutely safe, simple and yet very effective technique is universal. It is equally successfully used by doctors, teachers and parents in working with preschoolers.

Su-jok therapy in kindergarten

Kindergarten is the first public institution in a child’s life. Here he not only has fun, plays, studies or communicates with peers while his parents are busy at work. The primary goals of each preschool educational institution are to strengthen the growing body, prevent diseases, and develop little man attentive attitude to your health. And this is no coincidence: according to the Institute of Age Physiology, certain deviations in physical health 80% of preschoolers already have it, 20% of them need correction of mental development.

Such sad statistics forces teachers to turn to innovative and traditional healing methods, the most popular of which has become su-jok therapy: its elements in kindergarten are presented unobtrusively, in the form fun game, are included in different stages daily routine.

Massage

The healing procedure is often performed using a su-jok massage ball. The result of exposure to the needle surface is improved blood flow, increased firmness and elasticity. muscle fibers, reflex stimulation of the work of remote internal organs and systems.

The child will treat the procedure with interest and will quickly master the technique if each movement is accompanied by a cheerful quatrain:

We will take the ball in our hands,

Let's roll and squeeze,

We'll throw you up and catch you

And let's count the needles.

Let's put the hedgehog on the table

And we’ll press you with our palm,

Let's ride around a little again

And let's rub it lightly,

Let's massage the sides.

Already in the middle group of kindergarten, teachers introduce children to the “magic” su-jok ring, which, by rolling it on their fingers, can get rid of pain in different parts of the body. Minutes of wellness include a foot massage. It is made manually or with the help of additional devices: a spiral-shaped foot stick, balls with spikes, ribbed mats or rubber “bumps”.

Gymnastics

This is a special complex physical exercise for muscles and joints, which is combined with hardening, breathing exercises and all kinds of finger games, including elements of su-jok therapy.

  • Place your feet shoulder-width apart, lower your arms, holding a massage ball in your right fist.
  • “One” – spread your arms to the sides.
  • “Two” - lift them up, transfer the ball to your left palm.
  • “Three” – spread your arms out to the sides again.
  • “Four” – return to the starting position.

Fun exercises using rubber “bumps” or spiked balls help work out numerous active points on the feet. The teacher offers the kids:

  • walk along a path of ribbed hemispheres;
  • step on a “bump” and, standing on one leg, try to maintain balance by spreading your arms to the sides;
  • sit in front of the ball, grab it with your feet and pass it to the next child.

This kind of training banishes sleep, gives a charge of vigor and good mood for the whole day.

Educational games

Use during developmental activities activates the brain, making memorization of new material deeper and more conscious. Kindergarten students really like games such as:

  • "The most attentive"– the teacher offers the child various tasks that need to be completed without mistakes: take the ball in the right (or left) hand, put a ring on the little finger (or any other finger), roll the ball on the table, toss it or cover it with the palm.
  • "Sixth sense"– the child needs to correctly name the finger on which the ring is put. The game is played with eyes closed.
  • “One is many” - an adult rolls a su-jok ball to a child and names any object. The kid must catch the ball and send it back, saying the word in the plural.

The knowledge obtained in this way remains in the child’s memory for a long time, since during its assimilation, auditory, visual and tactile analyzers work simultaneously.

In speech therapy work

Today, experts are increasingly talking about an increase in the number of children with speech and sensory development disorders. These deviations lead to a number of serious problems: first of all, to a violation of the baby’s mental health, adaptation and communication difficulties, difficulties in acquiring knowledge. Such children need timely help.

Scientific research has proven that the development of the speech centers of the brain occurs under the influence of signals coming from the fingers. Therefore, simultaneously with speech therapy exercises Experts recommend performing a su-jok massage, aimed at activating the work of small fingers.

During classes with preschoolers, speech therapists use:

The work of a speech therapist is aimed at developing the child’s phonemic hearing, the ability to perceive and differentiate sounds. Su-jok massagers turn complex exercises into a fun and useful game:

  • Having heard a word, you need to determine the number of sounds in it and count the corresponding number of steps on the marked path with a ball.
  • Put as many rings on your fingers as there are syllables in a given word.
  • In the stream of sounds pronounced by the teacher, recognize and beat off each vowel (or consonant) with a ball.

Specialists work on the pronunciation of sounds, reinforcing auditory perception with visual and tactile ones. Children are offered:

  • Use a massager to trace the contours of the letter shown in the picture, ensuring its correct pronunciation.
  • Say syllables, phrases, quatrains in combination with self-massage of fingers and palms: “Ra-ra-ra - high mountain. Ra-ra-ra - it's time to go there. Ru-ru-ru - I'll take the sleigh. Ry-ry-ry - I’ll ride down the mountain.”

When developing a child’s speech, a speech therapist works with grammatical categories. The exercises also often include elements of su-jok massage, thereby achieving more active brain function, training memory, attention and perception. For example, by moving a massage ball in space relative to other objects, they practice the use of prepositions: in, on, behind, under, in front.

Interestingly, Su-jok therapy successfully copes even with such serious speech disorders as stuttering.

Experts say that this pathology is associated with a lack of heat energy. As a result, the child experiences constant fear, internal stiffness, spasms.

The situation can be corrected by activating the corresponding meridians with color influence (painting the reflex zones with a red felt-tip pen), massaging the fingertips, warming up the energy points, stimulating them with magnets, seeds or grains of plants.

Using methods at home

Of course, su-jok is an excellent means of developing a child’s abilities, which diversifies classes, making them unusual and exciting. But we should not forget that children of preschool age often get sick, because their immune defense is still in the formative stage. In this case, su-jok therapy will help to carefully provide first aid to a sick baby and prevent the development of complications. Therefore, it would not hurt any mother to consult a su-jok specialist to find out what exercises to use for various diseases.

Parents should be aware that pressure on the points can be quite painful: It is important to correctly calculate the force of pressure so as not to scare the baby. Treatment in early childhood is recommended to be carried out in a playful way, accompanying each action with funny comments, poems, songs or “fixers”, like the traditional one: “The fox is in pain, the wolf is in pain, and my baby (we call his name) heal, heal, heal "

Card index

Preschool children love to play and do not tolerate monotony. To captivate them, make classes bright and memorable, the teacher child care facility must carry out a lot of preparatory work every day, looking for new tasks, showing invention and imagination. A file cabinet will help to simplify this labor-intensive process - a kind of repository of accumulated pedagogical experience and interesting ideas. Here are collected poems, nursery rhymes, and descriptions of the best games that are used during therapeutic su-jok workshops.

Ball massage

A big turtle walked (children roll the ball with their palm on the table) and bit everyone out of fear:

Kus, bite, bite, bite - (press fingers on the needles)

I'm not afraid of anyone.

I roll the ball in circles

I drive him back and forth,

I will stroke their palm,

It's like I'm sweeping away crumbs

And I'll squeeze it a little,

How a cat squeezes its paw.

I'll press the ball with each finger

And I'll start with the other hand.

Ring massage

So that our finger is healthy,

Let's give him a massage.

Let's rub it harder

And let's move on to the next one.

We put on rings

We decorate our fingers,

Putting it on and taking it off

We exercise our fingers.

Be healthy, you are my finger,

And always be friends with me.

I put the ring on my finger,

I rock him up and down,

I wish your finger health.

I teach him to be dexterous.

Finger games

While pronouncing phrases, children take turns putting the ring on their fingers, starting with the thumb:

Thumb-boy, where have you been?

I went to the forest with this brother,

I cooked cabbage soup with this brother,

I ate porridge with this brother,

I sang songs with this brother.

Speech therapists use similar games in their practice, honing the pronunciation of certain sounds:

With other options interesting games You can get to know each other by watching the video.

The main principle when working with children is to do no harm. He completely follows the Su-jok technique. In the absence of obvious contraindications, this type of therapy is suitable for any child. It turns out that problems such as poor health, speech impairment and delay psychomotor development, hyperexcitability, can be solved by practicing the su-jok system with your child for just a few minutes a day. The main thing is to do this with great love and faith in positive result.
