Organ-preserving, reconstructive plastic surgery for uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, infertility using modern methods of conservative (targeted, hormonal therapy) and surgical treatment (conservative myomectomy) from laparoscopic, transvaginal and traditional approaches, using modern suture material and alloplants;
Carrying out alternative methods of treating uterine fibroids using x-ray surgical technologies: embolization of the uterine arteries, MRI-FUS ablation of myomatous nodes;
Endoscopic technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis and endometrioid cysts, endocrine factor infertility, complex forms of endometriosis with damage to neighboring organs and disruption of their function, uterine fibroids of various sizes and locations, adenomyosis;
Endoscopic technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors and tumor-like formations of the ovaries, fallopian tubes and retroperitoneal space of the small pelvis, performing organ-preserving operations;
Modern approaches using endoscopic technologies in the treatment of purulent-inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs, sexually transmitted diseases, prevention of infertility and chronic diseases;
Correction of prolapse and prolapse of the pelvic organs, incontinence (urinary incontinence) using both traditional surgical operations through transvaginal access and modern technologies through laparoscopic access, sling operations, the use of modern materials and mesh implants.
