6 niche rules. Golden rules of health katsuzo niche

“Correct posture is the key to excellent health” - the words of the famous Japanese healer Katsuzo Nishi. He believed that a person, if he himself wants it, is able to cure all diseases. There is a significant explanation for this statement - he himself created a healing system, thanks to which he lived a long life.

Today there are many methods for treating diseases and improving health. One of these is the Nishi system. Some have already practiced it, others have not even heard of it. Let's find out what the essence of the technique is and how it affects the human body.

We all want to live long, happily, and most importantly, we don’t want to get sick. The famous Japanese healer K. Nishi believed that only through his own efforts a person can overcome all difficulties and always be healthy, which happened to him. As a child, he was given a disappointing diagnosis; doctors said that he would only live up to 20 years; they shrugged it off and said that there was no cure.

Nishi was a weak, sickly child. The diagnosis that the doctors gave him was intestinal tuberculosis and lymphatic inflammation of the apex of the lung. After the examination, the doctor pronounced the verdict: “Unfortunately, this child is not allowed to reach the age of 20.” As a child, he did not want fancy toys like his peers, he passionately longed for health.

Diseases did not leave Nisha either in childhood or adolescence. They did not allow him to live a normal life, they did not allow him to become an engineer. Katsuzo realized that he could not achieve anything in life if he did not take care of his health.

He used various methods of treatment and recovery, followed the recommendations of Fletcher, the author of the nutrition system, thanks to which he managed to lose weight, and then become rich and famous throughout the world, studied Sinclair’s works on hunger therapy.

As a result, Nisha managed to develop her own healing method. She didn't appear right away. The healer gradually improved his methods, selecting the best from what was already known to mankind. He named the method of K. Nishi - Health System. It was made public when he turned 44 years old (the average life expectancy of a Japanese man at that time).

Many years have passed, Nisha, who was prophesied early death, thanks to the desire to live, as well as faith, and then the author’s methodology, I managed to maintain my health.

Description of the Nishi health system

The Katsuzo Nishi system is not a simple set of exercises and rules. It is a way of life that develops a habit according to the laws of nature. It is no coincidence that the author called it a system. Here you cannot give preference to one rule; everything in the system is interconnected, just like in the human body.

The technique does not cure diseases, it helps create health. The system considers a person as an indivisible whole. The merit of the healer is that from a huge amount of materials he was able to select the most important thing, and then combined the selected basics into a system that can be used by absolutely everyone, regardless of gender or age category. The teachings of philosophers, ancient healers, various literature related to health - ancient Greek, Tibetan, Chinese, Philippine - sources, in general, there were more than 70 thousand copies.

Nishi's theory was first published in 1927, and in 1936 the first book on English. Today in Tokyo there is an institute that works according to the principles of Nishi health. The system has been tested by practice and time. Thanks to the technique, many people got rid of terrible diseases and became healthier.

The system helps to prolong youth, it gives a chance to enjoy life, helps to withstand difficult conditions, fight illnesses and stress. This is a kind of teaching about observing the laws of life and nature. A person who follows these laws receives in return the most valuable gift - health.

The technique today is available in different languages, there are many books and teachings that were created based on the healing system of Katsuzo Nishi. There are many followers who, just like Nishi in his time, with the help of a healing system, got rid of incurable diseases. Maya Gogulan – strong woman, who followed in Nisha’s footsteps and, thanks to the Japanese healer’s technique, defeated cancer.

Before you get acquainted with the method

Since childhood, we are taught to maintain posture: at school at our desks, at home at the table. And this is not in vain. When a person slouches, this leads to weakening of muscles and ligaments. After sitting at the computer all day, by the end of the day fatigue and back pain appear.

The method of recovery provides for the formation correct posture with the help of special exercises, as well as swimming, a healthy diet, rest, sleep on a hard bed and pillow. Thanks to gymnastics, the spine will become flexible, and thanks to proper nutrition - building material, it will become stronger and posture will be formed.

The diet should be enriched with food sources of magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium. You should also make sure that, in addition to these elements, the body regularly receives vitamins A, C, D - they are most important for the spinal column.

K. Nishi's health rules

Compliance with all six rules and regular exercise will help in promoting health, therapy and prevention of various ailments.

Rule 1 – hard bed

Sleeping on feather beds, soft mattresses, sofas is a pleasure. Do you know what a person pays for such pleasure? - Health. The spine is the basis of life. Even its minimal curvature leads to disruption of the functioning of various organs and systems. This is why it is so important to maintain correct posture. You must always pull the top of your head up. Eliminate the habit of sitting crouched, remember this causes enormous damage to internal organs and health in general. Sleep on the right pillow, more details in this video:

Correct posture has a number of benefits:

  • eliminating the load on the spine;
  • normalization of the functioning of the thyroid gland;
  • , as well as discharge.

But this cannot be achieved if you continue to sleep on a soft bed. Here is what the healer said about this: “To develop the habit of correct posture, there is no better way than correcting the disorders that arise in the spine by sleeping on a hard bed. If someone who likes to sleep on a soft mattress allows his nerves to atrophy and then become paralyzed, then illnesses will come to him uninvited.”

Rule 2 – rest, sleep on a hard pillow or cushion

By sleeping on a firm pillow, the vertebrae of the cervical spine are in their natural position. Resting on a soft down pillow leads to sagging of the vertebrae. As a result, due to constant comfortable sleep, the functioning of internal organs deteriorates, and painful sensations appear in the back and neck.

This rule also affects the nasal septum, and due to its poor condition, various diseases, increased irritability, and dizziness are noted.

In Japan they say that a crooked neck is a sign of a short life. Katsuzo suggests sleeping on a firm bolster pillow so that the third and fourth cervical vertebrae literally rest on it.

Rule 3 – “goldfish” exercise

This exercise helps to cure scoliosis, correct the curvature of the spinal column, eliminate nerve overstrain, normalize blood circulation, coordinate the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

It's easy to do.

  1. Lie upright on a flat bed
  2. Pull the fingers of the lower extremities towards the body.
  3. Place both hands under your neck and cross your fingers at the 4th or 5th cervical vertebrae.
  4. Writhe your whole body in this position for one to two minutes twice a day - in the morning, in the evening.

Rule 4 – exercise for capillaries

This exercise helps in stimulating capillaries in organs, normalizing blood circulation, movement, renewing lymphatic fluid, and improving the functioning of the cardiovascular system. Lie straight on your back with a cushion under your head. Stretch your upper and lower limbs vertically upward, and then begin to vibrate them. Do it every day – in the morning, in the evening, for two minutes.

Even newborns who do not yet know how to roll over can cope with this exercise. When they see mom and dad, they rejoice, pull their arms and legs, and shake them.

Rule 5 – closure of palms and feet

The exercise helps coordinate the functions of the nerves, muscles of the trunk and limbs, as well as the abdominal, thigh, and groin areas. When carrying a fetus, it contributes to the normal development and growth of the baby, and the correction of its incorrect position.

  1. Lying on your back, on a hard cushion, place your hands on your chest.
  2. Open your palms and touch the fingertips of both hands.
  3. Press them against each other, then relax (repeat several times).
  4. Move your hands forward, then back (your fingertips are still closed).
  5. Place your palms together in front of your chest.
  1. In the starting position (lying on your back), lift your legs up above your body, bring your feet together, and spread your knees as wide as possible.
  2. At the same time, raise your closed arms and legs, then lower them. Perform 10-60 times.
  3. Rest in the original position, then meditate for two minutes.
  4. Do the exercise in the morning and evening.

Rule 6 - for the abdomen and spinal column

This exercise helps in coordinating the functioning of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, regulating the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, and has a beneficial effect on the entire body.

  1. Preparatory stage:
  • sit on a chair, raise and then lower your shoulders (do it ten times);
  • tilt your head first to the right, then to the left (repeat ten times);
  • bend to the right, back, left, forward (ten times in each direction);
  • with your arms stretched out in front of you, turn your head to the right, then to the left (one time at a time);
  • Raising your arms up, turn your head first to the left, then to the right (one time at a time);
  • lowering your arms to shoulder level, bend them at the elbows;
  • move your elbows as far as possible behind your back, while pulling your chin up.
  1. Main part:
  • after the preparatory stage, relax, place your palms on your knees;
  • swing your torso to the right, then to the left, engaging your stomach;
  • Do the exercise for ten minutes, every day, morning and evening.

While doing the exercise, say “Every day I get better.” Self-hypnosis has a beneficial effect on both the mind and the body; it turns bad into good, and good into better.

M. Gogulan – follower of the healer Nishi

“Health is the greatest capital” - the words of Maya Gogulan, a woman who followed the example of a Japanese healer and got rid of it. She has written many books and works: “Say goodbye to illnesses,” “Laws of health,” “You don’t have to get sick.” In his works, M. Gogulan shares the secrets of his healing.

This man went through a lot of difficulties. But in the end, she not only defeated cancer, but also improved her health. At 84 years old, she looks energetic and young.

When the diagnosis sounds like a death sentence, a person either gives up or begins an active fight against the disease. When Maya Feodorovna was faced with a malignant tumor, she not only defended her right to life, but also gave hope to thousands of the same doomed. Her works, especially “Say Goodbye to Illness,” help in healing even incurable illnesses.

The system of the Japanese healer Katsuzo Nishi is designed to ensure your health and longevity.By following simple recommendations, you can achieve excellent physical and mental well-being, discover all the colors of life and feel happy.

The system combines elements of a wide variety of practices - from ancient Greek and ancient Egyptian to methods of Tibetan, Chinese, Philippine medicine and yoga. The Golden Rules of Health are a holistic and self-sufficient system, the essence of which is life according to the laws of nature.

Happy reading.

Preface

I was born weak child, I was very often and very sick. The diagnosis that the doctors gave me was: intestinal tuberculosis and lymphatic inflammation of the apex of the lung, and one famous doctor sentenced me to death, telling my parents: “This man, to my deep regret, will never reach the age of 20.”
And indeed, among my peers, I was the sickest, but none the less I felt more capable, smarter and more purposeful than other children my age. The more I suffered from the fact that illness prevented me from realizing all my abilities and aspirations. More than anything in the world, I wanted what was not available to me: I passionately longed for health. I practiced fencing and visited the temple for religious meditation. But nevertheless, the illnesses did not leave me, I suffered greatly both physically and spiritually and was losing more and more weight.
When the time came to choose a profession, I decided to go to the General Technical School. My family decided that the profession of a civil engineer was most suitable for a person with such fragile health. I agreed. But even here illnesses stood in my way. I realized that I couldn't achieve anything in life if I didn't improve my health. This task became a matter of life and death for me. It was then that I began to collect knowledge in which I was looking for the answer to the question: how to become healthy?
I started applying all sorts of tips and tricks to myself. Fletcher's book on nutrition was very popular at that time. Fletcher argued that in order to get the maximum nutrients, food must be chewed thoroughly. In addition, I learned that the best healer for humans is nature itself. It lays the foundations of life and health. It was a revelation for me then. After all, those doctors who treated me fought only with my illness, and from Fletcher’s book I learned how to improve my health in general.
I began to follow Fletcher's advice, chewing my food thoroughly, removing all difficult-to-chew parts, even peeling fruit. But soon I became prone to gluttony, and I was tormented by constipation, accompanied by a severe headache.
I continued to study the literature and soon realized why I suffered from my illnesses: any undigested food accumulates in the large intestine, creating a breeding ground for bacteria that produce toxins. These substances, entering the blood, spread throughout the body and cause illness. So I came to the conclusion that food can not only build the body, but also destroy it.
The next thing I read was Sinclair's work on the fasting cure. Then I first had the idea of a connection between the intestines and the brain, an idea that later was developed in my theory. While studying this issue, I paid attention to the works of scientists on blood circulation. From the work of Moscow University professor Sepp, “Dynamics of Blood Circulation in the Brain,” I learned that cerebral hemorrhage occurs, as a rule, as a result of inflammation of the ears, and inflammation of the ears is due to throat diseases. The throat begins to hurt when the kidneys do not perform their functions. Impaired kidney and skin function leads to liver disease. The beginning of this entire chain of misfortunes is poor bowel function.
I also learned that inside the dilated blood vessels of the brain, even healthy people contain at least 23 groups of different harmful bacteria, but they do not cause harm to the body. But this means that the body must also have some kind of protective forces that can withstand attacks from the outside!
I started looking for information about these body defenses. I studied the effect of constipation on brain function and as a result came up with the idea of a new method of treating the mentally ill.
After a long study of circulatory problems, I created my own concept of blood movement in the human body, which is fundamentally different from the generally accepted one. The superficial veins in the skin form what can be called the peripheral heart, what is necessary for blood circulation, what keeps us healthy. Since blood vessels are responsible for our health and blood circulation, it means that they need to be strengthened, renewed and restored. To do this, I offer special exercises and contrast air baths.
I knew that fasting cures had been practiced since ancient times. Jews, Christians, Buddhists, Confucians in China, and priests in Japan observed fasting. The Roman physician Asclepiades advised abstaining from food, drinking only water and enjoying nature as a treatment. The Greek historian Plutarch also recommended hunger instead of medicine. Fasting treatment also entered my system.
What happens in the body during fasting? The immediate result of fasting is that a vacuum is created in the part where the venule meets the capillaries. And capillary vacuum is, after all, the driving force of blood circulation. Since a vacuum is a force, and fasting means creating a vacuum, by fasting we revive the motor power of the entire human body. However, I never considered fasting a panacea; I followed the path of creating a health system that included such a method as fasting.
Step by step, I followed my own path to health. I began to understand how my body works and what I need to do to feel healthy. Gradually, people suffering from various diseases began to come to me for advice. Trying to understand the reasons for the occurrence of certain diseases, I came to the conclusion that individual diseases do not exist, it is impossible to treat a separate organ, because the body is a single whole. I began to create the principles of a new medicine based on the use of healing powers inherent in the body by nature itself.
In addition, I realized that we need to fight to preserve people’s health, and began to propagate my views. My search for new methods of healing coincided with the emergence of the natural hygiene movement in America. I took an active part in this movement. Natural hygiene has become an alternative medicinal medicine, proclaiming an integrated approach to human health and the study of the laws of life.
Having seriously studied medicine, anatomy, physiology, bacteriology, psychology, philosophy, practice different religions, I can say that for the health of the whole organism it is necessary to put in order, first of all, the physical state, then the chemical and bacteriological indicators, and then the mental state.
I believe that diseases develop due to four reasons: changes in the skeleton, internal organs, general waters of the body (blood, lymph, other fluids) and a decline in mental strength. And it is not the treatment of an individual disease, but only the comprehensive healing of the entire body that can defeat diseases.
My health system did not appear immediately. Gradually improving my methods and selecting the best of what is already known to mankind, I created what I can call a Health System. I made it public when I was 44 years old. This was the average life expectancy of a Japanese person in those days. Years have passed since then, and although an early death was predicted for me as a child, thanks to my System I managed to maintain good health.
After the publication of my theory, people from all over the world began to come to me. I finally left my position as chief engineer of the Tokyo Municipal Subway and devoted myself entirely to what has now become my life's work - health issues.

Health rules
Where is the main engine of blood located?

At first glance, the question posed in the title of this chapter may seem strange. From anatomy textbooks we know that the main pump that moves blood through the vessels is the heart. It drives blood enriched with nutrients and oxygen through the arteries to each cell where metabolic processes occur: the cells receive nutrients and release waste material so that it is eliminated from the body.
The reverse flow of blood occurs through the veins. It carries decay products from all cells and fills the heart through right atrium. When filled, the heart contracts and releases a stream of blood into the right ventricle, which, in turn, contracts, sends blood to the lungs, where it is purified, enriched and sent back to the heart under the influence of oxygen. Having reached the left atrium, it enters the left ventricle, and from there it again spreads through the arteries, carrying life to all organs.
Cells are nourished through tiny vessels - capillaries. The blood flowing through them carries oxygen, vitamins, fats, carbohydrates, mineral salts to the cells, and it also carries away decay products. Capillaries contain only 5% of the body's total blood, but it is in them that the main function of blood circulation is carried out - the exchange of substances between blood and tissues.

The capillary is 50 times thinner than a human hair, and myriads of cells in our body are enveloped in a network of capillaries, like the finest web. The total length of all capillaries is an almost astronomical figure: 60-90 thousand kilometers! Where does the strength come from the heart, the only pump in the human body, as is commonly believed, to push blood through this truly cosmic and extremely thin vascular network?

Modern research shows that the power of the heart is only enough to push blood to the capillaries. The heart pumps blood into the aorta at a pressure of 120-140 mmHg. But this pressure is spent to overcome the friction of the narrow walls of the vessels. In the capillaries, the pressure drops to 10-15 mmHg, and this is clearly not enough to complete the vicious circle of blood circulation.
Imagine a ball rolling along a flat road, losing speed, and finally stopping before some rise. In order to overcome the climb, he needs additional strength. Also, to raise blood from the capillaries of the lower extremities, much higher pressure is required: 60-100 mm Hg. Thus, it is obvious that cardiac energy alone is not enough to raise venous blood. However, it safely rises through the veins and reaches the heart. What's the secret?
Solving it is simple and at the same time difficult. I propose the following solution: the main engine of blood is located not in the heart, but in the capillaries! I will consider the heart only as a regulator of blood flow, while the movement itself lies in the capillaries.
To understand why I came to these conclusions, we must first understand the structure and function of arteries and veins. It is known that they are different, but it is worth dwelling on this difference in more detail.
An artery that has a thick and elastic covering, with the ability to expand and stretch, resembles a suction tube. A vein, which has a thinner wall and a valve that prevents the reverse flow of blood, on the contrary, resembles a suction tube. Obviously the pump is placed between these two tubes. However, unlike an ordinary pump, in the human body one end of the artery and vein is connected to the heart, the other to the capillaries. And the question immediately arises: where is the pump located, in the heart or in the capillaries? Of course, in capillaries! There is no alternative, since we know that the artery corresponds to the suction tube and the vein to the suction tube. If the heart is a pump, then we come to the wrong conclusion: it turns out that it pushes blood out through the suction tube (that is, through the artery), and pushes it in through the suction tube (that is, through the venous one).
So, knowing the design of the pump and accepting that blood is absorbed by capillaries through an artery, we understand why the artery resembles a suction tube in its structure and functions.
In addition, if the heart did act as a pump, then only its right chambers would participate in this process, since the left ones do not have the ability to contract. They are connected to the arterial system, which can stretch. This means that the heart performs a double function: both stretching and contracting. Contraction is performed with the right half, stretching with the left. Thus, the main engine of blood is in the capillaries, and the secondary one is in the venous system and in the right heart chamber.
I must say that I am not alone in my conclusions regarding capillaries. I know modern works Russian doctors - A. Speransky and A. Zalmanov, who also paid special attention to the role of capillaries in stimulating the body's protective resources.
In his famous book “The Secret Wisdom of the Body,” Zalmanov puts forward the idea of “capillary therapy,” arguing that capillary diseases underlie every disease process.
When creating my theory, I relied, among other things, on the conclusions made by this famous Russian doctor. In addition, I used A. Krogh's research on the physiology of capillaries (he received the Nobel Prize for this work), as well as Laubry's report on the mechanism of blood circulation, which he gave at the French Academy in 1930. He argued that the heart is not the only mover of blood and that it only has the power to move the blood forward, through the artery to the capillary system, and the vein acts as a second heart, providing venous movement of blood, that is, the return flow to the heart.

Capillary therapy

Blood is life - this is what it says in the Old Testament. Indeed, every cell receives nutrition from the blood, but only pure, healthy blood, circulating unhindered in the body, can create healthy cells. Good heart function depends on the quality and quantity of blood supplying the heart muscles and valves. The functions of the eyes and ears are also maintained by the proper supply of clean blood. The same applies to the brain, bones, muscles, hair, nails. Their condition is also determined mainly by blood: depending on its composition and purity, blood can either strengthen organs or poison them. That’s why I pay so much attention to capillary therapy.
I have developed methods for enhanced renewal and restoration of blood vessels through exercise and contrasting air and water baths. These exercises restore, clear paths for blood flow, and alternating short changes in body temperature under the influence of water and air stimulate and strengthen the surface of the veins in the skin, which promotes the movement of the return flow of blood to the heart.
I can say that capillary diseases underlie almost every pathological process. Therefore, a system of exercises is needed that cleanses and heals the body at the cellular level. I created such a system and believe that it is necessary for both sick and healthy people: sick - to become healthy, healthy - to never get sick.
Being healthy means making the capillaries contract. I will give a simple example confirming the healing properties of vibration exercises. If someone has injured their hand, they need to tie it with a bandage, raise it above the level of the heart and shake it for 10-15 minutes. The wound will close completely and heal quickly, without the need for sterilization or stitches. This is explained by the fact that the concussion of the damaged limb, which is located above the level of the heart, causes the capillaries in it to contract, especially in the damaged area. As a result, streams of blood roll back, which would otherwise tend to pass through the capillaries into the damaged tissue, preventing the wound from closing.
The capillary exercises that I suggest for healing basically consist of raising your arms and legs and shaking them. This activates blood circulation not only in the limbs, but throughout the whole body. Blood vessels in our body form unified system blood circulation, therefore, by improving circulation in one place, we improve it throughout the body. In addition, the upper and lower extremities have a huge number of capillaries, and movement in the vessels of the extremities stimulates the activity of blood vessels throughout the body.

How to avoid heart disease

Back in 1927, when I first unveiled my health system, I argued - and still maintain today - that cardiovascular disease can be prevented and treated without drugs or surgery. However, until modern medicine abandons the traditional view of the heart, it will not be able to prevent the severe damage that occurs to humans cardiovascular diseases. Only a new concept of the mechanism of blood circulation can serve as a reliable means of combating the number one disease of the 20th century.
There is no doubt that when motor activity decreases, skeletal muscles do little to help the heart, and it wears out prematurely. This is one of the main causes of heart disease and the entire cardiovascular system.
It is known that with mild heart diseases, about 2% of patients die, and with serious medical interventions in the case of severe heart diseases - about 40-50%. Why is this happening? Most of the treatment goes well. The reason is poor heart muscle. Why did she become bad? Alas, because the patient himself, when he was healthy, did not take care of her.
It is necessary to constantly help your silent worker-heart, and not to spur its work with the help of various medications. For example, a patient with myocardial infarction is not able to move even a finger, his muscles do not work, do not help the heart, and it is also stimulated by numerous drugs. This is roughly how an owner behaves when he beats a weak, tired horse with a whip as it tries to drag a heavily loaded cart up a mountain. Instead, the owner should help the horse by pushing the cart with his shoulder. You also need to help your heart.
Of course, you need to take care of your heart from childhood. After all, the micropumping property of skeletal muscles is established from the first day of a child’s life, but the absence physical training leads to a decrease in their motor activity, they can no longer help the heart as necessary. Studies have shown that half of children enter first grade with underdeveloped “peripheral hearts.” This is the cause of cardiovascular diseases that manifest themselves in adulthood.
The reason heart treatment fails lies in the misconception that the heart is a pump. A physician who adheres to this theory will not hesitate to prescribe a potent stimulant for heart attack, not realizing that this is too much of a burden for a weakened heart. To really help the heart, you need to make the capillaries contract.
As long as blood flows through the body, there can be no disease. The flow of blood should be free and unimpeded. To do this, you do not need to take heart-stimulating drugs at all. But it is necessary to stimulate the main engine, which is located in the capillary system. How to do this will be described below in the “Fourth Rule of Health.”

How to achieve longevity

The science of the mechanisms of aging of the human body - gerontology - has more than three hundred different hypotheses and theories that explain the process of human aging. If we comprehend and generalize all these assumptions, we get the following: nature gives all life on Earth the same life span genes. But nevertheless, everyone’s lifespan is different. Perhaps the reason for this is the speed of processes occurring in different organisms. The heart of a rat and an elephant is designed to beat one billion times, but a rat lives only 3 years, and an elephant lives 60 years. The thing is that the rat’s heart makes up to 600 contractions per minute, and thereby quickly exhausts its potential. An elephant's heart beats at a rate of 30 beats per minute and lasts for 60 years.
This leads to the assumption that by slowing down the heart, you can prolong life. How to slow down the heart? This is facilitated by physical activity, nutritious but moderate nutrition, and relaxation in the mountains.
From the point of view of the theory of “a thousand hearts”, i.e. capillaries, with their regular training, the filling of the heart with venous blood improves, and the number of cardiac cycles slows down. Research shows that a person who exercises regularly has lower heart rate cycles, “saving” 20-30 days of life each year, as if adding an extra month to each year!
Of course, it would be nice to invent a pill that would reduce the number of heartbeats by influencing the course of chemical processes. Humanity has been dreaming of a panacea since ancient times. But it is unlikely that such a medicine will appear in the near future, so for now a person will still have to make efforts to maintain health. And since this cannot be avoided, it is better to put efforts into preventing the disease rather than treating it. Moreover, preventing a disease is easier than curing it. And capillary therapy is indispensable for this.
Another organ, whose functions are also important for maintaining health, has so far been very little studied. This is a glomus - a bundle of nerve and vascular fibers, the so-called arteriovenous anastomosis, which is located in muscle tissue. It is involved in the regulation of blood supply to organs and also regulates body temperature. But how this happens, how and why the glomus functions is still unknown.
I believe that the glomus acts as a backup controller; it carries blood from the arteries to the veins, bypassing the capillaries. Together with capillaries, arteries, veins, heart and lymphatic channels, the glomus forms a single mechanism of blood circulation. Glomus is formed immediately after a person is born, its quantity increases until about 40 years of age, then it begins to decrease and disappears in old age. Glomus is found in various parts of the body, most of all in the skin of the extremities.
This is how the function of the glomus is carried out: in case of sudden fear, our face turns very pale, because the capillaries, strongly compressed, block the flow of blood. If there were no glomus and it would not turn on in “emergency” situations, the abruptly blocked blood flow would hit the venous capillaries and destroy them. If the glomus works, the blood flow is instantly transferred from the vein to the artery, preserving the capillaries from destruction.
Thus, the normal functioning of the glomus protects a person from diseases and prolongs youth. This means that it is important to keep the glomus itself healthy. For this, the interaction of sugar and alcohol in human blood is very important. This delicate balance between sugar and alcohol is achieved when water and salt are in balance. The fact is that in our body alcohol and water are easily converted into each other. If the water-salt balance is disturbed, alcohol and sugar accumulate. Therefore, my system involves moderate consumption of alcohol and sugar. And in order to neutralize their harmful effects, you should drink fresh (unboiled) water 3 times the amount of alcohol consumed and 2.5 times the amount of sugar consumed over the next 4-7 hours. This will prevent the damage that alcohol and sugar can cause to the glomus, which is so important for the health of the body.
Another important health indicator is blood pressure. It is generally accepted that fluctuations in upper pressure cause harm to the body, but it seems to me that a violation of the relationship between upper and lower pressure is especially dangerous. I consider the “Golden Ratio” of pressure to be an indicator of health, which is 7/11 (or close to this value 6/11 - 8/11), and you should focus on it. With this ratio, almost any combination of pressure is not dangerous for a person, for example 274/174, but if the “Golden Section” is violated, for example 127/95, a health hazard arises. And the greater the violation, the greater the danger. It should be noted that this formula is only applicable to people over 20 years of age.

Six rules of health
The first rule of health: a firm bed

If a person has many diseases, the cause must be sought in disorders of the spine. The spine is the basis of the skeletal, muscular and nervous systems; it performs very important functions in the body:

1. Load-bearing function. The spine is the axis of the body, so oil must be elastic - this is ensured by physiological bends - and at the same time strong in order to withstand loads.

2. Motor function. The spine provides the dynamics (that is, movement) of the head, neck, upper and lower extremities, and the whole body.

3. Support function. The spine provides static, supporting the neuromuscular system; this function is associated with the mental state of a person.

4. Protective function. The spine protects the central nervous system (spinal cord), from which nerves extend to the muscles and internal organs.
Any slightest disturbance in the spine can negatively affect the condition of other parts of the body, and also lead to disharmony between the physical and mental state. Therefore, to improve the overall health of the body, it is necessary to treat the spine.
Of course, the best exercise for the spine is good posture. A person who is accustomed to slouching must constantly control himself in order to keep his back and shoulders straight and his stomach taut. To feel what it means to “stand up straight,” lean your back against a wall, legs slightly apart, and arms hanging loosely. The back of the head, shoulders, calves and heels touch the wall. Then try to get closer to the wall so that the distance between it and your lower back is no more than the thickness of a finger. Tuck your belly in, stretch your neck a little and straighten your shoulders. Now move away from the wall and try to keep yourself in this state for as long as possible. Is it difficult? If you are used to slouching - and most people do - normal posture will seem awkward to you. After all, muscles and ligaments become too weak and too tense because they are forced to hold the body in the wrong position. The harder it is for you to keep your back straight, the more your posture is impaired.

During the day we perform a lot of different movements, many spend a lot of time in a sitting position, which is not ideal for the spine, people often straighten incorrectly or bend too much, shift the torso too far from the center of gravity, forcing the back muscles to support a very large load. Usually the back muscles still cope with such a load, but at the limit of their strength capabilities. This is why by the end of the day our backs get tired and we find it increasingly difficult to maintain proper posture.
But we spend one third of our lives sleeping at night, and it is this time that can be used not only for rest, but also for correcting our posture. Therefore, the number one health rule in my system is: the bed on which you sleep should be flat and in no case a soft feather bed.
A relatively firm, level bed promotes uniform distribution of body weight, maximum muscle relaxation and correction of subluxations and curvatures of the spine caused by the vertical position of the body during the day.
It is useful to sleep on a firm, elastic mattress.
When the articular and ligamentous apparatus is disturbed, the most common pathology called subluxation, the vertebrae are slightly displaced, moving to the side, compressing the nerves and blood vessels extending from this vertebra, and preventing them from functioning normally. This leads to impaired blood circulation, numbness of pinched nerves, which results in various disorders in the organs to which these nerves are “connected.” This is what causes various diseases.
The cervical spine is especially susceptible to subluxation, since it is the most mobile. And subluxations of the cervical spine affect the eyes, face, neck, lungs, diaphragm, abdomen, kidneys, adrenal glands, heart, spleen and intestines. So, if a subluxation occurs in the 4th vertebra, the eyes, face, neck, lungs, diaphragm, liver, heart, spleen, adrenal glands, teeth, throat, nose, ears are most likely to be affected.

Of the thoracic vertebrae, the 4th, 5th, and 10th vertebrae most often suffer from subluxation, and of the lumbar vertebrae, the 2nd and 5th vertebrae. If your lungs and pleura are not in order, know that this may very well be due to the fact that you did not take care every day to correct the subluxation of the 2nd thoracic vertebra.
If your vision is not good, your throat or stomach often hurts, your thyroid gland is not functioning well - most likely this is due to a subluxation of the 5th thoracic vertebra.
Your heart, intestines, nose, and vision may be affected due to subluxation of the 10th thoracic vertebra.
Few people know that inflammation of the bladder (cystitis), appendicitis, impotence, pathological changes in the prostate gland in men and gynecological diseases in women they arise as a result of subluxation of the 2nd lumbar vertebra. If the 5th lumbar vertebra is subluxated, diseases such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and rectal cancer are possible.
Subluxations that are not corrected support pathological changes in the body and lead to disease.
On a firm and level bed, subluxations and curvatures of the spine can be easily corrected, since the spine is in the correct position during night sleep. In a soft bed, all disturbances that occur during the day are preserved. In addition, a soft bed warms intervertebral discs, makes them easily moveable, thereby laying the foundations for new violations. A person who likes to sleep in a soft bed allows his nerves to atrophy, and therefore illnesses come to him uninvited.
A hard, level bed has a beneficial effect on the functioning of all organs, including such an important organ as the liver. When the group of vertebrae from the 3rd to the 10th is located evenly in a horizontal position, the function of the liver is not impaired. But as soon as you lie down on a soft bed, the vertebrae form a slight bend, which immediately leads to disruption of the liver. The nerves of the 4th and 8th thoracic vertebrae, “connected” to the liver, are pinched, liver secretion is disrupted, which affects the quality of blood purification. Further, the chain is easy to follow: poorly purified blood begins to circulate throughout the body, causing diseases of various organs. A person, not knowing the root cause, begins to treat diseased organs by pushing poisons into the diseased liver. It's not hard to guess the consequences...
So, a flat and hard bed helps restore and maintain correct posture, correct spinal disorders, restore the functioning of the nervous system, and improve the functioning of internal organs.

The second rule of health:
hard pillow

You need to sleep not only on a hard, flat bed, but also on a hard pillow. I suggest using a firm bolster pillow. You lie flat and place your neck on the pillow so that the 3rd and 4th cervical vertebrae literally rested on her. Needless to say, those who are not used to such a pillow will experience pain. In this case, you can put either a towel or a piece of soft cloth on it. However, you need to remember: you need to remove this fabric from time to time and gradually try to get used to the hard pillow. This way, after some time, you will get used to it and sleep comfortably without any emollient.
This rule is primarily related to the functioning of the nasal septum. It is known that by acting on certain points, it is possible to stimulate the activity of internal organs. For example, if you faint, they give you a sniff of ammonia. At the same time, the peripheral endings of the trigeminal and sympathetic nerves receive the necessary impulse, and the person regains consciousness. It has been established that the condition of the nasal septum can influence the occurrence of diseases such as hay fever, asthma, fibroids, cardiac artery tension, diseases of the genital organs, endocrine system, parathyroid and thymus glands, urinary incontinence, pain during menstruation, enteritis, constipation, weakening of the diaphragm , diseases of the kidneys, liver, stomach, ears, as well as irritability, anxiety, dizziness.
A hard pillow completely replaces the stimulation of reflex centers in the nasal cavity. When using a hard pillow, any inflammation of the nasal septum is cured, which means that the associated inflammations and disorders in the corresponding organs are also destroyed. The hard pillow also has a beneficial effect on the cervical spine, which, as we already know, especially suffers from subluxations due to its mobility. By pushing the vertebrae closer to each other, the hard cushion stimulates cerebral circulation and thus prevents the development of atherosclerosis.

So, a hard pillow is placed under the cervical vertebrae. Its size should be such that it can fill the depression between the back of your head and your shoulder blades. The point is that the spine from the 3rd cervical vertebra should be straightened and placed on a flat and hard surface. Large, soft pillows that seem so comfortable actually cause our necks to crook.
It is best to make a hard pillow from wood; it is only important that the woody smell does not cause allergic reaction. You can also make it from cotton wool or pebbles, covering it with fabric on top.
In Japan they say: “A crooked neck is a sign of a short life.” Subluxations of the cervical vertebrae cause inflammation in their joints, and this affects neck mobility, causing sharp and dull pain not only in the neck itself, but also in the back of the head. In addition, subluxations of the 3rd and 4th cervical vertebrae cause dental disease - the upper and lower incisors.
Chronic neck pain usually occurs in people aged 40 years and older. Due to the nature of their work, many people are forced to sit bending over for a long time, for example, over a table. Since most people began to engage in mental rather than physical labor, pain in the neck area has spread significantly. The foundations for this are laid in childhood. Today's children spend too much time sitting during classes. Symptoms of cervical spine disease include pain in the back of the head, eyes and ears, and in the shoulder girdle. They appear not only during movement, but persist even when the head is motionless. In addition, limited neck mobility is common. As a rule, such patients find it difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position; they often wake up with neck pain due to an uncomfortable head position, which causes additional stress on the joints and ligaments of the cervical spine.
Using a firm pillow will help combat this problem. Of course, during the first days or even weeks, pain appears and the back of the head becomes numb. But it is very important to force yourself to continue using the pillow while these discomfort will not be lost. In order for pain and other inconveniences to go away faster, you need to perform the “Goldfish” exercise given in the “Third Rule of Health.”

The third rule of health: exercise
"goldfish"

A person pays with diseases of the spine for walking upright, but the problem of osteochondrosis has never been as acute as it is now, when osteochondrosis is becoming one of the most common diseases from an object of study by a narrow circle of specialists. Today, the number of patients with osteochondrosis is second only to the number of patients with acute respiratory infections. The main reason for this lies in the person himself: in his lifestyle and in his attitude towards his spine.
They usually know shamefully little about the spine; at best, they will remember pictures from an anatomy textbook, and most people do not even suspect that the state of the body is determined by the health of the spine. You can treat pharyngitis, laryngitis, tuberculosis, inflammation of the kidneys and bladder, and sexual problems for years, wondering why the treatment does not bring results.
And if we add to such frivolity the lifestyle that most modern people lead, then it becomes clear why spinal diseases have become so widespread today widespread.
We are a civilization of people leading a sedentary lifestyle, fans of sports competitions. We overeat but remain undernourished because we eat lifeless artificial food. Muscles become flabby due to lack of exercise. From an incorrect lifestyle, the spine becomes rigid and deformed. The cartilage and discs between the vertebrae deteriorate due to lack of exercise and poor blood circulation to adjacent tissues. The spinal column seems to “dry out”. Many people at 60-70 years old become 8-13 centimeters shorter, some bend over in old age. And this weight happens solely because we do not take care of our spine.
Of all the many diseases that we inflict on our spine, the most common is scoliosis - a lateral curvature of the spine. Scoliosis often occurs in children due to incorrect position at a desk, and if the spine is not corrected in time, scoliosis becomes permanent.
Long-term incorrect position of the spine can cause scoliosis in adults. Correcting posture, as we have already found out, is helped by the “First” and “Second Rules of Health.” The “third rule,” “Goldfish,” is also aimed at eliminating disorders in the spine. If you systematically perform this exercise, it gives the greatest effect in correcting posture, and therefore in establishing balance in the body: balance of nutrition, cleansing and nervous balance.
How to do the "Goldfish" exercise. Starting position: lie on your back on a flat bed or floor; Throw your arms behind your head, extending them to their full length, and also extend your legs to their full length; Place your feet on the heel perpendicular to the body, pull your toes towards your face. Press your heels and hips to the floor.
Now you need to stretch several times in turn, as if stretching the spine in different directions: crawl forward along the floor with the heel of your right foot, and simultaneously stretch in the opposite direction with both outstretched arms. Then do the same with the heel of your left foot (stretch your heel forward, stretch with both hands in the opposite direction). Then place your palms under the cervical vertebrae, connect your legs, and pull the toes of both feet towards you.

a - when performing the exercise, the spine should be pressed to the floor. The body vibrates left and right, but not up and down! You can only raise your feet and the back of your head; b - option for beginners: the partner will create the vibration, setting the required pace and accustoming the body to new sensations and movements. In this position, begin to vibrate your whole body like a fish wiggling in the water. Vibrations are performed from right to left for 1-2 minutes. This exercise should be done every day in the morning and evening.
By correcting the curvature of the vertebrae, this exercise thereby eliminates overstrain of the spinal nerves, normalizes blood circulation, and coordinates the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. The Goldfish exercise normalizes the nerves coming out of each side of the spine, which relieves them of pressure. The balance between these nerves is determined by a person’s lifestyle, the way he is used to walking, standing, sitting, his profession or the sport he is involved in. For example, those who engage in physical labor usually suffer from subluxation of the 10th thoracic vertebra, which leads to kidney, heart, and lung disease. Those who work a lot at a desk suffer from rheumatism or "writer's cramp." Musicians, typists, tailors, hairdressers, and watchmakers often become victims of "writer's cramp."
Excessive sports also lead to spinal diseases. Any professional athlete knows about severe sports injuries to the spine, which happen to almost everyone. Therefore, doctors traditionally warn about the possible harm from excessively active sports.
Just as a person’s occupation is related to his diseases, certain type sports leads to certain problems in the spine. Horse riding, as a rule, causes displacement of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, leading to problems in the sexual sphere, impotence, kidney disease, hemorrhoids; Archery harms the hearing organs because it weakens the 4th thoracic vertebra. Tennis disrupts muscle function, causing pleurisy, and judo makes a person hunched over, that is, ultimately sick with the most unpredictable diseases.
Of course, all of the above applies only to extreme manifestations of love for sports. Moderate exercise brings only benefits. Here, however, as in everything related to health, one must observe moderation.
The “Goldfish” exercise not only corrects spinal disorders, it also promotes the pulsation of the veins, which return blood to the heart from certain organs, releasing decay products (toxins and urea) along the way through the skin. Thus, this exercise improves heart function and cleanses the skin. In addition, this exercise helps improve intestinal motility, which means it is an excellent tool in the fight against constipation - one of the main causes of various diseases. Yes, the main reason mental disorders Seems to me like blockage and twisting of the intestines due to constipation. The poisons formed during constipation are absorbed into the blood and, participating in the general blood circulation, reach the brain, poisoning its cells. This causes dilation or inflammation of the capillaries and leads to impaired mental function. The “Goldfish” exercise, by influencing intestinal motility, helps to cope with this problem.
So, the “Third Rule of Health” is aimed at correcting posture, improving blood circulation, coordinating the work of the internal and external nervous systems, and improving the functions of the intestines, liver, kidneys, skin, brain and heart.
By the way, if you look closely at the animals, you will notice that they follow the given three rules of health: they sleep on a hard floor, lay their heads on their paws, waking up in the morning - first of all, they “stretch”, spin, shake their heads, shake their whole body.

Spinal nutrition

Bernard Macphaden, the father of physical culture, often said that every man is only as young as his spine. Every man and every woman can lose 30 years by strengthening and stretching the spine, he believed. However, the strength of any spine depends not only on the physical stress to which it has been subjected throughout its life, but also on the material from which it is made.
First of all, the spine needs natural minerals: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and manganese. What are these minerals needed for?
Calcium is a major component of bones, 90% of calcium is found in the skeletal system, but it is also needed by other parts of the body. The most characteristic sign of a lack of calcium in the blood is increased nervous excitability. This is especially noticeable in children, who are usually more emotional than adults. In both adults and children, a lack of calcium in the body manifests itself in the habit of nervously biting nails, frequently moving arms and legs, various kinds twitching, irritability.
Fortunately, natural sources of calcium are very diverse, so it can be found in almost any food. Liver, kidneys, heart, eggs, coarse cornmeal, whole foods made from oats and barley, nuts and seeds are rich in calcium; leaves of alfalfa, artichokes, beets, dandelion, mustard; cabbage, cauliflower, lettuce, carrots and cucumbers; fruits include oranges, figs, raisins and sun-dried dates.
Phosphorus is necessary for the formation of a healthy skeletal system and balancing metabolism. Natural sources of phosphorus are tongue, internal organs of animals, fish and fish oil; natural cheese; soybean pods, raw spinach, cucumbers, cabbage, peas, lettuce; grain of rye, wheat, bran.
Magnesium helps calcium and vitamin D in building bones and prevents softening of bones. Natural sources of magnesium: bean pods, peas, beans, cucumbers, alfalfa sprouts, raw spinach, avocado; bran, whole grains, nuts, sunflower seeds; honey, raisins, prunes.
Manganese carries oxygen from the blood to cells. This is especially important in the nutrition of intervertebral discs and cartilage, which do not have direct blood circulation. Natural sources of manganese: liver, egg yolk, poultry, internal organs of animals, natural cheese; seaweed, potatoes, especially the skins (in order not to lose nutrients, you need to boil or bake the potatoes in their skins and eat them whole), lettuce, celery, onions, peas, beans of all kinds; bran and natural corn flour, almonds, chestnuts, walnuts, fruits - bananas.
In addition to minerals, the spine needs vitamins. Vitamins A, C, and D are especially important for it. B vitamins are especially necessary for the spinal cord and nervous system.
Vitamins A and D are needed by the body for the full use of calcium and phosphorus, as well as for the normal functioning of the nervous system. In people with low levels of vitamins A and D in their diet, bone density decreases, and their walls become thin and brittle.
Natural sources of vitamin A: fresh fruits and vegetables such as carrots, artichokes, melons, yellow squash, peaches; fresh eggs, animal and fish livers. Natural sources of vitamin D: fish liver, unsaturated fats, fresh eggs, whole milk, butter. The main natural source is the sun. Daily sunbathing helps replenish the supply of this vitamin in the body. It should be noted that after sunbathing, sweat should not be washed off immediately, but after some time, so that vitamin D has time to be absorbed by the body. Vitamin C is necessary to nourish collagen, and collagen is necessary to unite and hold cells together in bones. Vitamin C is a vital element for the body. Without it, the body cannot exist. Considering that vitamin C does not accumulate in the body, its reserves must be replenished daily. Natural sources of vitamin C: berries, citrus fruits, greens, cabbage, bell peppers. These foods should be consumed raw, as vitamin C is destroyed when heated.
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is necessary for the normal functioning of nerve tissue, muscles and the heart. Signs of vitamin B deficiency are irritability, insomnia, loss of weight and appetite, weakness and apathy, and depression. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) improves the general condition of the body, especially the eyes, mouth, and skin. Bloodshot eyes, inflammation of the mouth, purple tongue, cracks in the corners of the lips indicate its deficiency in the body. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) prevents nervous and skin diseases, is necessary for the absorption of food and for protein and fat metabolism. Signs of deficiency include irritability, skin rashes and poor muscle response. Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is necessary for the formation and regeneration of red blood cells, which are produced in bone marrow. Prevents anemia, improves appetite in children, and is a tonic for adults. A lack of this vitamin in the body leads to nutritional and pernicious anemia. The main sign of vitamin deficiency is chronic fatigue, and in children - lack of appetite.
We must remember that the diet should contain full complex vitamins of group B. Natural sources of vitamins of this group B: brewer's yeast, unprocessed wheat grains, grains of barley, buckwheat, corn, oats, rice and flour from these cereals; beef liver, heart, brains, lamb kidneys, lean beef and pork, fish, fresh eggs - especially the yolk; natural cheeses, unsalted peanut butter; from vegetables - raw and dried pods of soybeans, peas, green stems of vegetables (mustard, spinach), turnips, cabbage; fruits - oranges, grapefruits, bananas, avocados. The same list includes chicken, lobster, oysters, crabs, as well as milk and mushrooms.
If there is a lack of all essential vitamins, you should supplement your diet with them, preferably from natural sources, but synthetic vitamins are not necessary in all cases and, moreover, are not very well absorbed.
Of course, in order for the spine, and with it the entire body, to be strong and healthy, not only minerals and vitamins are needed. The human body receives nutrition from air, water, and sun. By the word “nutrition,” the health system means four elementary components that build and support human existence, namely: food, water, light, air. These four elements can be compared to the four primary elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air), which ancient philosophers considered the source of everything in the Universe. Likewise, nutrition, consisting of four elements, can be considered the source of everything in the human body, which itself is similar to the Universe. These components of nutrition, without which there is no life, will be discussed in the chapter “Nutrition”.

Fourth rule of health:
exercise for capillaries

IN recent years specialists, dejected by the picture of general physical inactivity, are increasingly preaching all sorts of forms of “shaking”. There is jogging, and just running, and jumping, horse riding and relieving physical and nervous stress with the help of gymnastics. Finally, it is often advised to simply travel, change your surroundings, again to shake yourself up.
Why does running have such a beneficial effect on all internal organs? The heart, stomach, intestines, liver, kidneys and other organs of our body have been formed over millions of years under conditions of very high human mobility, under conditions of daily shocks during running, fast walking, jumping, martial arts, and so on. Therefore, now, with our sedentary lifestyle, all these organs need help to cleanse them of toxins. They need to shake themselves up properly. Neither the liver, nor the kidneys, much less the heart, can be “washed” or “cleaned” in any other way.
In "The Fourth Rule of Health" I propose special movements - raising and shaking the arms and legs - the purpose of which is capillary therapy. As you remember, one of the main statements of the Health System is that the motive power of blood circulation lies in the capillaries, and not in the heart, as traditional medicine believes.
It is known that the upper and lower limbs have a huge number of capillaries. When shaking your arms and legs, additional vibration occurs in the capillaries, which causes them to contract more often and push blood more actively. And since the blood vessels in the body form a single blood circulation system, local improvement leads to improved blood circulation throughout the body.
Exercise for capillaries is performed in supine position with arms and legs raised. For what? The fact is that in this position, the blood in the veins of the extremities will tend downward, and the gradually formed vacuum will entail accelerated blood circulation.
Using the “Fourth Rule of Health,” I suggest “running” twice a day to absolutely everyone, including bedridden patients, frail elderly people, and those suffering from any heart disease. Exercise for capillaries completely replaces jogging, but at the same time eliminates the load on the heart and joints. Performing this exercise naked will bring double benefits, as it will enhance skin respiration, and therefore cleanse the body of toxins through the skin.

How to perform an exercise for capillaries. Starting position: lie on your back on a hard and flat surface, place a hard pillow and a bolster under your cervical vertebrae. Then raise both arms and legs up so that the soles of your feet are parallel to the floor. Performing the exercise: in this position, shake both arms and legs. Perform the exercise for 1-3 minutes.
Such attention to the condition of the limbs is far from accidental. Since ancient times, it was by the condition of the limbs that it was determined what diseases a person suffered from. Particular attention was paid to the lower limbs, especially the feet. For example, swollen ankles and feet indicate heart disease, kidney disease, or anemia.
Sore legs affect a person’s gait. Diagnosis is possible based on posture and gait. Thus, if a person wears his shoes on the back and top, he suffers from kidney disease; in front and outside - heart disease; front and inside - liver disease. The right leg reflects the right side of each internal organ, the left leg the left. If your shoes are wearing out in the back, I recommend wearing shoes without heels, this is good for training the contraction of nerves and muscles, and therefore promotes healing.

What do nails say?

Fingernails and toenails can also indicate illness. Ideally, fingernails should have a flat surface, pink color, and clearly defined holes. With pathology of the central nervous system or brain disease, the nail of the index finger loses its original flat surface. For pathology digestive organs similar changes are observed on the nail of the middle finger. In diseases of the respiratory system, the nail changes ring finger. And with diseases of the kidneys, bladder and genital organs, the nail of the little finger changes.
The persistent presence of white spots on the nails can also be associated with diseases such as chronic liver diseases, functional and organic kidney damage, disorders of the lymphatic system, lack of iron in the body, and general metabolic disorders.
The complete disappearance of holes on all nails may indicate chronic renal failure. In addition, kidney disease is characterized by narrow, long, convex nails, with all nail changes starting from the little finger. Very long and thin nails are usually combined with early hair loss in young people, which also indicates congenital kidney weakness.
Changes in the nail holes in cardiac pathology are very characteristic: with a predisposition to cardiac excesses or acute heart failure, the nail holes look very large. In case of chronic circulatory disorders and cardiac disorders, on the contrary, very small nail holes or their complete disappearance are observed.
An important symptom of a wide variety of diseases is pronounced convexity of the nails - the so-called Hippocratic nails. This often happens with problems with the thyroid gland, with diseases of the intestines, lungs or heart.
Pinpoint depressions on the nails are characteristic of psoriasis and rheumatism with damage to the joints; increased fragility of nails in the longitudinal direction indicates indigestion; increased fragility of nails indicates a deficiency of minerals in the body; When there is a circulatory disorder, the nail plate thickens. As you can see, the condition of our limbs is truly related to the condition of our body. In addition, the effect of the condition of the limbs on health is also explained by the fact that glomus, which plays an important role in the mechanism of blood circulation, is found in greatest quantities under the nails, in the tips of the fingers, on the legs and arms, on the palmar surfaces of the first, second and third phalanges .
To maintain the limbs in a normal, healthy state, exercise for the capillaries is simply necessary.

About the benefits of vibration

The capillary exercise and the “Goldfish” exercise are based on vibration. This is fundamentally important. The human body is never completely at rest - muscles and stomach walls contract periodically, and wave-like movements are inherent in the intestines. What about the heart? It doesn’t stop for a minute, it knocks, vibrates - and we live. The walls of the blood vessels contract, and when we speak, the vocal cords vibrate. To paraphrase the famous aphorism of Descartes, one can rightfully say: “I vibrate, therefore I exist.”
Nature uses vibration very widely. For example, dolphins are capable of reaching unusually high speeds not only due to the streamlined shape of the body, the work of the fins and tail, but also due to the impulse that runs in waves from the head to the tail. It reduces the resistance of the environment, and the dolphin's speed increases accordingly.
The English philosopher and physician D. Hartley began studying vibration two centuries ago. He argued that external vibrations “shock” our senses, muscles and brain. Reaching the brain, these vibrations cause a corresponding reaction in it, forcing it to create and think. Of course, today such a hypothesis for the formation of ideas seems naive, but the very fact of the appearance of this hypothesis suggests that scientists have been thinking about the dangers and benefits of vibration for a long time. And at the end of the last century, articles “about the treatment of tremors” were published on the pages of the Russian magazines “Neurological Bulletin” and “Therapeutic Bulletin”.
Try keeping your arms extended forward. Soon you will notice that your fingertips are shaking slightly. Apparently, for some reason the body needs such micromovements if it produces them. Natural microvibration plays a certain role in filtration processes in tissues; it is needed for heat exchange, thanks to which blood circulation of working organs is enhanced. The contractile properties of blood vessels turn them into micropumps, forcing blood to move from the capillaries through the veins to the heart.
We know that the vertebrae in the spine are connected to each other by ligaments and cartilage. By vibrating the whole body, performing the “Goldfish” exercise, we train the ligamentous apparatus of the spine, strengthening it, making it more elastic and durable. Vibration promotes more energetic pulsation of the veins, which means it increases the overall vitality of the entire body. The exercises I offer are accessible to everyone, they do not require special equipment, and even a bedridden person can perform them. They are aimed not only at overcoming diseases, but also at preventing them. Daily adherence to health rules eliminates disturbances in the body and mobilizes its defenses.

The fifth rule of health: exercise
"closing feet and palms"

In addition to capillaries, the heart has another irreplaceable assistant - the diaphragm.
The number of movements of the diaphragm in one minute is approximately one quarter of the number of movements of the heart. But its hemodynamic pressure is much stronger than the contraction of the heart, and it pushes blood harder than the heart.
By performing the first part of the exercise “Closing the feet and palms,” we help the diaphragm work, this improves blood circulation in the body, and therefore improves its nutrition and cleansing. The exercise is also useful because it coordinates the functions of the muscles and nerves of the right and left half of the body, especially the internal organs.

How to perform the first, preparatory, part of the exercise “Closing the feet and palms.” Starting position: lie on your back (on a hard, flat surface, place a cushion under your neck), close your feet and palms and spread your knees. Then:

1. Press the fingertips of both hands against each other (10 times).

2. Press first with the pads of your fingers, and then with the palms of both hands on each other (10 times).

3. Squeeze both closed palms (10 times).

4. Extend your closed arms to their full length, throw them behind your head and slowly move them over your face to your waist, as if cutting the body in half, with the fingers of your palms directed towards your head (10 times).

5. Turning the fingers of both hands towards the feet, move them from the groin to the navel (10 times).

6. Extend your arms as far as possible with your palms closed and bring them over your body, as if cutting the air with an ax (10 times).

7. Stretch your arms with clasped palms up and down until failure (10 times).

8. Place your hands with closed palms above the solar plexus and move your closed feet (about 1-1.5 foot lengths) back and forth, trying not to open them (10 times).

9. Simultaneously move your closed palms and feet forward and backward, as if trying to stretch the vertebrae (10-60 times).
How to perform the second, main part of the exercise. Close your feet and palms, close your eyes and remain in this position for 10-15 minutes. Hands with clasped palms should be placed perpendicular to the body.
This exercise, like all the others from my System, is preferably performed, if possible, in the nude. After all, all these exercises are aimed at enhancing deep cellular respiration; they force every cell to breathe. The clothes we wear almost constantly prevent this.

What happens in the body during this exercise? There are three factors that make up the Universe: matter, ether and life. The unit of measurement of any substance is the element, the unit of ether in the air is the electron, and the unit of life is the enzyme. Enzymes, or enzymes, are present in all living cells of animals, plants, and microorganisms. They direct, regulate and greatly accelerate life processes in the body.
Whenever enzymes become active, they begin to emit radiation. These radiations are called "vital rays" or "enzymatic rays"; yogis call them prana. When a mother feeds her baby with tenderness and love, you can notice a glow near her breast, but if feeding is done carelessly, this phenomenon is not observed. When the priest chants the sutras soulfully, you can see a glow above his head. The glow can change depending on the person’s state of mind. All living things are capable of emitting these invisible rays.
Enzymes are present in all living cells. Any imbalance of enzymes leads to disease.
During the closure of the feet and palms, everything that is associated with opposing enzymes - constructive and destructive or creative and destructive, that is, animal and plant organs, arteries and veins, acids and alkalis - all this begins to compete with each other, fight with each other, until eventually the necessary balance is established between them.
The “fifth rule of health” helps the forces of mind and body to achieve balance. This exercise coordinates the functions of the muscles, nerves and blood vessels in the groin, abdomen and thighs, which is especially useful during pregnancy, as it helps the normal growth of the baby in the womb and even corrects its abnormal position.
In this regard, I will tell you one case. A certain pharmacist from Osaka had two sons. Their wives became pregnant almost simultaneously. Unfortunately, the youngest son's wife was told by the doctor that she needed to have a Caesarean section because she was suffering from pelvic stasis. At this time I found myself in Osaka, and I was asked to offer a pregnant woman some other, better way out of this difficult situation. I suggested that she join the palms of both hands and the soles of both feet for 40 minutes and also do the Goldfish exercise. That night the woman followed all my instructions. The next day, to the great surprise of her husband and also the doctor, she gave birth to the child without any suffering. The wife of the eldest son had a transverse presentation of the fetus, but she also followed my instructions and had no difficulties during childbirth.
The reason here is that the narrowing of the pelvis or transverse presentation of the fetus creates a disorder of the nerves and an imbalance of other vital factors, which leads the fetus to an abnormal position, but once the mother's body is brought into order, the pelvis and the fetus will assume a normal position.
Performing the exercise “Closing the feet and palms” for 40 minutes leads to the establishment of the necessary balance between the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, as well as to the harmony of the general waters in the body.
I noticed the fact that in almost all religions there is one common gesture: the palms are folded in front of the chest. Obviously, this is not a coincidence, and this gesture may have a hidden physiological justification. What happens in this case in the body? In this case, the general waters in the body (blood, lymph, etc.) are neutralized and balanced. This can be checked. Measure your blood pressure, write down the difference between the upper and lower pressure. Then put your palms together for 3-4 minutes and then measure the pressure again. You will be surprised to find significantly more balanced pressure, closer to the Golden Ratio, than previously experienced.
In addition, folding your palms together restores the acid-base balance in the body, so it is very useful to keep your palms folded together in front of your chest for 1.5 minutes or more before each meal. But if you practice the “Fifth Rule of Health” every day, you don’t have to do this action before eating.
If you manage to keep your palms and elbows closed at chest level for 40 minutes, constantly concentrating and directing mental energy on them, you will be able to awaken the ability to heal with your hands. After all, the palms also have the ability to emit mysterious enzyme rays. You need to try to do this at least once, no matter how tiring it may be, and then the energy in your palms will definitely activate.
The palm treatment technique is simple: just touch the sore spot with your palm for a while. To enhance the results, you must first perform the capillary exercise and the “Goldfish” exercise.
The ancient sages of the East argued that with the help of special exercises, yogis can accumulate wonderful prana energy and transfer it to other people. A well-known healing technique is based on this: having concentrated prana, the yogi extended his hand to the ball and mentally sent energy to the weakened organ. And the sufferer recovered.
But yogis and healers are not needed for those who follow the “Fifth Rule of Health”: such a person is able to awaken his own healing energy and discover the enzyme rays in himself.

The sixth rule of health: exercise
for back and abdomen

Following this health rule focuses on several important tasks. First, it coordinates the functions of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. What does it mean?
I divide our internal organs into animal and plant. I include the muscles and the external nervous system as animal internal organs, and the respiratory, digestive and internal nervous system as plant internal organs. Animal nerves are located in the muscles of the arms, face, legs, neck, chest, abdominal cavity - that is, in those muscles that we can contract at will, for example, raise our arm.
Plant nerves are located in the muscles of internal organs and blood vessels, and we cannot contract these muscles at will, for example, stretch the stomach. They regulate the activity of the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, reproductive organs, as well as metabolism.
The plant nerves (in other words, the autonomic nervous system), in turn, are divided into two systems: the parasympathetic and the sympathetic.
The cranial parasympathetic nerves control the activity of the digestive organs, kidneys, small intestine, spleen, pancreas, heart and respiratory organs. The pelvic parasympathetic nerves control the functioning of the colon, bladder, and genitals.
The sympathetic nervous system has three large plexuses: the cardiac plexus, which connects the branches of the vagus nerves with the branches of the ganglia; solar, which is located between the stomach, diaphragm and aorta; pelvic, located in the sacrum and distributed in all internal organs.
With simultaneous movements of the spine and abdomen, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems begin to function in harmony, which leads to the strengthening and improvement of the entire nervous system as a whole. A healthy nervous system makes it possible to withstand any adversity.
The “sixth rule of health” helps to establish acid-base balance in the body. After all, health largely depends on maintaining constant proportions of common water in the intercellular and intracellular tissues of the body. During life, these proportions often change, but the process of self-regulation also constantly occurs. While these changes are insignificant, no disturbances occur, but as soon as they go beyond certain limits, the metabolism is disrupted. The process of such regulation is especially effectively expressed in the acid-base balance of the general waters of the body.
The main condition for maintaining health is maintaining the acid-base balance in the body. When the alkali content in the body becomes lower than normal, and the acid content, correspondingly, is higher, acidosis occurs, that is, the accumulation of negatively charged anions in the blood and tissues. If excessive amounts of acid are kept in the body for a long time, it causes diseases such as diabetes, gastroenteritis, and kidney disease. If the body is oversaturated with alkali, alkalosis occurs, leading to a narrowing of the stomach, tetanus and other diseases.
Regular sports aimed at strengthening muscles maintain acidity. And deep breathing and meditation treatment saturate the blood and other body fluids with alkali. Thanks to the “Sixth Rule of Health” exercise, abdominal breathing and meditation are performed simultaneously with spinal movements, which establishes acid-base balance in the body. And maintaining acid-base balance is the first way to proper treatment. In addition, it must be remembered that proper nutrition plays a big role in maintaining the acid-base balance. Most of the products that make up the usual human diet - sugar, coffee, tea, flour products, meat, fish - give an acidic reaction.
Paul Bragg in the book “The Miracle of Fasting” writes: “Our blood should be alkaline. But in most of us it is acidic. Most of our diseases - from headaches and indigestion to acne and the common runny nose - arise as a result of acidosis, and it , in turn, due to autointoxication. When the blood is so heavily polluted, how can we protect ourselves from pathogenic microbes that are just waiting for the opportunity to take us by surprise? We carefully prepare the ground for microbes, invite them to make themselves at home and at home. We allow them to ruin and destroy us at our own expense." How to eat properly will be discussed in a separate chapter; For now I'll stop here. When a sharp shift occurs, say, towards acidity, the body immediately seeks to regulate its condition using reserve alkali. This manifests itself in an increase in temperature, the appearance of hemoptysis, diarrhea, shortness of breath, respiratory diseases, etc. All this happens in order to restore the acid-base balance in the body. This process is called compensatory. And it cannot be considered as a disease! This is nothing more than physiological self-defense. It is necessary to give the body the opportunity to fight the disease itself.
This means that you should not, for example, lower the temperature; you need to allow the process to develop on its own, of course, within acceptable limits. To avoid complications, you need to take precautions (for example, wiping the patient's body with vinegar), but do not try to treat what you think is an illness with drugs. In addition to coordinating the activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, restoring and maintaining the acid-base balance in the body, the “Sixth Rule of Health” helps regulate intestinal activity.
Finally, the Sixth Rule of Health creates spiritual strength to help you become healthy. “I feel the way I think about myself” - this truth is the basis of treatment by suggestion. That is why in the “Sixth Rule of Health” movements of the spine and abdomen are combined with self-hypnosis.
By saying positive statements, we seem to set ourselves up for a wave of health and joy. Your ears, your voice, your consciousness and subconscious are tuned to this wave. If you believe that you will be healthy, that you will overcome your illness and live happily ever after, then so be it.
Whether you are healthy or not is a result of what you believed and did in the past. Whether you will be strong or weak in the future depends on what you believe and how you act now. Just as water changes its shape in accordance with the vessel, so the molecules of your cells will change their position immediately and completely according to your faith. Where there is faith, there is, as a rule, truth.
Since we were able to create all our illnesses with our previous negative thoughts, it means that by using opposite, positive beliefs, we can get rid of them. If every morning and evening, following the “Sixth Rule of Health”, you set yourself up for health and victory over diseases, your subconscious mind will perceive this information and will work for you, even when you sleep. And your cells, having received such information, will begin to function better, thereby giving rise to positive processes that will ultimately lead to the improvement of the entire body as a whole.
How to perform an exercise for the back and abdomen. Starting position: sit on the floor on your knees, lower your pelvis onto your heels (you can sit cross-legged), completely straighten your spine, keeping your balance on your tailbone.

1. Raise and lower your shoulders. (10 times).
Now do the intermediate exercise (do it after each of the six exercises below, once on each side):
a) extend your arms in front of your chest parallel to each other; quickly look back through left shoulder, trying to see your tailbone, then mentally move your gaze from the tailbone up the spine to the cervical vertebrae, return your head to its original position. Then look over your right shoulder, repeating the action in the same sequence. It doesn't matter that at first you won't be able to see the tailbone or the entire spine. You can do this in your imagination;

b) raise your arms up parallel to each other, straighten your spine and quickly do the same as in point “a”.
This intermediate exercise aligns the vertebrae, protecting them from subluxations, which means it treats and protects against all kinds of diseases of the blood and various organs.

2. Tilt your head left and right. (10 times in each direction.)

3. Tilt your head back and forth. (10 times in each direction.)
Do an intermediate exercise.

4. Tilt your head to the right and back and to the left and back. (10 times in each direction.)
Do an intermediate exercise.

5. Tilt your head to the right (right ear to right shoulder), then slowly, stretching your neck, roll your head towards the spine. (10 times to each shoulder.)
Do an intermediate exercise.

6. Raise your arms parallel to each other, then bend them at the elbows at right angles, squeeze
hands into fists, tilt your head back so that your chin looks at the ceiling. In this position, on the count of “7”, pull your elbows back, as if wanting to bring them together behind your back, pull your chin towards the ceiling. (10 times.) Perform an intermediate exercise.
How the main part of the exercise is performed. After relaxing for a while after completing the preparatory part, straighten your spine again, balancing your body weight on your tailbone, and begin to sway left and right, while moving your stomach back and forth. This must be done within 10 minutes.

So now you know the six rules of health. All of them are effective and easy to implement; you just need to start, overcome the very first barrier and make your first efforts. If you are lazy, it means you don’t want to become healthy and happy enough. These six rules contain everything that is taught separately in various teachings about breathing, movement, manual therapy, and massage. These rules are a system that allows you to normalize the functioning of every cell and every organ. They are subordinated to a single task - awakening the healing powers of the whole organism. However, the Health System is not limited to six rules.

Health system
Illness and healing powers

The inconsistency of traditional views on diseases and their treatment is increasingly being revealed. Doctors with more and more new patented drugs find themselves unable to cope with the diseases of their many patients. But there are no fewer sick people. Alas, modern medicine is not omnipotent, so increasingly there is a need to approach the problem of diseases differently.
Contrary to conventional medical views, I do not offer methods to combat countless diseases, but a way to maintain health. Over many years of research, I have created a Health System, which I can call the science of health. Like any science, it generalizes the experience of mankind, analyzes it, tests it experimentally and derives a law, following which makes a person invulnerable to disease.
I view the human body as a self-regulating system, I cannot agree with those who rudely invade it, thinking that they are bringing benefit and healing. Traditional medicine, when fighting a disease, tries to suppress its symptoms with the help of drugs, which leads to a violation of the structural integrity and functional energy of organs and tissues. After all, any substance that cannot be assimilated by a living organism and used by it to maintain life is poison for it. It is necessary not to treat the disease, but to help the body awaken its own healing powers, using natural methods to remove obstacles that interfere with the correct flow of natural processes in the body. The doctor must restore cosmic forces in the countless ducts and channels of the body, help the body clear the paths along which the stream of cosmic life flows, in other words, open the path to self-healing, since the basis of all vital activity of the human body are the laws of self-regulation and self-healing.
A sufficiently wise nature endows every person with the potential ability to put in order any problems that may occur in his system. But the healing powers that each organism possesses have their limits. Therefore, a person must support them and help them work more efficiently. And he must do this using only natural healing methods.
Since every living being has healing powers inherent in it by nature, then treatment should be understood as the awakening of these healing powers using natural methods based on knowledge of the main biological laws governing the body.
The human body is a system where everything is interconnected. The human body is often called the "human economy". There is something wise in this expression, since in reality any healthy economy, be it state, rural, economic or public, lives under the rule of law - sometimes “inside”, sometimes “outside”, sometimes “credit”, sometimes “debit”. In the human economy, nutrition means “inside” or “credit”, excretion means “outside” or “debit”. Sweating, diarrhea, vomiting are the large unpaid debt on the current account of the human economy, which the body has to return, since this is the only suitable way to regulate the unbalanced account in the human economy.
Essentially, the healing powers of nature are one example of a reaction inherent in any living organism, when any of the reactions begins to act to save the entire organism. Losing the concept of the human body as a whole, traditional medicine fights a specific disease by suppressing its symptoms with the help of drugs. And the health system is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the healing powers of nature, thereby maintaining the health of the patient as a whole. What we call symptoms of illness are actually manifestations of the healing powers of nature. The body needs these forces. They eliminate any disorders in the human body. This does not mean that there is no need to suppress fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. They need help, because they play the role of healers: temperature burns accumulated toxins in the blood, vomiting cleanses the stomach of poisons, diarrhea clears the intestines of them. We need to fight not with them, but with the poisons that gave rise to them, and in no case should we grab onto additional poisons - medicines.
In order not to interfere with the action of the healing forces of nature, it is necessary to know the principle of self-regulation that occurs during illness; only then is it possible to create the most favorable conditions for the body. And only such treatment will be beneficial!
No method of maintaining health can be a practical and rational means until it is based on the principle: understand the reason! And only then - to interfere with the work of nature itself, rather not to interfere, but simply not to interfere and, if possible, to help. This is another important principle of the Health System.
Nature creates a living organism healthy. She puts protective forces into it - the forces of immunity, self-regulation, self-healing and self-improvement. So why do various disorders and disorders arise? In order to understand this, it is necessary to understand the concept of “health”.

What is health

Taken in its fullest sense, the word “health” means completeness, perfection of organization, that is, vital reliability, freedom of action, harmony of functions, energy and freedom from any tension and constraint. Health is based on the principle of interaction and interdependence of organs. Health depends on the harmony or balance between the conflicting, opposing forces of the body: movement and rest, action and reaction, acid and alkali, heat and cold, absorption and excretion.
These forces are constantly at work in the body, and our healing powers are designed to maintain a balance between them. The more effective they are, the better your health. And to have good health means to never have discomfort caused by an imbalance between these opposing forces (and, if it occurs, to be able to quickly eliminate it).
However, very often we not only do not help the healing powers of our body, but also interfere with them, violating the laws of nature. Knowing the basic laws of nature and following them is another principle of the Health System. Unfortunately, our world today is a world of people who are well educated in the field of non-positive knowledge, that is, knowledge that is not related to man and nature. You can be great at technology and still suffer from chronic indigestion. Unfortunately, even medical students are not required to study healthy people! Health signs and symptoms are not studied. No medical college applied for healthy people for clinical examination. But a health clinic in the open air is more important than a disease clinic at a hospital bed. A place where the population and students would be taught how to establish and maintain health, not at all at the hospital bed, but at fresh air! But no one has yet seen a medical institute in a gymnasium, on a beach, in a sanatorium or in a dining room, where issues of health and its symptoms would be discussed.
Any disease (excluding injuries and genetic diseases) is the result of a violation of the laws of life of the human body, the laws of nature. Therefore, it is necessary to treat by restoring the action of biological laws, and this is possible only with a correct understanding of their action. You can restore a person’s health only by knowing what health is and what laws it obeys. In order to defeat a disease, you need to know the reasons for its occurrence, and in order to understand these reasons, you again need to know the basic laws to which this organism is subject. The health system provides this knowledge and fills in the gaps that have arisen due to a one-sided view of health - the view from the side of illness.

What is a disease and how to cope with it

Since a disease is a violation of the integrity of the body, it is necessary to use a systematic approach when eliminating this individual violation. The over-specialization in modern medicine is a real attack on human dignity, for it so meticulously divides man into parts that there is nothing left in these fragments that can reproduce the real picture of the human being as he really is. A modern doctor is like a person studying a tiny fragment of a great painting under a magnifying glass, examining the smallest cracks of paint and pinpoint touches of the artist’s brush - but, alas, not seeing the whole picture. But the ancient Japanese doctor Kan Funayama in “Essays on Medicine” says: “If you do not believe that a person is an indivisible whole, the path to success is closed to you.”
In order for the objective laws of self-regulation and self-healing, independent of our will, to work, it is necessary not to interfere with them, but to create conditions that will allow the body to cope with its problems and restore its integrity. And this can be done only by natural methods and only by complex influence.
Indeed, a cure for a cold or other abnormal condition that we call a disease depends only on the self-healing functions of the body. With the help of drugs, we only suppress the symptoms of the disease, thereby driving the disease itself deeper. Without eliminating the causes that gave rise to the disease, we force it to hide, and it will wait for a new opportunity to come out.
What does the viability of an organism depend on? What determines his health? Health depends on four primary elements, namely: skin, nutrition, body organs, and psyche. If we take health to be 100%, then each of these elements is responsible for 25% of health. Any one of these elements cannot constitute the whole of health, but all of them together can ensure the vitality of the entire organism.
Various health systems offer treatment for individual organs of the body, thus trying to solve a global problem in private ways - for example, dietetics, breathing therapy, hydrotherapy or various therapeutic exercises. The health system takes a global approach and offers overall health by helping the four elements of health.

The principle of natural healing

The health system completely rejects any drug therapy; it uses only natural healing methods aimed at awakening the healing powers of the body. The source of health is in healthy influences and healthy means. Medicines, which are actually poisons, do not belong to the factors of life that bring health.
If nothing interferes with the healing powers in the human body, then it remains immune to many diseases. Despite the fact that a person is inhabited by microbes of typhoid, tuberculosis, plague, cholera and many other diseases, nothing threatens him if his body is not tired, irritated, cleansed: his cells can coexist in peace with many microorganisms that will be busy fighting with each other, but not with the environment in which they live. Therefore, we need exercises that relieve fatigue and improve everything physiological processes, normalize the energy balance in the body, cleanse it at the level of each cell.
Special exercises and cleansing of the body are the basis of my healing methods. Light, air, water, food, movement, rational nutrition and mental regulation are the means that open the way to self-healing. By increasing the flow of oxygen to the cells, stimulating the capillary system, enhancing the flow and exchange “back and forth” between blood and lymph on the one hand and the intracellular environment on the other, organizing the elimination (destruction) of intracellular waste, we can protect the integrity and energy of the cytoplasm, nucleus , mitochondria and membranes. This is a real therapy for all diseases, which does not cure, but modestly and obediently opens the path to self-healing.
Traditional medicine, despite its huge arsenal of remedies against diseases, has not made people healthier. Defeated diseases are being replaced by new, even more insidious ones. Diseases are becoming more and more difficult to cure, as if competing in sophistication with the means that kill them, and yet man stubbornly continues to resort to patented remedies. He seeks salvation in anything and anyone, but not in himself, not realizing that no one can cope with illnesses better than the healing powers inherent in his own body. They just need to not interfere.
So, in order not to hinder your healing powers, you need to move away from traditional and ineffective means of fighting diseases. My Health System first of all gives knowledge of the laws of nature, teaches the correct way of life, because only armed with this knowledge can a person protect his health. And the science of a sick person must first of all be based on observation. When examining a patient, I take into account many factors, for example, a person’s posture and gait help to make the correct diagnosis. General population analysis only various symptoms may help to understand real reasons disorders in the body.
Live according to the laws of nature and the human body - and you will be protected from premature aging and disease, you will be able to fully realize your physical, mental and spiritual strength.

Leather. Vital functions of the skin

Skin is one of four elements on which the health of the body as a whole depends. Skin is the boundary line between the environment and the human body; it is the part of the human body that first comes into contact with air. The skin is a boundary, but it is also a gateway through which the healing powers of nature affect the entire body. Finally, the skin performs a variety of functions that are important for the normal functioning of the entire body.
Firstly, the skin, along with the lungs, performs the function of breathing. Through microscopic pores it inhales oxygen and releases carbon dioxide. This function is vital for the body. If an animal is placed in an atmosphere of carbon dioxide or hydrogen sulfide, and its head is left in an ordinary atmosphere, it will die, despite the fact that it would seem to have the ability to breathe. If the smallest pores for some reason become clogged (due to a burn, when covered with paint or resin), the person begins to suffocate, the heartbeat slows down, the temperature drops and death occurs. There is a well-known case, described in the biography of Leonardo da Vinci, with a boy who was painted with gold paint (the boy depicted the golden age) and in the festive bustle they forgot to wash it off. The child died because cutaneous respiration stopped.
A person can live without food for 40-50 days (due to the reserves of all substances in his body), without water - approximately 5 days, without oxygen, even an experienced diver will not last more than 5 minutes. But oxygen enters the body in two ways: through the lungs and through the skin. This means that the skin can be considered as a respiratory organ.
Nature created us naked, undoubtedly expecting us to breathe through more than just our lungs. Some scientists believe that the first living creature did not yet have respiratory organs, but nevertheless lived and breathed. This is evidenced by the fact that, in terms of its evolutionary origin, the skin is older than the lungs.
So, the skin performs a respiratory function; oxygen, which is extremely important for metabolic processes, enters through its pores. The fact is that the lack of oxygen does not allow waste to burn completely, which leads to the accumulation of carbon monoxide, and this in turn is one of the main causes of diseases, including cancer. People usually don't know that the skin's respiratory function and cancer are closely linked.
Research shows that the foods we eat are first converted into glucose, then acetic acid, then formic acid, and finally into carbon dioxide and water. If there is a lack of oxygen, instead carbon dioxide and water in the human body, oxalic acid is formed, which breaks down into carbon dioxide, water and carbon monoxide. Thus, the less oxygen influx, the more carbon monoxide is formed.
Unfortunately, the skin of modern man has lost a significant part of its natural functions: we constantly wear clothes, and our skin has stopped breathing normally. In addition, a person spends most of his time in stuffy concrete houses, works in poorly ventilated rooms, and on the street inhales air poisoned by exhaust gases from cars. This means that a person risks his health. The accumulation of carbon monoxide is one of the causes of cancer. This conclusion was reached back in 1928 by Dr. Burburg, who stated that energy for cancer cells is provided by the fermentation process that occurs in the absence of oxygen. Lack of oxygen causes disturbances in normal cells and creates the preconditions for the formation of cancer cells. To combat carbon monoxide, this terrible enemy that causes many diseases, it is necessary to increase the supply of oxygen to the body. Techniques that improve skin respiration are designed for this purpose. And above all - air baths

Air baths

There is probably no need to talk about the benefits of air baths. We all know from childhood how healing their effects are. Staying on the beaches, sunbathing, swimming - all this charges us with vigor and health for a long time. Our body is saturated with oxygen, which means metabolism improves and the risk of diseases decreases. Even more beneficial are contrasting air baths, that is, alternate exposure and wrapping in warm clothes.

Contrasting air baths

Procedure

Exposure time, sec.

Time to warm up in clothes, sec.

When performing these procedures, if possible, the entire body should be exposed. It is also necessary to remember that the clothes worn between exposures should be somewhat warmer than required for the season.
After completing the procedures, you should lie down for some time on a hard and level bed with a hard pillow.
When performing contrast air baths, you need to be naked in a room with open windows, and warm up by closing the windows. Warm clothes should be warm, but you should not allow yourself to become overheated to the point of sweating. Someone must help a sick and weakened person.
It is best to choose the time of the procedure just before sunrise or before about 10 a.m.; you can also perform them in the evening, around 9 p.m. The procedures last 30 days, then there is a break for 3-4 days, then again 30 days of treatment. This should be done for about 3 months, and in case of liver disease or other internal organs, treatment should be extended to a year.
Often during treatment there are unpleasant sensations: itchy skin, discomfort or stomach pain. This is temporary and indicates that the body has begun to self-heal.
You can take contrasting air baths outdoors if weather conditions permit. The technique is the same as indoors. You just need to remember that clothes to keep warm should be very warm; Warming time can be extended, but exposure time must be strictly observed.
The first session (from 1 to 40 seconds) should be lying on your back, from 40 to 70 seconds - on your right side, from 70 to 100 seconds - on your left side, from 10 to 110 seconds - again on your back.
When exposed, you can rub the stiff parts of the body or do the “Goldfish” exercise, an exercise for the capillaries, as well as for the back and abdomen. After getting dressed, you need to lie down with your palms tightly clasped over your solar plexus. And after completing the entire procedure, lie down for 10 minutes with your feet and palms closed. This procedure is performed an hour before meals or 30-40 minutes after it, and also no earlier than an hour after a bath.
The technique I propose not only enhances skin respiration, but also improves another function of the skin - excretory. Like the kidneys or other excretory organs, the skin removes harmful substances from the blood through the sweat glands.
The total area of the human skin surface is from 1.7 to 2.6 square meters. m. The approximate number of sweat glands is three million. The number of sebaceous glands is approximately 250 thousand. Sebaceous glands secrete products of intestinal fermentation, iodine, bromine, antipyrine, salicylic acid.
The sweat glands secrete 600-900 g of sweat per day, and sometimes even up to 1400 g. This depends on the external temperature, the amount of liquid poured, renal failure, the intensity of blood circulation, conditions such as excitement, fear, anger, which increase sweating. During the development of subacute diseases, instead of an attack of fever, night sweats appear.
Sweat contains mineral salts, fatty acids, urea; milk, ant, acetic acid. In a normal state, about 1 g of urea is released with one liter of sweat; in a sick state, the amount of urea increases significantly. During illness, the sweat glands increase their activity to rid the body of toxins and other substances that cannot be excreted by the kidneys, lungs and digestive tract. Their intense work during an acute period of illness is reminiscent of the efforts of sailors who pump water out of the hold of a shipwrecked ship.
The size of the sweat glands is not the same: some of them can reach 3-4 mm, others do not exceed 0.1 mm. There are approximately 500 glands per square centimeter of body surface, which means the total area of the sweat-secreting surface is about 5 square meters. Comparing these numbers, you can understand how important the excretory function of the skin is for the body. By enhancing the excretory function of the skin, we help cleanse the body of harmful substances.
Try licking your shoulder with your tongue after exercise, and you will feel the acrid taste of a mixture of acid and salt, much more unpleasant than the taste of pure salt. Moreover, sweat is poisonous. It is enough to allow an animal to ingest a small amount of sweat to cause its death.
Studies conducted to determine the causes of poor health or even fainting that occur during a long stay in a crowded room have shown that the reason for this is an increase in the content of toxic products in the gases emitted by the human body, and not a lack of oxygen, as was previously believed.
So, for a cell to live healthy, waste must be removed from it. Nature has created several ways through which these wastes are removed: lymphatic, venous vessels and ducts of the sweat glands. For tens of thousands of years, when primitive man ran all day in search of food and sweated all day, all three channels were working at full capacity. Modern man is less mobile, moreover, he is constantly protected by clothing, often made of artificial, breathable fabrics. Therefore, a person carries all those poisons that could come out with sweat within himself. As a result, circulatory and lymphatic system, which means the liver and kidneys are working under overload. As a result of such unnatural overload, people develop diseases of the liver, kidneys, bladder and other organs. Therefore, in addition to carrying out medical procedures, I recommend not spoiling the skin with too warm clothes, and taking them off more often in the open air.
We are machines powered by air. Oxygen is not only a purifier for our body, but also one of the greatest suppliers of the energy it needs. Fresh air and sunlight bring vital energy to all life on Earth. Remember what a plant looks like that has grown without sunlight, without fresh air - it seems lifeless. Every tiny leaf of grass, every vine, tree, bush, flower, fruit and vegetable draws its life from solar energy. Everything living on Earth depends on solar energy and its intensity. Our Earth would be a lifeless, cold place, shrouded in eternal darkness, if it were not illuminated by the magical rays of the Sun. But the Sun gives us not only light, solar energy is transformed into human energy.
It has long been known that the skin is closely related to defensive reactions body. Clinical observations confirm that the skin performs a protective function during febrile diseases. The skin can certainly be called a graveyard of microbes. And sunbathing, spending time in the fresh air and especially playing sports in nature help improve the protective functions of the skin.
It must be remembered that the effect of air on the human body depends primarily on its humidity: the same temperatures are perceived differently. Thus, increased air humidity at high temperatures contributes to overheating of the body, and during exercise physical exercise under these conditions, overheating occurs faster. Therefore, if it is hot and humid at the same time, be careful during exercise, carefully control your sensations, it is especially important to detect the state of unpleasant intense heat.
At low temperatures, moisture in the air dampens your clothes and skin, and you may feel chilly. This condition should also be alarming. Thus, spending time in the fresh air should not be uncontrolled, although many believe that no special technique is required for taking air baths.
The same applies to sunbathing. Very often, people, trying to tan as quickly and as much as possible, do not follow the rules for sunbathing, and as a result are forced to sit at home or in the shade for a week, or even more, due to the burns they receive.
It should also be remembered that if exposure to air has virtually no contraindications, then sunbathing can only be taken after consultation with a doctor. There are many reasons why sun exposure should be reduced to a minimum. This applies to some heart diseases, tuberculosis of internal organs, etc. Staying in the sun is very tiring for weakened people who have recently had an infectious disease, as well as those who are no longer young. An elderly person who has spent the whole day on the beach may feel palpitations, shortness of breath, and unpleasant profuse sweat.
An even, good tan can be obtained by using fractional exposure to the sun, that is, in small doses, taking breaks. And you don’t need to think that tanning occurs only under direct rays of the sun; The skin also acquires a dark shade when taking air or sunbathing in aerosolariums, protected from direct sunlight by special ceilings and tree crowns. The healing effect occurs after taking small doses of solar radiation, and this effect is much ahead of the appearance of our beloved chocolate skin color. Even in cool weather, you can tan in clear weather, you just need to take shelter from the wind. But remember that tanning without medical advice will not always benefit you.
The basic principle of sun hardening is gradualism. Initially, sunbathing can be taken for up to 3 minutes, after 1-2 days their duration increases by 2-3 minutes. Thus, the duration of the procedure is increased to 50-60 minutes.
Sunbathing is best during morning hours. The most useful tan is May. And a few more tips. Sunbathing is allowed only 2 hours after eating. It is best to take them on an empty stomach or immediately before meals. Some people mistakenly believe that the more tightly the head is wrapped, the better it is protected from the sun's rays. But all kinds of turbans made from towels or hats made from newspapers interfere with normal heat exchange. A light white Panama hat is more appropriate in this case.
Of course, air procedures are not limited to staying outdoors during the warm season. There are many hardening procedures that accustom a person to cold air. Don't wear clothes that are too warm and expose your skin often. Of course, you shouldn’t test the limits of your body’s endurance out of the blue, but constant training increases your safety margins.
The life of the human body can be thought of as metabolism, and metabolism is possible only in the presence of oxygen. Moreover, we should all be interested in not experiencing oxygen deficiency, and from here a simple conclusion follows: we need to provide the skin with free access to fresh air as often as possible and in no case overheat it. There is even such a thing as thermal pollution. When we keep our skin clogged and overheated, we open the door to disease.

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy has been popular at all times. It has long been known that the skin is the most extensive organ for excreting waste. That is why hydrotherapy, which stimulates the excretory function of the skin, was widespread.
The first information about hydrotherapy came to us from the Indian epic Rigveda (1500 BC). Water was not used only as a means of washing the body with hygienic purposes, but also served as a medicinal remedy among the Indians and Egyptians. It is known from various literary sources that it was used for medicinal purposes by the Assyrians, Babylonians and Jews. From Egypt, the water treatment method was transferred to Greece by Pythagoras (528-507 BC), where it was improved by Hippocrates (460-377 BC).
From Greece, Hippocrates' teaching on hydrotherapy was transferred to Rome by the physician Asclepiades (114-59 BC). Numerous remains of ancient Roman baths indicate that hydrotherapy became widespread in Rome. Rome was famous for its public baths, which consisted of many rooms: for washing with warm water, for washing hot water, for swimming in cold water, for relaxation and entertainment. These baths were called "balnium". From this word the term “balneotherapy” was later derived. Baths with mineral water were especially valued.
In the "Medical Canon", created in the 11th century by Abu Ali ibn Sina (Avicenna), poda is mentioned among other medicinal remedies. In India, balneological procedures were prescribed to people suffering from both external and internal diseases. Diaphoretic treatment was widespread for swelling of the face, limbs, general dropsy, and in all cases when the patient’s body, in the doctor’s opinion, was overfilled with dampness, moisture and phlegm. Mud treatments, rubbing, baths, fumigation with smoke and steam, warming compresses, hot wet and dry poultices were popular; at skin diseases, especially if they were accompanied by itching, patients were bathed in artificial sulfur baths or natural mineral springs.
During the Middle Ages, hydrotherapy was forgotten. Its revival dates back to the second half of the 17th century and the first half of the 19th century, when it began to develop in some European countries.
For a long time, the use of hydrotherapy procedures was based on purely empirical ideas, not supported by theory. Empiricists, intoxicated by the success of their therapeutic measures, often reached the point of curiosity in their methods. They ordered patients to sweat in a steam bath or in a hot oven for 10 days in a row, kept patients in water not only during the day, but also at night, and forced them to drink up to 80 glasses of mineral water a day. And in order to diversify the long stay of patients in the water, floating tables with snacks were placed in the hydrotherapy pool. Such fanaticism, of course, could not contribute to the development of hydrotherapy as a science.
Hydrotherapy received scientific development in the 19th century. At this time it gained great popularity in the West. A simple peasant, Vikenty Priessnitz, made a great contribution to its development. His student, the Austrian doctor, Professor Winternitz, having studied the practical experience and works of his teacher, put hydrotherapy on a solid scientific basis. Winternitz carefully developed the physiology of hydrotherapy techniques and gave scientific explanation observations and knowledge obtained empirically by Priessnitz.
The priest Kneipp enriched hydrotherapy with new methods, who also contributed to the spread of hydropathic methods throughout the world. In 1892, works on hydrotherapy appeared by V. Kaminsky, an outstanding Russian scientist who devoted his life to the issues of hydrotherapy. Having summarized the experience of his predecessors, he introduces a lot of new things into this method of treatment. Kaminsky conducted a large practice; huge crowds of people thirsting for healing came to him.
Hydrotherapy is a natural physical factor affecting the human body. It differs from many other means in its accessibility, safety and effectiveness: with proper use of water, you can fully correct many functional disorders, successfully fight diseases and maintain working capacity until old age. One of the most important laws of hydrotherapy is the law of reaction, which states: the stronger the irritation, the stronger the flow of blood to the site of irritation. Or, as Avicenna wrote, “swimming in cold water immediately deposits the innate warmth inside the body, then it again sticks to the surface of the body, enhanced several times.”
Contrast baths are a powerful irritant, have hardening properties, train blood vessels, reduce high blood pressure, relieve nervous overload and stress and improve skin function. That is why, along with air baths, contrasting water baths were included in the Health System.
Regular hot panna, which causes sweating, can lead to the body losing moisture, salts and vitamin C, and also disrupt the acid-base balance in it. Therefore, it would be more correct to alternate between cold and hot baths. Such contrast baths maintain the body in normal condition and help it maintain acid-base balance.
The duration and technique of performing baths depends on the state of health. Contrast baths are especially effective for neuralgia, rheumatism, headaches, diabetes, hypertension, heart and kidney diseases, colds, Addison's disease, malaria, anemia, circulatory diseases, and fatigue. It should be remembered that with some diseases - alkalosis, acidosis, colds - convulsions or general lethargy often occur; these opposite symptoms can develop alternately. Such manifestations indicate the development of a compensatory process that rids the body of physiologically incompatible phenomena. In this case, contrast baths help.
Those suffering from sexually transmitted diseases should use contrast water baths only after treatment with air baths for 2-3 months. For those over 30 years old or weakened people, it is better to start with a hand or foot bath, with a gradual deeper immersion of the arms and legs in the bath: first to the elbow and knee, then to the shoulder and groin. After a week, you can already take a full bath, that is, immerse yourself in water up to your neck.
Hot and cold baths are taken alternately. Hot bath temperature 42-43°C. Cold bath temperature 14-15° C.

The technique of a bath with immersion to the groin is as follows: first you need to take a regular bath for the whole body, then dry yourself thoroughly and proceed to contrast baths:
1. Hot bath - 1 minute, cold bath - 1 minute;
2. Hot bath - 1 minute, cold bath - 1 minute;
3. Hot bath - 1 minute, cold bath - 1 minute;
4. Hot bath - 1 minute, cold bath - 1 minute.

The last bath should be cold, after which the body is thoroughly dried and left naked in the air until the skin is completely dry, from 6 to 30 minutes, depending on the state of health. Thin people need to stay naked for a shorter time, fat people need to stay naked for a longer time.
Contrast baths for those suffering from atherosclerosis. In this case, treatment begins at the smallest temperature difference between the hot and cold bath. Gradually this difference is increased, and in the end it should be approximately 30 ° C.
Hot water temperature, C: 39 40 41 42 43
Cold water temperature, C: 35 30 25 20 14
How many days to take this bath: 3 3 2 2 2
Then the last bath is taken daily.
Contrast baths for healthy people. Performed at a temperature of 41-43° C for a hot bath and 14-15° C for a cold one. Each bath lasts one minute, baths alternate. A series of baths of 11 cycles is recommended, and sometimes the course is extended to 61 cycles!
If it is not possible to take a bath, you can pour the body cold water from under the tap, starting from the feet and gradually raising the hose. You can also use a bucket for this purpose: one bucket of water for the legs, one for the knees, one for the navel area, one for the left shoulder, one for the right (repeat three times - a total of three buckets for each shoulder).
To cleanse the skin, it is also very useful to use Dr. Kneipp’s method - wrapping with a “Spanish cloak”. This procedure is performed as follows. The “Spanish cloak” is made from thick canvas in the form of a wide shirt with sleeves, which is wrapped in the front like a kimono. The “cloak” is soaked in cold or warm water and put on. The patient lies down on a blanket and wraps himself in such a way as to block access to air, and covers himself with a feather bed on top. You can use a wax paper liner. Under no circumstances should you use polyethylene or oilcloth. You need to put on the “cloak” and wrap yourself up quickly enough, and the whole procedure lasts 1.5-2 hours.
In order to be convinced of the effectiveness of this procedure, it is enough to look at the water in which the “cloak” is rinsed after such wrapping: it is full of harmful substances and mucus that come out along with sweat. This procedure is especially useful for general catarrhal conditions, fever, gout, and articular rheumatism. And if the “cloak” is dipped in a decoction of hay dust or pine branches, it can cure aching joints and urolithiasis.
This procedure is very useful for cleansing the body of toxins and can be performed by both adults and children.
Air and water baths do not only enhance skin respiration, not only stimulate the excretory function of the skin, but also train capillaries. This is especially important when we remember that the glomus, which acts as an emergency controller and plays an important role in blood circulation, is abundantly scattered under the skin.

Skin is the mirror of health

The skin performs not only respiratory and excretory functions; skin in a broader sense is a tissue that forms the contents of various organs. Therefore, when diagnosing, great attention should be paid to the condition of the skin. The presence of rashes, acne, freckles, moles, warts, dry skin, irritation - all these are signs of certain disorders in the body.
All nerve endings are located on the skin, it is penetrated by a huge number of venous vessels and is directly connected with the endocrine system. All life processes are connected with it.
Diagnosing diseases based on skin conditions has been used since ancient times. Thus, in Ancient China they were able to recognize human illnesses by external signs; this art was called “Xian Ming”. This knowledge was secret, and the great masters of Xian Ming orally passed on their experience to a few students. According to this doctrine, the weight of the marks present on the skin (birthmarks and age spots, nevi), indicate weak energy zones and channels in the human body.
Based on the pattern of facial skin changes, heart disease was determined. For example, a red complexion is characteristic of heart disease. When hypertension begins, pale skin is observed only in the forehead area. Heart failure with damage to the mitral valve and congestion in the pulmonary circulation is manifested by a blue-red coloration of the cheeks. A very reliable diagnostic sign of a possible myocardial infarction is also a violation of sensitivity, up to numbness of the skin area between the chin and lower lip.
Very characteristic of cardiac pathology are changes that appear on the nose or in the nasal area. For example, if blood vessels in the form of meshes are found around the nose, this indicates hemodynamic disturbances, stagnation, thrombosis with inflammation of the veins. The wings of the nose, which have a blue-red color, also indicate heart disease. Poor circulation is also indicated by pallor of the ears with a characteristic waxy tint.
Combined cardiopulmonary failure, with difficulty breathing due to chronic bronchitis, manifests itself by blueness of the auricle.
An area of special attention is represented by whiskey, which is an indicator of the vital energy reserves of the body. A curved temporal artery, which clearly protrudes under the skin, coupled with facial redness, indicates a sharp increase in blood pressure, which can lead to a hypertensive crisis. Same condition temporal artery, but in combination with pallor of the facial skin, indicates sclerosis of the cerebral vessels, aggravated by high blood pressure of renal origin.
White spots against the background of normal coloring of the cheeks indicate asthenoneurotic syndrome with persistent hypotension. In the case of blue-red coloration of the skin of the neck in combination with thickened veins, heart failure can be assumed.
Thus, for a person who understands that the body is a single system where everything is interconnected, any changes in the skin, in combination with other signs, are important in establishing the correct diagnosis.
Skin pathology is understandable only against the background of the general pathology of the body. The skin is an important gland of external and internal secretion, with a vast surface, richly supplied with vessels, closely connected with all internal organs. It produces heat, electricity, radiation, it is the focus of the metabolism of many organic and mineral components, it is the source of numerous humoral reactions. The skin reacts humorally to all physical, chemical and microbial agents, external or internal. By maintaining skin resistance and youth, we will become better equipped to fight many diseases!

Constipation and carbon monoxide. Constipation as a risk factor

I have already talked about the negative impact on health that the accumulation of carbon monoxide in the body has. One of the reasons preventing the removal of carbon monoxide from the body is lack of oxygen, another is constipation.
Constipation is a consequence of expansion of the pylorus (the outlet from the stomach into the intestines) as a result of weakening of the 5th thoracic vertebra. It is known that the stomach has an acidic environment, and the intestines are alkaline. When the pylorus dilates, gastric acid from the stomach pours into the intestines, thereby neutralizing the alkali found there. This leads to weakened bowel function. If this phenomenon occurs regularly, constipation appears and, as a result, carbon monoxide accumulates in the body. And this, in turn, leads to many serious diseases, including cancer.
For some reason, constipation is not usually considered a serious illness or a cause for serious concern. Many people believe that it can be easily treated with laxatives or enemas. But these remedies are unlikely to help if the cause of constipation is a weakened spine. In this case, six health rules can provide effective help, allowing you to eliminate subluxations of the vertebrae, strengthen them and, in addition, enhance intestinal motility (especially the exercise for the back and abdomen and the “Goldfish”).
As soon as you start doing these exercises regularly, twice a day, you will immediately feel positive results. Regular bowel movements once a day can be considered ideal.
Why is constipation so dangerous and why is so much attention paid to this problem in the Health System?
While I was working on creating the System, my attention was drawn to the experiments of Dr. Shibata, who artificially created constipation in rabbits, which led to dilation of the cerebral blood vessels and bleeding into the brain. Moreover, hemorrhages were observed only in those rabbits who had prolonged constipation. This pattern led me to think about a new method of treating mental illness.
Main reason mental disorders I consider a blockage or twisting of the intestines. With constipation, poisons are formed, these poisons are absorbed into the blood and, reaching the brain, poison its cells. This leads to dilation or inflammation of the capillaries, which in turn leads to impaired mental function. The good results obtained by treating some mental patients with thorough cleansing of the intestines confirm these conclusions. It can be said that one in ten weak-minded people suffers from constipation. This theory was known back in the time of Hippocrates. “Good health also presupposes perfect unloading,” they said then. Although many doctors consider diarrhea or constipation to be just a minor health problem, the dangers of intestinal waste accumulation cannot be underestimated.
When food is completely burned, carbon dioxide is formed, which does not harm the body. But when food is not completely burned, carbon monoxide is produced, which destroys the tissues and organs of the body. Even most careless servants will not forget to remove the ash from the bottom of the stove before loading coal into it. If you throw coal into a stove with ash at the bottom, there will be more smoke than fire. If we want to have good health, we must take care of perfect unloading. This means that you need to look for methods of cleansing the large intestine and the principles of rational nutrition.
But constipation disrupts more than just brain activity. Poisoned blood, circulating throughout the body, causes disturbances in all its organs. Chronic constipation occurs in three different stages:

1. At the first stage, general exhaustion resulting from constipation reduces the body's resistance, making it susceptible to any disease.

2. In the second stage, the general discomfort experienced by a constipated person is manifested by brain fog, pain, blood pressure disorders, diseases of the heart, kidneys and other organs.

3. At the third stage, self-poisoning occurs. The brain suffers most from intoxication; its blood vessels either dilate abnormally or rupture.

Damage to the brain leads to degeneration of the entire digestive system. With constant constipation, diseases associated with psychosis, duodenal ulcers, diseases of the large intestine, appendicitis, cholelithiasis, rheumatism, and stomach cancer occur. With self-poisoning, the skin becomes pale, yellow, filled with a large number of red blood cells and compounds with iron oxide. It is known that the health of the body largely depends on the state of the blood: it can either nourish it or destroy it. Contaminated blood during constipation becomes a source of autointoxication. It is clear, therefore, that those suffering from constipation can become victims of a wide variety of diseases.
The large intestine, constantly filled with feces, turns into a stretched, motionless sac. It displaces the internal organs from their places, compresses the diaphragm, which, as is known, has great value for normal blood circulation, displaces the liver and kidneys, reduces the mobility of the small intestine, and causes problems in the genitourinary system.
All this creates the ground for the occurrence of serious diseases, including cancer.
Having realized the health threat constipation poses, I focused on finding methods of cleansing, strengthening the intestines and the principles of proper nutrition. Only these three components can bring the intestines back to normal.

Fasting treatment

Fasting treatment has been successfully practiced since ancient times by almost all nations. From sources that have come down to us, it is known that more than two thousand years ago this treatment was prescribed by the philosopher of nature Asclepiades. Plutarch said: “Instead of taking medicine, fast for a day or two.” Similar recommendations can be found in many ancient scriptures, Hindu and Chinese. It is known from the Bible that not only Christ, but also Moses and Elijah starved for 40 days.
Kabbalah, the secret science and mystical philosophy of the Jews, also prescribes fasting. Almost all ancient peoples considered giving up food a way to cleanse the body. The Celtic priests, the Druids, had to go through a long fast in preparation for initiation into the next stage of the cult. Sun worshipers in Persia subjected themselves to a 50-day fast. The same is practiced in India to this day. Mahatma Gandhi, the famous spiritual leader of India, fasted often, sometimes for long periods. In his notes, Gandhi repeatedly prescribed fasting not only to heal the body, but also as a means of spiritual and mental development of a person.
In the 10th-11th centuries, the great Eastern physician Avicenna often prescribed fasting to his patients, especially those with smallpox and syphilis. During the French occupation of Egypt, many cases of cure of syphilis in Arab hospitals were recorded - through fasting. This was in 1922. A little later, the works of the famous Dr. Graham appeared, who laid the foundation for “Graham science.” A more detailed study of fasting treatment was carried out by Dr. E. Hokkaru, who identified fasting as a special branch of the new science. Not only for acute diseases, but also for chronic diseases, he prescribed fasting, and this gave very good results. Around the same time, Dr. G. Tanner was studying therapeutic fasting; he himself fasted twice for 40 days in order to prove to others by his example that a person could remain without food for such a long time without any damage to his health.
Having studied many sources on the use of fasting for medicinal purposes, I tried to answer the question: what happens in the body during fasting? The immediate result of fasting is expressed in an increase in the blood of carbon dioxide, histamine, choline and similar substances, which contribute to the narrowing of the veins, resulting in a vacuum in the part where the venule meets the capillaries. This condition in the body creates a capillary vacuum, which is the driving force of blood circulation. Since a vacuum is a force, and fasting means creating a vacuum, by fasting we revive the motor power of the entire human body.
The most creative process in the body is the digestive process. But in the case when digestion is impaired and constipation occurs, this process can turn from constructive into destructive. In order to eliminate this destructive factor, it is necessary to temporarily suspend the digestion process. And then the released vital energy will be directed to restoring the functions of the body.
We ingest food, and as it passes through the body, it is crushed, digested, assimilated, and the excess is removed from the body. Four organs are responsible for removing harmful substances: the intestines, lungs, kidneys and skin. For these organs to work well, the body must have a high vital potential, that is, certain energy capabilities.
After all, to remove excess, you need to expend energy. It takes an enormous amount of vital energy to pass large quantities of food through the digestive tract, a ten-meter-long path that runs from the mouth to the rectum. A huge amount of energy is required to pass fluids through the two million filters of the human kidneys. Vital energy is also required for the chemical processes in the liver and gall bladder, which prepare food for absorption by the myriad cells of the body.
A lot of energy is required to enrich five to eight liters of blood with oxygen and remove carbon dioxide from the body; vital energy is also needed by the skin with its millions of pores, through which toxic substances are removed.
If you stop these energy expenditures for a while, then the freed vital force will be directed to other urgent needs of the body. However, I am not inclined to view fasting as a panacea. Rather, I share the view of fasting as a preventative measure that helps prevent many diseases. At the same time, fasting according to my system can actually cope with certain diseases. These include stomach diseases, dyspepsia, constipation, liver enlargement, appendicitis, hepatitis, gastroenteritis, rheumatism, obesity, arthritis, diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, dropsy, sciatica, epilepsy, insomnia, impotence, general paralysis, headaches, migraines, pneumonia, obesity, bronchitis, pleurisy, goiter, malaria, tonsillitis, typhus, varicose veins blood vessels, ear diseases, cancer, meningitis, adenoids, hernia, cholelithiasis, cystitis, chronic diarrhea, rectal diseases, motor nerve paralysis, anemia.
The following is indisputable: fasting treatment is an excellent way to influence the body, causing an improvement in mental and physical condition, restoration of normal body functions, increasing human mental abilities. The greatest success can be achieved by fasting 5 times a year. In men, fasting treatment should last 3 days for the first time, 5 days for the second, 7 days for the third, fourth and fifth time. For women - 2 days the first time, 4 - the second, 6 - the third, and the remaining two times - 8 days each.
An interval of 40 to 60 days should be maintained between courses. In case of uncertainty or fear of a longer fast (for 7 and 8 days), a short course of 2 days can be repeated before undergoing more long-term fasting.
If the desired result is achieved after the first two courses of fasting treatment and if you do not want to carry out the remaining three courses, then short fasts (2-4 days for men and 3-5 for women) should be repeated after 2 or 3 years. Fasting courses should be carried out under proper supervision, and it is necessary to first cleanse the intestines. It should, however, be remembered that fasting also has a shadow side - the possibility that intestinal obstruction will occur. Therefore, fasting cannot be recommended for everyone.
In order to eliminate this serious drawback of fasting, I performed a series of experiments on myself. As a result, I was able to develop a diet that prevents the occurrence of intestinal obstruction during fasting. Complete fasting is replaced by a diet consisting of agar-agar jelly. In this case, no complications arise, while the advantages of treatment are fully preserved.

Cleansing diet

To remove old feces and toxic metabolites from the body, as well as to stimulate the functions of the excretory organs, you can use the M. Bircher-Benner cleansing diet.
It is carried out as follows. For four days in a row, eat only vegetables and fruits, raw or dried fruits, but soaked in the evening (infusions are also drunk), nuts, infusions of leaves or chicory coffee, green tea, honey, vegetable oil 1-3 teaspoons, potatoes only in the form of raw juices. Nothing cooked. 100 g dried rye bread.
For these four days, the following are excluded from food: meat, fish, eggs, sausage, white bread, crackers, pastry products, soups and broths, chocolate, candies and other sweets, alcohol and tobacco.
Fifth day: the same as the first four days, but one black cracker is added.
Sixth day: the same, for lunch you can add 2-3 potatoes, boiled without salt, or mashed potatoes.
Seventh day: the same plus two crackers and half a liter of sour milk.
Eighth and ninth days: add one egg (raw yolk). From the tenth to the fourteenth day: add 1 teaspoon of butter and 2 tbsp. spoons of cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Starting from the fifteenth day, 100 g of boiled meat is included (no more than twice a week), but two days a week (Monday and Tuesday, for example), the regimen of the first four days is repeated.

Basic principles of life and
proper nutrition

Without food there is no life. After all, life - a special form of energy - can exist only as long as the source of its power exists. The meaning of cosmic life is that every living creature, every stem, grass, every plant, every amoeba is a receiver, a transformer, a transmitter of countless beams of cosmic energy. The view of life, the origin of life and the relationship between the Sun and our little planet must be revised. What a vast field of activity for disinterested research! What fruitful collaboration can be between biologists, physicists, and astronomers! The barriers between individual disciplines will disappear if in each branch the basics are left, and minor details are discarded. It is necessary to know the basic principles of the origin of life.
Sunlight and air are the main energy carriers that transmit cosmic energy to Earth. Let's think a little about the conversion of chlorophyll grains in plants into starch and glucose. Without meeting chlorophyll grains with sun rays the formation of starch and sugar in a modest green leaf is impossible. To maintain life, a flow of vital energy generated by the Sun is necessary; energy is needed by all living things on Earth. Nutrition is the provision of energy to a person, which is necessary for the construction of healthy cells and the creation of normal, complete blood.
The structural unit of our body is the cell. The cell breathes, eats, removes decay products, and multiplies. Each cell has its own functions. It can be compared to a microfactory, where everything is interconnected and streamlined. The miniature plant exchanges substances with extracellular fluids, converts metabolic products into a form suitable for absorption, produces micro-explosions, constantly releasing energy quanta. Each cell participates in supplying tissues with specific substances, such as pepsin, adrenaline, tyrosine, etc. From the fluid surrounding it, the cell obtains oxygen and the elements necessary for its functioning and releases waste substances formed during life into the fluid. The human body as a whole can be compared to a huge construction site, where constant changes occur: construction, reconstruction and destruction take place simultaneously. Every day, 1% of blood cells in the body die and the same amount appears again, that is, a new generation of cells continuously appears.
And for all these various activities, cells need energy.
Therefore, food is not something that gives us “tasty”, “sweet”, “sour”, “calorie”, which quenches our appetite and satisfies our tastes. Nutrition is what gives our cells energy and the necessary “building materials”. Light, air, water and any substance whose elements are capable of becoming components of our cells, tissues, organs and body fluids, as well as all substances that can be used by the cells of the body to perform their functions - all pro is human nutrition.

Nerve strength
Spirit and body

A healthy body means a healthy mind. That's what the ancient Romans said, that's what the Health System says. Six rules of health, contrasting air and water baths, proper nutrition, while creating physical health, simultaneously form powerful nervous strength and mental health. My System helps the body renew itself, recover as a whole, and its organs and cells, including nerve cells, function perfectly.
But there is another, no less fair aphorism, belonging to the sages of the East: “A healthy mind has a healthy body.” By strengthening and improving his spirit, a person strengthens his physical health. I already spoke about the interaction of body and spirit when we talked about the “Sixth Rule of Health,” which improves not only the physical, but also the spiritual energy of a person, making him more harmonious, healthy, and creative.
A healthy nervous system helps a person to withstand all the adversities and storms that he is exposed to in life. To achieve excellent health, enormous nerve force is needed, which accumulates in the nerve cells of the body. The human nervous system is controlled by three forms of nerve force: muscular nerve force, which creates muscular actions (tension and relaxation); nervous power of organs, creating health and the ability to resist disease; spiritual nervous strength, creating spiritual endurance and the ability to withstand stress and nervous tension. It is this last of the listed nervous forces that will be discussed.
A person with high spiritual strength is constantly in a state of mental balance and lives wisely and meaningfully. Life flows through our nerves. When you have nervous strength, you are full of enthusiasm and happiness, health and ambition, you overcome all difficulties and are ready to accept every challenge of fate. You are not afraid of problems, you welcome them - after all, your nervous system can cope with them, and you are sure of it.

Self-hypnosis method

Just as we build a new healthy body through daily exercise, our mind can become strong thanks to special ways of training it. These methods include self-hypnosis.
How often do we catch ourselves unable to stop the negative flow of thoughts that carries us away and throws us into the abyss of negative emotions. How often do we find ourselves powerless in the face of increasingly overwhelming feelings of fear, resentment, hatred, and hopelessness. Millions of people today feel complete helplessness, trying to somehow improve their life circumstances. They have little hope for the future - both for their own and for the future of society. People suffering from depression often tend to believe that nothing in the world is worth their efforts, they begin to feel tired, empty, and lose interest in life. How to deal with this? The main thing that is needed in this case is will and knowledge. The will to change your life for the better and the knowledge of how to achieve this.
We must put it into our brains positive emotions. Instead of reliving our troubles and failures over and over again, we should turn towards light, hope and joyful thoughts. Positive thoughts need to be cultivated, you need to accustom your brain to them. Any suggestible attitude eventually goes beyond the limits of consciousness and becomes firmly rooted in the brain. All methods of suggestion are based on one principle: the subconscious mind accepts as truth any repeatedly and convincingly repeated attitude. Why don't we plant thoughts about health, success, happiness in our subconscious, instead of endlessly indulging in sad memories and drowning in self-pity?
By following the “Sixth Rule of Health,” we constantly convince ourselves that every cell of our body is renewed, the blood becomes clean and fresh, the muscles become flexible and elastic, the glands and all other organs function perfectly, all processes in the body proceed normally.
You can formulate all this in one short phrase and repeat it every free minute, and always before going to bed and after waking up - after all, at this time the subconscious is most receptive, since consciousness becomes dull and is no longer able to refute the suggested attitude or doubt its reliability.
Old and unpromising thoughts should be replaced by new, positive, bright ones. Remember that every constructive thought fills the nervous system with life and strength. Your life is in your control. Our brain can have both creative and destructive power, and our task is to subjugate it and direct its activity in a creative direction.
Think about how many years you have indulged in sad thoughts. Everything that surrounds you is the result of your mental activity; what you are is also the result of your thoughts about yourself. You get sick because you think about illnesses and their causes. For many years you have been destroying yourself with self-pity, resentment, and nervous tension. Today, when you have both will and knowledge, you are able to achieve a lot.
Every day, openly state what you want from life, and say it in an affirmative manner, as if you already have what you dream of: “I feel great. I am in good health.” Our body, like everything that surrounds us, is nothing more than a reflection of our beliefs. Every cell in our body reacts to our every thought and every word.
But it must be remembered that self-hypnosis cannot give instant results. Remember how much time you spent on negative thoughts, how long have you convinced yourself that you are the most unhappy person in the world. Now we have to move in the opposite direction - towards health. Step by step, you get closer to it by following six rules of health every day, eating natural food and strengthening your mind.
In addition to self-hypnosis, it is useful to use a method such as creating mental images. Model in your imagination the changes in your body that you want to achieve in reality. The mental image that is embedded in the subconscious must be very clear and vivid - then the subconscious will be able to give commands to the corresponding organs and tissues. The more often you imagine the desired image, the sooner the renewal process will begin. And the result may simply amaze you!
With a healthy lifestyle, it is very easy to believe that the body is renewed, health improves, youth and vitality return. Repeat to yourself as often as possible that you are getting younger, that your health and well-being are improving, and every day you will get closer to the mental image that you created for yourself. The ability to create a mental image will help accelerate the achievement of desired results in any area: health, family, work, relationships with people.

Relaxation

The ability to relax, or relaxation, can be of great help in achieving the goals you have set for yourself. In order to learn relaxation, you need to start with complete muscle relaxation. You can relax your body muscles while sitting on a chair, in an armchair, or lying on a bed.
The legs are slightly apart and completely relaxed, so that you feel their heaviness. The hands rest freely on the knees, also relaxed and heavy. The shoulders rest on the back of the chair, the head is thrown back. In this pose, you need to mentally repeat to yourself: “I am resting. My brain is resting. My body is resting. I am completely relaxed.”
Before going to bed, you can use self-hypnosis for complete relaxation. Mentally, you make a “journey” throughout your body, from top to bottom, saying to yourself: “My brain is relaxed. The muscles of my head are relaxed. The muscles of my neck and shoulders are relaxed.” And so on to the tips of your toes. Then tell yourself: “I am completely relaxed. I want nothing more than deep, restful sleep. I feel more and more sleepy.”
However, we must remember that all difficulties and adversities should remain outside the bedroom door. Don't try to find a way out of a difficult situation while lying in bed. Falling asleep in an excited state is like putting poison in your food. Healthy, restful sleep is another step towards creating powerful nerve force.
Once you master the relaxation mechanism, you can easily gain control over your thoughts. All natural processes are based on the replacement of one phenomenon by another: night falls, winter gives way to spring. In the same way, the human body needs to relax after stress.
Modern life requires us to constantly exert mental and physical strength. The concept of "stress" is becoming commonplace. The impact of stress negatively affects all body activities: overexertion disrupts mental activity and impedes blood circulation. With prolonged stress, blood vessels constrict, causing an increase in blood pressure. Repetitive stress leads to depression, risk of diabetes, peptic ulcers, decreased sex hormone levels, and an overall decreased ability of the immune system to fight disease. Stress can cause platelets to become stickier than they should be, putting a person at greater risk for heart problems. When stress passes, the balance of the body's chemicals is usually restored. But when there is too much stress, the levels of these substances in the intervals can “hang” at stress levels corresponding to the high speed of the body.
Relaxation is necessary. She helps to remove emotional stress, normalize the functioning of the cardiovascular and digestive systems. At the same time, interference is removed from the subconscious and the central nervous system is strengthened. Having mastered the relaxation method, you can relax and relieve stress in any environment.

Strong man rules

To create and strengthen high nerve power, you must also remember the following:

1. Don't run from fear. Analyze it and perceive fear only as a physical feeling. The fear we are afraid to face can kill us.
Observe your fears and understand that you should not give in to them. Think of them as a movie you've seen and a movie. What you see on the screen does not really exist. Fear will come and go just like the images on the screen, unless you persistently hold onto it.

2. Don't live in the past. Remember - it's never too late to start over. But in order to begin to change, you need to let go of the past. Don't live with the burden of past losses and failures. It's all gone now. Live for today. Build your life on a new basis, letting go of everything negative from yourself forever: let it become a thing of the past.

3. Don't waste your energy feeling sorry for yourself. Please understand that this is a complete waste of energy. Self-pity and resentment make you move in circles, returning again and again to the same bitter thoughts. A feeling of resentment stored in the soul for years can even lead to cancer. It is stupid to punish yourself now if someone has offended you in the past.
Let go of the past through a sense of forgiveness. Forgiveness is saying goodbye. Saying goodbye to feelings of bitterness and resentment, feelings of pain. Saying goodbye to the situation as a whole. On the contrary, a state of unforgiveness actually leads to the beginning of destructive activity in ourselves - bad thoughts that have been accumulating for years eventually turn against their owner.

4. Don't get hung up on negative thoughts. Think and talk about what is good in your life. Turn your thoughts in a positive direction.

5. Plan for every day as many things as possible that could give you pleasure. Leave time to go to the theater or read a book. Go to birthday parties of friends and relatives, attend anniversaries, exhibitions and other entertainment events. Don't force yourself to have fun until you drop - just go there.

6. Help other people and you will feel better.

7. No matter how you feel, hold your head high and act like you are a prosperous person.
If you are truly armed with the will and desire to overcome your troubles, believe me, success will not keep you waiting long.

Brain nutrition and endocrine glands

Healthy cells in our body are built through two components: exercise and nutrition. We need proper nutrition, in particular, in order to physically rebuild brain cells. What building materials are needed for this?
For normal functioning, the brain needs a sufficient amount of unsaturated fatty acids, the main food sources of which are flaxseed, sunflower, olive oil, as well as wheat germ oil.
Of the minerals the brain needs phosphorus, sulfur, copper, zinc, calcium, iron and magnesium. Phosphorus and phosphorus compounds promote the formation of brain cells. Food sources of phosphorus are beans, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, lettuce, peas, radishes, soybeans, walnuts, sprouted and whole wheat grains, cheese, cod liver, egg yolk, fish, meat, mushrooms.
Sulfur is necessary to saturate brain cells with oxygen. Foods rich in sulfur include almonds, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, garlic, gooseberries, figs, strawberries, lettuce, onions, potatoes, radishes, egg yolks, and pork.
Wheat bran and sprouted wheat are rich in zinc. Sources of calcium are apples, apricots, beets, blackberries, cabbage, carrots, cherries, cucumbers, currants, gooseberries, grapes, green vegetables, honey, lettuce, young turnip tops, beans, almonds, onions, oranges, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, whole grains, cheese, eggs, pork, milk, cream.
Beans, cabbage, carrot tops, cherries, currants, dandelion leaves, green vegetables, dried fruits, gooseberries, watercress, mustard, specks, oranges, peas, mint, pineapples, radishes, raspberries, strawberries, tomatoes, young turnip tops are rich in iron. , whole wheat grains, oatmeal, rice, egg yolk, pork, fish (white), shellfish, liver, kidneys, mushrooms.
Magnesium can be obtained from foods such as almonds, lettuce, mint, chicory, olives, parsley, peanuts, potatoes, pumpkin, plums, walnuts, whole wheat grains, egg yolks, and liver.
In addition, the brain is in dire need of a number of vitamins: vitamin E and B vitamins (especially B, Bd and B^). Vitamin E regulates the activity of the cerebellum and also helps to save oxygen. Sources of vitamin E are lettuce, lettuce, sunflower oil, sprouted wheat, whole grain porridge, liver, and egg yolk.
The brain needs large amounts of oxygen. Foods such as potatoes, parsley, mint, horseradish, radishes, onions, and tomatoes help saturate the brain with oxygen.
Foods rich in B vitamins include nut butters, raw or freshly roasted nuts, whole grains (such as barley), dry beans, polished rice, brewer's yeast; green vegetables: young turnip tops, mustard greens, spinach, cabbage; fruits: oranges, grapefruits, melon, avocados, bananas; milk, beef, beef liver.
The activity of the brain and the state of the nervous system also depend on the work of the endocrine glands, or endocrine glands, which include the thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, as well as the thymus, pancreas, adrenal and gonads.
These glands regulate the functioning of the entire body. The hormones they secrete enter the blood or lymph and are distributed throughout the body. They are necessary for proper protein, fat, carbohydrate and water-salt metabolism. The endocrine glands also need proper nutrition.
Thyroid gland. Located on the neck in the area of the trachea and laryngeal cartilages. Produces iodine-containing hormones (thyroxine and triiodothyrotoxin), which are involved in the regulation of metabolism and energy in the body. As a result of a decrease in its function, metabolic processes are disrupted, fatigue, irritability, apathy appear, mental activity decreases, and swelling develops.
The thyroid gland needs iodine, B vitamins, vitamin C and tyrosine - an amino acid necessary for the construction of proteins. The main sources of iodine are foods such as seaweed, seaweed, lettuce, green parts of plants, turnips, leeks, melon, garlic, asparagus, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, beans, sorrel, grapes, strawberries, oatmeal, sea fish.
Most protein foods are a source of tyrosine. Vitamin B (or thiamine), indispensable for the normal functioning of the nervous system, is found in wholemeal bread, porridge from whole grains (they are not boiled, but brewed with warm water), barley, beans, sprouted wheat, asparagus, potatoes, bran, nuts , yeast, liver.
Sources of vitamin C have already been listed in the chapter "Vitamin of Life".
Parathyroid glands. They are located on the surface of the thyroid gland or in its tissue. The hormone that these glands produce is involved in the regulation of phosphorus-calcium metabolism, if it is disrupted, a person may develop increased excitability, uncontrolled irritability, convulsions, and spasms.
Vitamin D is especially important for the parathyroid glands, as it helps the body absorb calcium. Vitamin D (or calciferol) is also necessary for normal bone growth, blood clotting, and good heart function. Its sources are eggs, milk, butter, liver, fish. It should be remembered that vitamin D is formed in the body under the influence of ultraviolet rays. This vitamin is also part of the secretory secretions of the skin, so stimulating the skin with contrasting water procedures helps to increase it in the body.
Thymus (or thymus) gland. Located in the chest cavity. Thymus gland functions in close relationship with the adrenal glands and gonads. B vitamins are especially important for the thymus gland (see sources above).
Pancreas. Located in the abdominal cavity, it is involved in the regulation of carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. This gland produces the hormone insulin, a deficiency of which can lead to diabetes.
The pancreas needs B vitamins, sulfur, nickel, cystine and glutamic acid. Most protein foods, especially dairy products, are sources of cystine and glutamic acid.
The adrenal glands (or adrenal glands) in the form of caps cover the kidneys on top. They consist of a bark and an inner layer. Hormones of the adrenal cortex play an important role in the body’s adaptation to unfavorable conditions (cold, infection, emotional arousal), and also affect carbohydrate metabolism, sexual function, and muscle performance. Hormones of the inner layer secrete adrenaline, which enhances the absorption of oxygen by tissues and stimulates metabolism.
To nourish the adrenal glands, you need foods high in protein, vitamins A, C, E, and tyrosine (see sources above).
Sex glands. These include the ovaries (in women) and testes (in men). The gonads secrete hormones necessary for normal sexual life, as well as for the proper functioning of the entire body. The gonads need vitamins A, C, E, B vitamins, arginine, iron, copper.
Vitamin A is necessary for the growth process, for proper metabolism, for the normal condition of the skin and mucous membranes. In the human body, vitamin A is formed from carotene. For a person, 1/3 of the need for this vitamin should be met by products containing retinol: butter, cream, fermented milk products, egg yolk, kidneys, liver, and 2/3 of products containing carotene: apricots, carrots, cabbage, lettuce, potatoes, plums, green parts of plants, all yellow fruits. In addition, since the vitamin activity of carotene in food is 3 times less than the activity of retinol, live vegetables and fruits should be 3 times more than animal products containing retinol. Vitamin A should be consumed with great caution, as its overdose is harmful and can lead to cancer.
Arginine is found in oats, whole grains wheat, yeast, eggs, milk. See above for sources of other vitamins, iron and copper.
So, the functioning of the endocrine glands is directly related to the activity of the brain and the state of the entire nervous system. In addition, all these glands are closely related to each other: stimulation of one of them causes disruption of the activity of the other.
If the function of any of the endocrine glands decreases, you can use the method of self-hypnosis. If you focus on one gland, visualizing it and repeating that it is functioning perfectly, you will soon see that its performance has actually improved. However, this method, as mentioned above, is applicable not only to individual organs, but also to the entire body as a whole.
In order to maintain your glands in excellent condition, you need to provide them with the necessary nutrition and perform exercises according to the Health System. The result will be the creation of powerful nerve force that will help your body withstand any conditions.

Who is Katsuzo Nishi

This spinal health system was created by a Japanese KATSUZO NISHI. He was not a doctor, but he was closely “familiar” with medicine: from early childhood he was constantly treated for one or another disease. He himself later wrote about his childhood like this: “Among my peers, I was the most frail and sickly. One famous doctor gave me a death sentence, saying that I would not live to see my 20th birthday. And I really suffered a lot spiritually and physically and lost more and more weight. And I passionately longed for health.” This desire helped him not only survive, but also become healthy. Without giving up, playing sports and constantly being in an independent search for a recipe for health, he became acquainted with health systems and philosophies different countries and cultures. As a result of searches and experiments, he realized that there are no diseases of individual organs - they are all the result of pathological changes various systems, and one of the reasons for their occurrence is moral exhaustion. Based on these ideas, he created a health system known as the Niche Health System. Nishi considers four elements as the foundation of health: skin (including mucous membranes), nutrition, limbs and psyche.

Leather- this is our protective cover, and on top of everything else, it is also a mechanism for purifying the blood of toxins.

Food supplies the body with all necessary minerals. And it is very important that they come in the right quantity and composition. Food can litter, poison the body, or it can heal. By the way, Nishi does not recognize any medicines or vitamins, except for substances contained in food products.

Legs- our support, through them energy exchange with the Earth occurs: fresh energy enters, spent, pathogenic energy exits.

Psyche: what are our thoughts, emotions, moods, so is our life. You can enjoy good health only when all four of these elements are in order. Problems with any of them give rise to disease. In order to keep all four systems in order, Nishi suggested following the “Six Rules of Health.”

The Nishi system exercises should be performed in a ventilated room. Clothes should be removed if possible - a naked body allows you to make your metabolism more intense, since the skin over the entire surface of the body “breathes” oxygen and removes toxins more efficiently.

Self-diagnosis according to the Nishi system

Before you start studying the “Six Rules of Health”, diagnose the condition of your body. We advise you to carry out this diagnosis some time after starting classes on the Nishi system. We hope the results inspire you!

So, you can assess your health using six self-diagnosis methods.

1. From a standing position, lean forward and try to touch the floor with your fingers without bending your knees. If you can do this without experiencing severe discomfort, then your spine and stomach are fine.

2. Stand facing the wall, leaning your hands on it, and stretch your body without lifting your heels from the floor. The angle between your body and the floor should be 30°. If you succeed without much effort, then you do not have serious problems with the genitals and sciatic nerve.

3. Place your hands on the table, standing with your back to it, raising your face up so that the angle between your body and the floor is 30°. In this case, the body should remain completely straight, and the thumbs should lie on the table. If you were able to take this position without experiencing severe discomfort, then your kidneys are working normally.

4. While on your knees, sit with your buttocks on your heels. From this position, try to lie on your back without lifting your knees from the floor. If you succeed, then your intestines and ureters are fine.

5. Lie on your back with your arms extended along your torso. Lift your legs straight up and behind your head so that your toes touch the floor. If you can do this without experiencing severe discomfort, then your liver is fine.

6. While standing, lift your leg so that your thigh is horizontal. Try to stay in this position for as long as possible without moving. Then change legs. By standing on one leg, you work 312 muscles in your body. If a man manages to stand on one leg for 40 minutes, and a woman for 25 minutes, it means that all organs and systems of the body are working normally. For those who have pain in their feet, before performing this exercise, you need to get them in order using capillary gymnastics.

Six rules of health

Nishi's health system is based on the “Six Rules of Health,” which consist of observing certain conditions and performing special exercises twice a day. Living according to Nisha’s rules helps not only strengthen, but also restore health.

The first rule of health: a firm, level bed.

Upright walking, which man mastered in the process of evolution, significantly increased the vulnerability of the spine. Now a subluxation of one of the vertebrae can cause not just one, but a whole series of diseases. Therefore, the spine requires special care. Naturally, it is impossible to move around on all fours all day, but you can help your spine relax properly while sleeping.

Vertebrae with subluxation (and, unfortunately, there are not so few of them) do not relax enough on a soft mattress, and their functions are therefore limited, as a result of which both the nervous system (nerves atrophy and paralyze) and blood vessels suffer. The intervertebral discs are warmed up on a soft mattress and therefore easily move, and blood circulation is disrupted.

Vertebral subluxations (picture on the left)

To get the most benefit from a night's sleep, the following conditions are necessary:

    The place to sleep should be hard and level - you can sleep on the floor, on a board or sheet of plywood. The main thing is not to use a spring mattress;

    the blanket should be very light, it should not be hot under it;

the body should lie flat, in this position the body weight is distributed evenly: this allows the muscles to relax and return the spine to its original state, minimizing the negative impact of the vertical position and the stress of the working day.

The more the vertebrae are curved, the more likely it is to experience pain in the hip joints and sacrum from using a hard bed. In this case, you need to perform the “Goldfish” exercise while lying down (for more information about it, see “”) or, bending your knees, move your legs on one side or the other of the body. This helps to overcome pain and quickly get used to a hard bed.

Benefits of a firm bed

· It provides the best support for the spine.

· Preserves the functional activity of the skin.

· Prevents the development of liver sluggishness.

· Allows blood to circulate freely from the extremities to the heart and liver, making metabolism and, accordingly, the purification of blood and blood vessels more intense.

· Makes it possible to avoid tension of motor nerves.

· Helps normalize intestinal function (spasms and constipation go away).

· Helps restore normal functioning of the nervous system.

· Brings good sleep, complete rest.

· Prevents prolapse of internal organs, lungs, kidneys.

· Develops good posture.

A hard bed makes it possible to correct minor vertebral subluxations acquired during the day, since on it the vertebrae are pulled into a line and therefore returned to the correct position. A firm bed makes it possible not only to prevent certain disorders, but also cure serious diseases of the spine.

The second rule of health: a firm pillow

To create optimal conditions for rest for the spine, you need to choose the right pillow. Nishi states that the pillow should be hard. The bolster pillow is considered the most suitable; it can serve as an ideal support for the 3rd and 4th cervical vertebrae.

To choose the right pillow and quickly get used to it, use the following recommendations.

Lying on your back, place a pillow under your neck so that the 3rd and 4th vertebrae rest on it. Find a comfortable position.

Perhaps during the first few days, but no more than 3 weeks, you will experience pain, the back of your head will become numb, and you will begin to dream more often. Do not rush to change the bed and pillow to the usual soft ones, wait until the moment when the hard bed and pillow no longer cause you discomfort. To quickly overcome these sensations, you can additionally perform the “Goldfish” exercise (see “”).

If you still can't sleep, place a towel on your pillow. But this is a temporary measure. Gradually, you should give up the towel and train yourself to sleep only on a pillow.

At first, you can lie on a hard pillow for 15-20 minutes, and then gradually increase this time until you finally manage to sleep peacefully on it all night.

A hard pillow is, to some extent, a barometer of health. The painful sensations associated with it are a sign of the presence of stagnant feces in the intestines or problems with the spine. But by getting used to a hard pillow and overcoming the discomfort associated with it, you will gradually get rid of these problems.

The height of the pillow is determined individually - it is selected in such a way that the depression between the back of the head and the shoulder blades is filled, and the spinal column remains straight.

A bolster pillow can be made of different materials: wood, cotton wool covered with horsehair, or pebbles.

Sleeping on your back is optional; you can sleep on your stomach or side. However, you must fall asleep on your back.

Benefits of a hard pillow

· It maintains the optimal condition of the nasal septum, preventing the occurrence of many diseases.

· Allows you to correct subluxation of the cervical vertebrae, combined with pain not only in the neck, but also in the back of the head. If pain occurs when using a hard pillow, it means that the vertebrae have shifted. This should encourage you to look for a better position. The absence of pain indicates that the vertebrae are positioned correctly.

· Stimulates cerebral circulation.

The third rule of health: the “Goldfish” exercise

Nishi recommends doing a special set of exercises every day. These exercises, provided that the first two rules of health are observed - a hard bed and a hard pillow, prevent all physical and mental illness and disorders. Exercise is beneficial for both healthy people and sick people. For a healthy person they guarantee good health and long life, and for a sick person they will be the first step towards recovery.

During your studies (and at other times too), you should think about recovery, pray to become strong in body, kind in soul and strong in spirit, and certainly believe that happiness and joy await you ahead. The way a person thinks, what he wants, and what he believes in affects his consciousness, the central nervous system, also affecting the autonomic one. When the nervous system and body fluids are in balance, which is achieved with the help of Nisha exercises, a person’s thoughts, desires and beliefs are embodied on the physical plane into a concrete result, forming the events that a person strives for, that he desires.

Perform all exercises smoothly, without rushing. If you fail at any of them, you need to train until the bitter end. After all, this is not just self-diagnosis: these exercises treat the relevant organs. Exercises will be easier for you if you supplement them with gymnastics for the capillaries, performed before and after exercise.

What does the “Goldfish” exercise do?

“Goldfish” is an exercise that tidies up the spine. Due to the sedentary lifestyle that the vast majority of people now lead, the spine becomes rigid and deformed. And since the spine has nerve connections with all internal organs, its deformation immediately affects the internal organs and psycho-emotional state. Yes, yes, the psycho-emotional state also depends on the spine, because dislocated vertebrae often compress the artery that supplies blood to the brain, which receives insufficient oxygen, and mood swings begin, causeless fear and anxiety, irritability, and anger appear. Due to lack of physical activity, the cartilage and discs between the vertebrae are destroyed, and the spinal column seems to “dry out.” That is why people by the age of 60-70 usually have a whole bunch of diseases, and some even become several centimeters shorter or even bend over. All this happens only because we do not take care of our spine when we are young!

Nishi offers an ingenious solution - “Goldfish”. This exercise straightens all curvatures of the vertebrae, thereby relieving overstrain of the spinal nerves and stimulating the pulsation of the veins that carry blood from the internal organs back to the heart, along the way removing waste products through the pores of the skin. Thus, “Goldfish” improves heart function and accelerates the elimination of toxins. The vibration implemented in this exercise also helps to improve intestinal motility, which means it fights stagnation of feces - the main cause of intoxication of the body and most diseases.

This exercise is also very important for the spine. It eliminates and prevents scoliosis (lateral curvature of the spine). By performing it, you can correct deformities of the vertebral processes, get rid of chronic fatigue syndrome, significantly improve the condition of the nervous system, blood circulation, the functioning of the intestines and pelvic organs, and avoid intestinal obstruction. Exercise allows you to achieve balance between body and mind, which, in turn, will make your life in this hectic world more comfortable psychologically, sharpen your intuition, make it easier to understand your body - you will feel what it needs at the moment.

Preliminary part of the exercise

I. item 1: on the floor or on a hard bed, lying on your back, face up, arms thrown behind your head and extended, legs also extended, feet located at right angles to the body (perpendicular to the body), toes constantly stretched towards you. Hips and heels are pressed hard against the floor.

Execution: While in this position, stretch several times on the count of “7”, carefully stretching the spine to the sides: with the heel of your right foot, “crawl” forward along the floor and at the same time, with both outstretched arms, stretch in the opposite direction. Then do a similar stretch with your left leg. Repeat alternately 5-7 times.

Main part

I. item 2: remaining in I. p. 1, bend your elbows, place your palms under the cervical vertebrae, legs together, the toes of both feet need to be pulled towards you, the back of the head, shoulders, pelvis, calves, heels pressed to the floor.

Execution: start rapid oscillations (vibrations) of your body from right to left, just like a small fish does.

Management: during oscillations, the elongated spine pressed to the floor should lie motionless; oscillations from right to left are performed only by the feet and the back of the head. You need to do the exercise daily, morning and evening for 1-2 minutes (if you have difficulty keeping track of time, you can count silently, ending the exercise by counting to 120 or 240).

The exercise can be done with a helper holding your ankles and rocking them from side to side. A helper can press the soles of your feet toward you and move them from side to side. The child should be held by the hips, moving them left and right.

The fourth rule of health: exercise for capillaries

Nishi adheres to a new theory of blood circulation, according to which it is not the heart that makes the blood circulate, as is commonly believed, but the capillaries - the vessels connecting the arteries and veins. And these capillaries need to be trained to ensure their proper functioning. For this purpose, Nishi medicine has special vibration gymnastics for the limbs: they contain about 4 billion capillaries. These healing vibrations allow you to adjust venous valves that provide reverse blood flow, restore lymph circulation, speed up blood circulation, and cure various diseases associated with poor circulation, improve the condition of the skin and strengthen its protective properties, avoid premature aging and keep your legs healthy (legs are the support of the body, so problems with them can cause other diseases).

Exercise No. 1 - basic

Lie on your back with a hard pillow - a log or cushion - under your head. Raise your arms and legs up so that they form a right angle with your body. The soles of your feet should be parallel to the floor. While in this position, lightly shake your legs and arms for 1-2 minutes.

The distance between your legs should be approximately equal to the width of your shoulders. To get the most out of the exercise, try to keep your legs vertical and rotate your feet in and out. Those who find it difficult to raise their legs vertically can spread them at an angle of approximately 100° and from this position raise their legs bent at the knees as high as possible. The height of the legs should be gradually increased so that they can eventually be extended vertically.

Exercise for capillaries, like the “Goldfish”, is done twice a day, morning and evening.

As already mentioned, there are a huge number of capillaries in the upper and lower extremities. When shaking with your arms and legs, the capillaries are subjected to additional vibration, which causes them to contract more often and push blood more actively. And since all the blood vessels of the body are united into a single circulatory system, local improvement in blood circulation leads to improved blood circulation throughout the body.

Exercise No. 2 - for those whose hands and feet are constantly cold

Some people complain that their extremities are constantly cold. Sometimes these phenomena are accompanied by pain in the heart. These are signs that the capillaries are compressed by spasms: this means that the entire circulatory system is not working well, and organs and tissues do not receive enough nutrition. For such people, in addition to gymnastics for the capillaries, two more exercises are recommended.

First exercise has a beautiful name in the spirit of the East - “Reed in the Wind”. It significantly increases blood flow along the entire length of the lower extremities, relieves leg fatigue, and improves nutrition of tissues and muscles.

Lie on your stomach on a hard, flat surface, place your arms along your torso, bend your knees and relax them, imagining that from your knees to your soles they have turned into a reed, surrendering to the will of the wind. Give your legs complete freedom of movement. Give them the opportunity to bend and straighten and hit their buttocks. You may not be able to reach your buttocks right away. Help yourself by imagining that the wind is hitting your reed legs with more and more force, and they either together or alternately bend lower and lower, approaching your buttocks. This exercise should be done for 2-3 minutes twice a day, trying to ensure that the heels still reach the buttocks.

Second exercise to improve blood supply to the extremities - massage with nuts. It can also be used to relieve nervous tension.

Take two walnuts, place between your palms and do rotational movements within 2-3 minutes. At the same time, it is important to make an effort to press the nuts as tightly as possible into the palms of your hands.

Then place a nut under each foot and roll them with their soles on a flat, hard surface, but again not without effort, so that the nuts are pressed tightly into the feet. The duration of the foot massage is the same as the hand massage.

Exercise No. 3 - gymnastics for unequal development of the right and left parts of the body

People whose right and left parts of the body are unequally developed (muscles, nerves, etc.) need to perform capillary gymnastics a little differently: lie on your side, raise your arm and leg approximately 30° relative to the body and make slight oscillatory movements with them movement for 2-3 minutes. When the right and left parts of the body develop unequally, their functions are unbalanced, which often leads to various diseases. This is why it is so important that both halves of the body are balanced.

The fifth rule of health: exercise “Connecting the feet and palms”

The fifth rule of health, like the previous two, is to regularly perform a certain exercise. Here the exercise also involves not only the spine, but also internal organs, and primarily the most powerful muscle of our body - the diaphragm. In time with breathing, it descends like a pressure pump, compresses the liver, intestines, spleen, blood and lymphatic vessels, and thereby stimulates the blood supply to the abdominal organs, performing no less important work than the heart itself - pushing blood.

This exercise brings balance to all muscles and nerves, establishing harmony between all parts of the body, internal organs and systems. “Connecting the feet and palms” must be practiced by all women, regardless of age, especially those involved in sports, working while standing and pregnant women. A woman who performs this exercise every morning and evening will never have problems with gynecology. It is very effective for gynecological diseases - infertility, uterine flexion, ovarian cyst, uterine fibroids, endometritis, vaginitis, amenorrhea, painful menstruation. Daily practice of this exercise prevents diseases of the genital organs in men and women and cures these diseases.

Pregnant women should do this exercise for one and a half minutes in the mornings and evenings for an easy delivery. The effectiveness of the exercise is unanimously confirmed by everyone who has practiced it. Even those women who had a difficult first birth can make it much easier for themselves. next birth, if they systematically perform the “Connecting the feet and palms”. Moreover, classes can be resumed within 3-5 days after giving birth.

What does this exercise do?

The symmetrical body position you assume:

· helps to establish a balance between the forces of soul and body;

· restores the balance between constructive and destructive processes within the body, as well as different parts of the nervous system, allowing you to achieve harmony in the body and coordinate the functions of nerves, blood vessels, muscles, the right and left halves of the body, and limbs;

· improves the functions of the adrenal glands, genital organs, and large intestine;

· provides normal development fetus in pregnant women.

Preliminary part

The exercise consists of two parts, the first of which (preliminary part) allows you to more intense the activity of the diaphragm, as well as enhance cellular respiration. The exercise should be performed naked. Proceed to the main part of the exercise only after preparing your body for it.

Each of the tasks of the preliminary part (points 1-9) is performed 10 times.

I. p.: lying on your back on a hard surface, neck and head resting on a hard cushion, feet closed, legs apart at the knees, palms joined, lying on the chest.

Execution:

1. Press the fingertips of both palms against each other.

2. First press the fingertips of one hand onto the fingertips of the other, and then the entire right palm onto the left, and the left palm onto the right.

3. Press your closed palms against each other.

4. Extending your arms with your palms joined to their full length and throwing them behind your head, move them slowly over your face to your waist, as if cutting your body in half - the fingers of your palms are always directed towards your head. Move your palms back and forth.

5. Turn your fingers over, now pointing them towards your feet, and move them along the center of the body, but now from the bottom up.

6. Move the clasped palms of your hands over your body, cutting the air with an “axe,” stretching your arms as far as possible.

7. Extend your arms all the way up and down, keeping your palms closed.

8. Place your closed palms forcefully over the solar plexus area, move your closed feet back and forth by 1-1.5 foot lengths, while keeping your palms connected.

9. Move your closed palms and feet back and forth simultaneously, trying to stretch the vertebrae (the number of repetitions can reach 61 times).

Main part

Execution: place the closed palms of your hands on your chest perpendicular to the body (like an antenna) and remain in the “lying lotus” position (similar to the “Lotus” pose in yoga, but here it is performed not while sitting, but in a lying position). Then close your eyes and stay in this position for 5-10 minutes. The feet are closed all the time, the knees are spread as wide as possible.

Do this exercise in the morning and evening, and also during the day if you have free time. It is recommended to perform before and after connecting the feet and palms.

The sixth rule of health: exercise for the back and abdomen

The last, sixth rule of health is designed to teach your body to consciously move your spine and stomach at the same time. This is necessary for the coordinated and harmonious interaction of different parts of the central nervous system, as well as for harmonizing and stabilizing the state of mind.

This exercise consists of two parts: eleven preparatory exercises and one main one.

The purpose of this gymnastics: move the intestines, regulate blood circulation in the abdominal cavity and thus avoid constipation and stagnation of feces, that is, factors that cause almost all diseases, including the main killers - cancer and heart disease. Even mental illness, dementia and stroke are associated with constipation - this is one of Nisha's most important discoveries.

It is known that the health of the body largely depends on the state of the blood: it can both nourish it and destroy it. With constipation, the blood becomes full of metabolic products that are absorbed into it from the intestines, and becomes a source of autointoxication. This is why people suffering from constipation can be victims of almost any disease. The large intestine, constantly clogged with feces, turns into a hard, immobile sac, displacing the liver and kidneys, reducing the mobility of the small intestine, causing disruptions in the genitourinary system, compressing the diaphragm, which is of great importance for normal blood circulation. All this creates the ground for serious diseases, including cancer.

After gymnastics for the back and abdomen normalizes intestinal function, you can easily give up your morning meal and periodically fast. Remember: most diseases occur because we eat too much; those who regularly cleanse the intestines, preventing stool from stagnating in it, live long.

What does this exercise do?

This exercise:

· has a beneficial effect on health, both physical and mental;

· normalizes the acid-base balance in the body (due to movements of the back and abdomen);

· restores balance in the functioning of the nervous system;

· allows internal organs to “breathe”, receive adequate nutrition and process it.

Preliminary exercises

I. p.: sitting on the floor on your knees, your pelvis resting on your heels, or sitting cross-legged. The spine is straight (remember the expression “like a yardstick swallowed”) and should not deviate from the axis perpendicular to the floor. The ears are directly above the shoulders, the eyes are wide open, the tongue is raised to the sky, the lips are tightly compressed, and breathing is even. The whole body rests on the legs.

A. While in I. p., extend your arms in front of your chest parallel to each other and quickly look over your left shoulder, trying to see your tailbone. Then mentally move your gaze from the tailbone up the spine all the way to the cervical vertebrae and after that return your head to the I. p. Then quickly look back over your right shoulder and then perform similar actions. Even if you can't see your tailbone, imagine that you can see it.

B. Raise your arms parallel to each other and stretch upward. Quickly do the same as in point A, looking back at your tailbone once over each shoulder.

Intermediate Exercises align the vertebrae, protecting them from subluxations and their consequences in the form of diseases of the internal organs. They must be performed after each of the six exercises of the preliminary part (items 1-6) once on the right and left sides.

1. Take a deep breath, raise your shoulders as high as possible and then lower them (10 times).

2. Tilt your head to the right (right ear to right shoulder), return to I. p. - head straight - (10 times), then tilt it to the left (10 times).

3. Tilt your head first forward, then back, as far as you can manage. After each bend, return your head to the I. p. Bend in each direction 10 times.

4. Turn your head back and right, then left and back, in each direction 10 times.

5. Tilt your head to the right (try to touch your right shoulder with your right ear), then slowly stretch your neck to the fullest and roll your head back to the spine (your head should be thrown back “all the way”). Perform the exercise 10 times in both directions.

6. Raise your arms up parallel to each other, then bend your elbows at a right angle, clench your hands into fists, tilt your head back, trying to make your chin look at the ceiling. On the count of “7” in this position, move your elbows back, keeping your bent arms at shoulder level, as if you want to bring them together behind your back (like the wings of a butterfly), at the same time pull your chin towards the ceiling, trying to reach it. Return to I. p. Perform 10 times.

Main part of the exercise

Between the preliminary and main parts, take a short break, during which try to relax. Before you continue, check your posture - it should be straight.

Execution: straighten your body, balance its weight on your tailbone and begin to sway left and right, while moving your stomach back and forth. Say out loud during the exercise:

“I feel good, every day I will get better and better and better and better. Every cell of my body is renewed; the blood becomes fresh, clean, healthy; The endocrine glands work great; muscles, skin, blood vessels become elastic, elastic, healthy, clean, renewed; bones - strong, joints - flexible, mobile; all organs and systems obey the work of the brain; the brain functions perfectly - the brain perfectly controls the functioning of all organs and systems: all organs and systems work perfectly. I am becoming healthier, smarter, kinder, wiser, capable of great creative deeds, useful to people and myself. I feel good, and every day I will get better and better and better and better.”

Perform these movements while simultaneously pronouncing self-hypnosis formulas for 10 minutes every morning and every evening.

You have probably already come across the proposal to pronounce certain settings more than once, but, as a rule, it was about doing this in a state of relaxation. Indeed, the program that you set for yourself in this state is highly likely to reach the subconscious. However, rhythmic movements, which you will combine with self-hypnosis, contribute to even more effective action. Having reached the subconscious, the healing program will spread to each of your cells that will follow it.

Why is it important to do back and abdominal exercises at the same time?

This exercise gives the effect of so-called diaphragmatic breathing - breathing from the lower abdomen (full yogic breathing). But doing such breathing without back exercises is harmful: you may develop enteroptosis - stretching of the lower abdominal cavity with resulting complications. What are these complications? Reduced acidity gastric juice, which in turn leads to a narrowing of the outlet of the stomach and can even cause stomach cancer. Moreover, exercise for the abdomen without exercise for the back negatively affects the nervous system, causing feelings of anxiety and fear.

An exercise for the back, if abdominal (from the Latin “abdomen” - belly) movements are not performed at the same time, also brings little benefit. Why? Our body is susceptible to various diseases for one reason: having moved away from nature into the realm of civilization, we have abandoned the natural way of life. Due to sedentary work and lack of physical activity, spinal deformities occur, and this in turn disrupts metabolic processes. Rocking left and right brings it to a healthy state. In the absence of abdominal exercise, body fluids will become too acidic and this can cause diseases associated with acid accumulation, such as apoplexy and diabetes, and make us susceptible to colds.

So, exercises for the back and abdomen are effective only if they are performed simultaneously. Then we will balance the acidity of body fluids and the nervous system. A healthy nervous system makes it possible to successfully withstand any adversity. “By swaying from side to side, we stand firmly on the ground,” says the treatise Fukanzazengi, which guides the teachings of Zen.

Additional exercises for flexibility and slimness

For those who want not only to be healthy, but also slim, flexible, strong, strong, and to strengthen their spine, Nishi advises adding eight exercises to the above “golden rules of health.”

Back muscle stretching

This exercise “revives” the back muscles, strengthens the calf muscles and abdominal muscles and, by stimulating the nerve endings, normalizes the functioning of all endocrine glands, including the thyroid gland.

Starting position - lying on your back, legs straight, arms extended behind your head, whole body relaxed. Slowly raise your upper body to a sitting position. Then just as slowly lean forward, trying to press your chest to your hips, touch your face to your knees and reach your heels with your hands. Pull your toes toward you to stretch the back muscles of your legs.

Stretch forward for 1-2 minutes. Then just as slowly return to the starting position.

The exercise is done twice a day: in the morning, immediately after waking up, and in the evening, before going to bed.

Strengthening your abdominal muscles

This exercise relieves muscle tension throughout the body and strengthens the abdominal muscles, preventing constipation, and makes the legs slender.

Lie on your back, place your arms along your body, relax. From this position, raise your legs at an angle of approximately 30° to the floor. Maintain this pose for 10 seconds, then release the tension and suddenly lower your legs down.

Rest for a few seconds and repeat the exercise again (it is not recommended to do it more than twice in a row, as it can be tiring). It is advisable to place something soft under your feet so as not to hurt your heels when you hit the floor.

Do the exercise twice a day: in the morning, as soon as you get up, and in the evening before going to bed.

If you feel chills or sweat when you lift your legs for 10 seconds, it means your abdominal muscles are weakened. In this case, Nishi recommends placing a hot compress on your stomach. There are three compress options:

· a mixture of an aqueous suspension of magnesia with vegetable oil or sesame seeds in a ratio of 50:50;

· a mixture of buckwheat (150 g) with salt (1 teaspoon);

· 150 ml soy paste (miso), diluted with 75 ml hot water.

Walking barefoot on the sand also strengthens your abdominal muscles. This is an indirect method of influencing the abdominal muscles, which can be primarily recommended for children. Among other things, it heals the kidneys and strengthens the heart muscle. It is best to walk on the sand in the morning, at dawn, but if this is not possible, walk at a convenient time of day. You need to start with 5 minutes and gradually increase this time to half an hour. If there is no sandy soil nearby, you can walk on grass.

Strengthening leg muscles

This exercise strengthens the muscles of the legs, thighs and legs. Since the legs are the support of the whole body, it increases the strength of the body, relieves chronic fatigue and extends the childbearing period. Exercising the leg muscles also regulates bowel function.

To perform this exercise, you need to hang a heavy object from the ceiling or a high cabinet, lie down with a hard pillow (a log or bolster) under your head, and rest your feet on this object. Raise and lower the load by fully bending and extending your knees approximately 60 times per minute.

The weight of the load depends on your physical condition. It is best to start with 2 kg. Once you can easily lift this weight at the specified pace, you can increase it by 400-500 g. Ideally, a person should be able to perform this exercise with a load equal to 3/4 of his body weight.

As a load, you can use a bag or wooden box with sand, crushed stone, cereals or books. It is convenient to have four bags of 400-500 g and several bags of 2 kg to gradually increase the weight.

The most important condition for the effectiveness of this exercise is the daily intake of 120 g of raw vegetables, including tops. For healthy people, three varieties of vegetables are enough (vegetables are chosen as desired); for patients, this number needs to be increased to five.

Attention! This exercise should not be performed at elevated temperatures.

Strengthening arm muscles

The result of this exercise is the strengthening of the shoulder joints, deltoid muscles of the shoulders and respiratory organs (oxygen is life; the stronger and more developed the respiratory apparatus, the longer a person lives). In combination with sleeping on a hard bed using a hard pillow and the five exercises given earlier, , , , ) it cures even people with tuberculous cavities.

Lie down on a flat, hard surface with a log or cushion under your head. Take a weight suspended from the ceiling or cabinet with both hands and raise and lower it at a speed of 60 times per minute. Bending and extension of the arms should be complete.

What does the exercise do?

This exercise is very useful for people suffering from respiratory diseases - tuberculosis, asthma, bronchitis, pleurisy, pneumonia. But they should not be overexerted or exposed to high temperatures. In addition to this exercise, the patient must perform five mandatory exercises: , , , ), sleep on a hard bed, placing a log or cushion under his head.

If a person has asthma, chronic bronchitis or another similar disease, the cough may temporarily become worse after exercise. This is a completely normal phenomenon and should not be embarrassing. Endure the difficult period, and you will completely get rid of your illness.

Exercise "Splits"

This exercise strengthens the legs, restores strength and rejuvenates the body.

Stretch your legs out to the sides. Efforts should be concentrated in the lumbar region, and the weight of the body should fall on the outstretched legs. The ultimate goal of the lateral leg stretch is to do a full cross split.

To avoid injuring your thigh muscles, keep track of how far you spread your legs. For safety, place one foot on some heavy piece of furniture to prevent it from sliding on the floor. For comfort, you can place a thick pillow under your hips.

The effect of this exercise will be better if you eat at least 120 g of raw vegetables per day and do gymnastics for the capillaries before and after the splits.

Alternative to "Twine"

If the Split is too difficult for you, or you are afraid of injuring the muscles of the perineum, try another exercise instead: it is easier.

Choose a piece of furniture that is waist-high and place your straight leg over it. The foot should rest against the surface of this object with the heel. As time goes by When leveling, the height of the object should be increased, but you should not start from a high height.

Lean forward, trying to touch your chest to your knee. At the same time, try to keep your back straight, and start bending from your stomach to your thigh. The tilt should last 2-3 minutes. During this time, try to lean as close to your leg as possible, but not so much that severe pain occurs. If you find it difficult, mentally send warm streams of energy during exhalation to those areas of the stretched leg that need relaxation. Breathing during exercise is voluntary.

After the specified time has passed, slowly straighten up and, without lowering your legs, turn sideways to the supporting surface. At the same time, your foot will also turn around and will no longer rest on the heel, but on the inner rib. From this position, tilt your torso towards your leg again. Make sure your foot remains on the edge. If you pull your toe towards you and, on the contrary, push your heel away from you, the effectiveness of stretching will increase. Turn the toe of the supporting leg slightly away from the surface on which the other leg lies. After a 2-3-minute smooth bend, return to the starting position and do the exercise with the other leg.

Exercises for the back and abdomen

This and the next two exercises are intended for those who want to have a beautiful flat stomach, a healthy spine and healthy joints. But in order to tidy up the spine and joints, these exercises need to be supplemented with a raw vegetable diet. It doesn't matter what vegetables you eat, the main thing is to eat at least 300 g of raw vegetables every day.

Pay attention! Exercises should not be done on a full stomach. At least 2 hours should pass between meals and classes.

"Dorsal arch"

Lie face up on a flat, hard surface with a small soft pillow under your head. Concentrating on your head and heels, arch your back and lift your stomach. In this case, your body (legs, hips, chest, neck and stomach) should take the shape of an arc. Stay in this position for 30-60 seconds, and then smoothly lower to the floor. When performing the exercise, you should not apply too much effort. Increase the load gradually.

"Arc of the Belly"

Now do the same exercise using your stomach as support. Arms, head and neck should be extended. Stay in this pose for 30-60 seconds, then lower yourself to the floor and rest a little. If during exercise you feel pain in your stomach, it means that you have some kind of pathology in this area. To eliminate it, use a yam compress, contrast compresses and the “Goldfish” exercise.

"Wallow"

Wrap yourself in a thick cloth, such as a blanket, and lie face up on a flat, hard surface. With your arms stretched behind your head, begin to roll from one side to the other. Roll onto your side - and stay in this position for a couple of seconds, then roll onto your back, onto the other side and, finally, onto your stomach. You need to stay in each position for a short time. The duration of felting is from 2 to 5 minutes.

Relaxation according to the Nishi system for healing the spine and the whole body

If there is a cure for all diseases, relaxation is undoubtedly it. Complete muscle relaxation, if carried out systematically, cures many diseases of the spine, rheumatism and neuralgia, and also protects against cancer, relieves fatigue, strengthens the immune system, improves sleep, relieves tight muscles. negative emotions, stabilizes the functioning of the cardiovascular system - this is not a complete list of the beneficial effects of relaxation. But its most remarkable property is that it triggers a natural self-healing mechanism in the body.

Why is it important to be able to relax?

Over the past millennia, man’s lifestyle has changed radically, but the body’s reactions have remained the same: physiologically, man is adapted to survive in a dense forest, and not in the comfort of civilization. In ancient times, when our ancestors lived in natural natural conditions, everything was simple: when getting into a stressful situation, a person reacted either with flight or aggression. Both require significant physical activity and involve the mental release of energy, including negative energy.

We, modern people, as a rule, do not have the opportunity to relieve tension through physical release. It is unlikely that the boss who has just given you a dressing down will let you play football or work out in gym to relieve stress. In the best case, you will drink a couple of bottles of beer with your friends in the evening and cry to them “in your vest.” But the negative energy has not gone away; it remains in your psyche.

Mental tension, in turn, creates muscle tension, which persists even after the stressful situation that was its cause ceases to exist. So, as a result of negative emotional experiences, muscle tension is formed in our body. Over time, they develop and form into certain structures. These structures of muscle tension make it difficult for the body to self-regulate and lead to illness, the formation of pathological reflexes and stereotypes. Here is the first cause of all spinal diseases - stress.

There are only two truly effective ways to relieve tension: regular physical activity and complete muscle relaxation. There is no third one. Neither alcohol, nor tranquilizers, nor, especially, drugs solve the problem. The ideal option is to engage in both relaxation and physical exercise, which is what Nishi advises. Relaxation eliminates everything that causes inappropriate reactions, negative emotions, chronic fatigue, bad mood, bringing you to the level where absolutely everything can be cured, even what official medicine refuses.

Conditions for relaxation

Be sure to empty your bladder before relaxing! Otherwise, he will not give you peace during the exercise. Moreover, you may have an inconvenient and stable reflex to relaxation practice.

Clothes should be comfortable and loose, made from natural fabrics. Belts, glasses, beads, rings and other jewelry should be removed before relaxation.

Never exercise barefoot! When we completely relax, all vital processes in the body slow down, temperature and blood pressure drop, and bare feet can freeze. Wear cotton or thin wool socks. On the other hand, you shouldn’t wrap yourself up either. If you are afraid of freezing, cover yourself with a light blanket: this will be enough.

Relaxation can be practiced both at home and in the fresh air (if the weather permits), in a quiet place protected from wind, heat and drafts. It is very good to do it among pines, birches and cypresses: these trees feed you with energy. But fir trees and aspens, on the contrary, take away energy, so proximity to them during relaxation is undesirable.

If you are studying at home, ask your loved ones not to distract you, close the door to the room with a latch, or choose a time for relaxation when, in principle, no one can disturb you, for example, at dawn, at 5-6 o’clock.

How to do relaxation

Take a comfortable position, close your eyes and completely relax for 40 minutes, without thinking about anything or moving. It doesn’t matter whether you sit or lie down, your posture doesn’t matter, the main thing is to remain still. Breathing during relaxation should be barely noticeable - so much so that a feather placed in front of your nostrils would not move.

Keep in mind: if you move, the exercise will not work. At first, let you hold this state for 5-10 minutes. Gradually increase the duration of relaxation, bringing it to 40 minutes. Try not to fall asleep: one of the most important conditions relaxation is an active consciousness.

The procedure for relaxing muscles

It is quite difficult to immediately and completely relax all the muscles of the body. It is better to relax them one by one in the following sequence: legs, arms, back, stomach, shoulders, neck, face.

A sign that you are completely relaxed will be a feeling of weightlessness in your body, as if you are floating in the air.

Coming out of a state of relaxation

Nishi says nothing about how to come out of a state of relaxation. But this is also important. During relaxation, a person usually enters a hypnosis-like, sleep-like state. Therefore, at the end of the exercise, you need to smoothly exit it. Do not stand up abruptly, otherwise you will feel dizzy or feel like you are going crazy. Continuing to lie with your eyes closed, take 2-3 deep breaths and exhales. Pull the toe of your left foot towards you, then the toe of your right foot, then both toes at the same time, pushing your heels forward. Take a deep breath and open your eyes. Exhale. Clasp your hands, slowly lift them up behind your head, stretch your whole body following your hands and sit down. After a few minutes you can get up and start your business.

Water treatments in the Nishi system

Water is our most chief healer, our doctor, who can provide incomparable help. After all, it, like no other substance, connects us with Nature. Water was created by God for purification, renewal, generation and maintenance of life. It heals, cleanses, and rejuvenates. Hydrotherapy has been popular at all times. With proper use of water, you can completely heal many functional disorders, successfully fight diseases and remain vigorous until old age.

Nishi recommends three water procedures: contrast, cold and hot baths. Choose any one, each of them has its advantages. But contrasting ones are considered the most effective. A regular hot bath causes profuse sweating: the body loses a lot of fluid and vitamin C, due to which the acid-base balance in the body is disturbed. This does not happen with a contrast procedure, which is why it is so useful.

About the benefits of contrasting water procedures

Contrast douches have powerful hardening and relaxing properties. They tone muscles, train blood vessels, relieve overload, and therefore have a powerful healing effect on the spine. In addition, contrast douches improve the condition of the skin and increase the supply of vital energy in the body. Life energy is a substance that we receive from air, food and Space. It is she who makes us live, raises us to our feet after illnesses, injuries and mental turmoil. The processes of dying and rebirth are constantly going on in a person. As long as there is a lot of vital energy, rebirth prevails over dying: a person is healthy and recovers from even the most severe illnesses. When the energy level falls below a certain level, dying takes precedence over rebirth, which leads to a general weakening of the body, chronic fatigue, illness and, ultimately, death.

That is why, of all water procedures, it is best to choose contrasting ones. Even if you take a hot or cold bath, always finish it with a contrasting douche: then you will get a double effect.

Contrast procedures to improve the health of the whole body and prolong life

This procedure is intended for those who want to preserve youth and strengthen the body, making it resistant to colds and pathogens. Contrast douches cure neuralgia, rheumatism, headaches, diabetes, runny nose, anemia, circulatory disorders and general fatigue. And people with low temperatures simply need them.

The optimal temperature difference is about 30 °C: hot water - 42-43 °C, cold water - 14-15 °C. But you need to get used to this difference gradually, over 7-10 days.

Alternative: contrast shower

Nishi advises taking contrast baths. It is clear that in Japan people gravitate towards baths, and in the time of Nisha, showers were generally a novelty. However, it is likely that even in Japan, taking contrast baths, quickly moving from cold to hot water and back, is only possible in a hospital specially equipped for the relevant procedures. Otherwise, we would have to admit that the Japanese tend to have two bathtubs in their bathrooms. The vast majority of Russians certainly do not have the opportunity to dive from a cold bath to a hot one and back. Therefore, it is possible to replace Nishin’s contrast baths (as they are completely inconsistent with the realities of our everyday life) with a contrast shower, while maintaining the recommended temperature regime and procedure scheme.

The procedure should begin with cold water and end with cold water: this is a prerequisite. You need to do at least 4 contrasting douches, not counting the fifth, cold one:

Cold pouring - 1 minute, hot pouring - 1 minute.

Cold pouring - 1 minute, hot pouring - 1 minute.

Cold pouring - 1 minute, hot pouring - 1 minute.

Ideally, you should aim for 11 douches, although this is not the limit either. If desired, the procedure can be completed with the 61st cold douse.

You can shower either from the shower or from the basin. While standing under the shower, pour over your entire body, without staying in one place for a long time. It’s better to start from the feet and gradually move up. Stretch during douches to expand the lung cells (alveoli): this clears the lungs of mucus.

If you wet yourself from the basin, you need to pour a full basin of water on each leg, knees and stomach and three basins on each shoulder, starting with the left.

Nishi does not recommend using soap during contrast procedures. The exceptions are the arms, legs, face and crotch.

After the last cold douche, pat your body dry with a towel, no need to rub yourself, and remain naked until the skin is completely dry - from 6 to 20 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature and state of health.

Contraindications and warnings

People suffering from syphilitic liver damage and atrophic cirrhosis should not take contrast baths without prior consultation with a doctor and mandatory preparation.

Patients with atherosclerosis should get used to contrast procedures gradually. Start by sequentially lowering your arms and legs into cold and hot water after regular washing (you must first wipe the body dry). After a week or two (this depends on how you feel), you can try contrasting douches of the whole body according to the scheme proposed above.

Cold bath according to the Nishi system: healing, hardening and cleansing

Cold bathing hardens and cleanses the body, removing metabolic products released through the pores from the surface of the skin.

The duration of the cold bath is 25 minutes. Water temperature - 14-15 °C. You can start with warmer water, but it should not be warmer than 18 °C. Nishi recommends sitting still in the water for the first 20 minutes, and vigorously moving your legs for the last 5 minutes.

If you want to improve the condition of your skin, make it smooth, beautiful, remove age spots and freckles, add three types of vegetables to the water - cabbage, lettuce, a third vegetable if desired - 150 g of each, grated or finely chopped.

After a cold bath, do a few contrasting douches to warm up. Course duration is 1 month. The course is held once a year.

Hot bath according to the Nishi system: losing weight and improving health

A hot water procedure improves health, burns excess sugar and alcohol, and normalizes the concentration of salt in the body. It is especially useful for those suffering from salt deposits, osteochondrosis, diabetes, cataracts, glaucoma and excess weight, as well as those whose legs often hurt from fatigue. And if you want to improve the condition of your skin, add 30 g of ground oatmeal, 5 g of lactic acid and 2 g of borax dissolved in warm water to the water.

Ideally, the duration of a hot bath should be 20 minutes. But immediately taking a bath with a temperature of 41-42 ° C for 20 minutes is difficult. The procedure time should be increased gradually, following the recommendations given in the table below.

Monitor your pulse while taking a bath. The same table shows heart rate indicators that are optimal for the body. The duration of the procedure can be increased only if the heart rate indicators are normal and you do not experience discomfort. In this way you will gradually increase your bath time to 20 minutes. The maximum permissible increase in heart rate during a 20-minute bath is 40%, but the ideal figure is 20% - this is what you should strive for.

After a hot bath, regardless of its duration, take a cold shower for a minute, then dry yourself and get dressed. After an hour, undress again and stay naked for the time indicated in the table: this is necessary to stop sweating. But whatever the duration of the hot bath, you should not remain naked for more than 25 minutes.

Within two hours after the procedure, you need to restore the water-salt balance and the balance of vitamin C. Salt should be consumed only with raw vegetables (vegetables are chosen to taste). To restore vitamin C lost through sweating, drink an infusion of raspberry, currant or persimmon leaves, or eat foods that contain this vitamin. Clean, unboiled water should be drunk 30-40 minutes before restoring the salt balance and 30-40 minutes after the bath.

After you bring the procedure time to 20 minutes, you should take it for some more time. The exact number of baths depends on how you feel. You can check whether the baths have given results as follows. Try walking up to the 4th floor, covering the distance between two floors in 40 seconds. If there is no severe shortness of breath and fatigue in the legs, then the baths have done their job: you are in good physical shape.

Contraindications

Recommended Niche cold, hot and contrast baths are not suitable for everyone. He did not mention that hot baths are contraindicated for people with cardiovascular disorders. And they also need to do contrast douches with great care.

Running according to the Nishi system

Running is necessary to strengthen the spine and burn excess sugar and alcohol in the blood. Due to this, running improves health, prolongs life and accelerates the process of cell regeneration.

The running recommended by Nishi is a combination of walking and jumping. First, clench your fingers tightly into fists so that your thumb is under the other four. Then bend your elbows: your forearms should be in a horizontal position. Start alternately jumping on your left and then on your right leg, staying in one place. The synchronization of arm movements with leg movements should be the opposite of what happens during normal running: when the right leg rises in a jump, the right fist is thrown forward, and when the left leg is raised, the left is thrown forward. When jumping, the entire sole, and especially the heel, should touch the floor.

Jog in place twice a day - morning and evening. At first, the duration of the run should not exceed 2.5 minutes. As you get used to the exercise, gradually increase this time. When you do not feel tired after 2.5 minutes of running, extend the exercise for another 2.5 minutes, etc. The maximum running time in place is 25 minutes, but it is achieved over time, according to the scheme given in the table.

Running clothing should be lightweight because large temperature differences between the upper and lower parts of the body can cause leg cramps. Joint pain after running is a sign that you have overtrained.

If running causes sweating, then at the end of it you need to take a cold bath or shower to cleanse the body of excreted metabolic products, and within two hours after the water procedure, restore the water-salt balance and vitamin C balance by drinking clean, unboiled water, eating some vegetables with salt and taking vitamin C. See the table for all the details.

Running duration, min

Amount of water that should be drunk after running, ml

Amount of salt

Amount of decoction of raspberry, currant or persimmon leaves to restore the balance of vitamin C, ml

Unfortunately, Western medicine approaches humans mechanically. Man is seen as a collection of separate organs, and not as a single, integral being that is part of Nature. Back in the 30s of the last century, Nishi predicted that Western medicine would reach a dead end: medicines would no longer help, and all sorts of technical devices would be of no use. And the West will be forced to admit that man is a single, integral system in which everything is interconnected: body, soul, thoughts, emotions, and way of life. And if something is sick, it means that the whole body is unhealthy. This means that man lives in isolation from Nature and its laws. It is this principle that Nishi preaches, considering the only cause of disease to be an incorrect, unnatural lifestyle.

Harmony reigns where creative and destructive forces are balanced. Processes of destruction and creation are constantly going on in Nature. Nature is holistic and harmonious because none of these processes prevails over the other: as much as it is created, as much is destroyed, as much as it is born, as much dies, as much as new things come into the world, as many old things go away. Life is a continuous dying and rebirth. A complex mechanism called man is an integral part of Nature. And the same principle operates in it: as much is created, so much is destroyed, as much as it comes, as much goes away. This is the law of life of a healthy organism. If it is followed, then no diseases can arise.

An incorrect lifestyle upsets the balance between destructive and creative forces. More enters the body than is excreted, more cells die than are born, more energy is spent than is restored. And the person gets sick. More precisely, the body itself creates a disease in order to restore the lost balance, restore the disturbed harmony. Illness is not a heavenly punishment for sins, as many believe. This is an attempt at self-help, a signal of general distress in the body. Therefore, according to Nishi, there is no point in looking for a separate cure for each disease. We need to restore health to the body as a whole. Otherwise, a dozen new ones will appear in place of the cured disease.

To enable natural self-healing mechanisms, you need to create conditions that will allow the body to cope with the problems that arise. To do this, it is necessary to follow the “golden rules of health” and, against their background, use special therapeutic agents - depending on the nature of the ailment. Nisha usually uses exercises, water procedures and compresses as these remedies. He categorically does not recognize pharmaceutical drugs and calls for treatment only with natural, natural medicines.

Without which you cannot overcome the disease

You must believe in your recovery. Please note: believe not in the exercise or procedure you are using (Nishin’s methods work perfectly well without faith), but in yourself, in the fact that your body is able to cope with the disease. At first, it may be difficult for you to gain faith in healing, especially if the illness is serious. But under no circumstances force yourself to believe. First, try not to give in to negative thoughts: they come, and you just watch them, allow them to pass through your consciousness and calmly let them go, without following them or dwelling on them. If this technique does not work, and dark thoughts still manage to get the better of you, deceive them by doing the following.

Getting ready for recovery

Lie down or sit comfortably, relax all your muscles and begin to observe your breathing. Mentally notice how the air enters through the nostrils, passes through the larynx, fills the lungs, expanding the chest, and then exits the same way. Follow the air back and forth.

After 1-2 minutes, inhale deeply, exhale, and then hold your breath. While holding your breath, focus on the sensations in your body. You will find that your chest continues to rise and fall slightly even though you are not breathing. Watch her: you feel good and don’t feel like breathing at all. Holding your breath should continue as long as it feels good to you, that is, no more than 30 seconds. During this time, the chest will have time to rise and fall 2-3 times. A person thinks only when he breathes. If we stop breathing, the train of thought stops. It is on this principle that the effect of this exercise is based.

Take a few slow breaths in and out without pausing to balance your breathing, and then repeat the exercise. It is very effective, so it is enough to perform it 2-3 times.

Practice this exercise as needed and pray for your recovery. Focus not on the fact that you are tired of being sick, but on the fact that you want to be healthy. Imagine yourself healthy. It is important that your body remembers the feeling of health that it once had. After all, every person, even the sickest and most unwell, was once healthy. And these memories need to be revived in memory more often. Several times a day, sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and purposefully remember a time when you were healthy. Remember everything down to the smallest detail: where you were, what you were wearing, what you were doing, what you felt, what you thought. Enter your then state, immerse yourself in it completely, without a trace.

If the image is somewhat blurry, it doesn’t matter: it is important that you remember with all your senses the state of health, harmony and happiness that you once experienced. Experience this state again, transfer it to your current Self.

Self-coding formulas

Firstly, the formula must be pronounced exaltedly, with confidence and fanaticism, several times a day, 30-50 times. If you mechanically mutter to yourself, “Yes, I will overcome my illness. Well, yes, I’m healthy” - the effect will be zero. Get a little obsessed. Then, claiming that you are healthy, you will feel that this is really so.

Secondly, the voice with which the formula is pronounced matters. Try to make it sound like a spell or church chant. Place the emphasis on the last word in each phrase. You should be mesmerized by your own voice. Then the subconscious will perceive your formula.

Thirdly, while pronouncing the formulas you should be in a light trance. In a trance a person is immeasurably stronger than in a normal state. The easiest way to enter a trance is to perform some rhythmic movements, for example, hitting a table, a tambourine with your hands, or using the rhythm of your steps if you are running or walking. The rhythm captivates the consciousness, stops the flow of thoughts, and the formulas will slip straight into the subconscious.

After reading the formula, close your eyes, evoke and try to retain the state that reflects its meaning for as long as possible. That is, just imagine that you have already achieved what you want. You have already overcome your illness! You are already healthy! And then your formulas will work because they will become true for you.

This way you can code yourself for anything, cure any disease. With proper work with affirmations, it takes 3-4 weeks to cure serious diseases, and no more than 3 hours for colds and flu. Through self-coding, our psyche is able to control our body. I have been convinced of this hundreds of times.

And finally, regarding the formulas themselves - where to get them from. It’s better, of course, to invent it yourself. The moods of your own composition have a stronger effect on the psyche than those borrowed from someone, since they are colored by your emotions and imbued with your energy. As a mood, you can use any phrase that has a positive meaning. It should be simple, concise and express as clearly as possible what you want to achieve. Here are the basic rules for creating moods.

Formulas should be short and simple so that they are easy to pronounce and repeat. There can be several of them, as in the example below, but each should consist of no more than 10 words.

The formula must include you, that is, contain the pronoun “I”, “My”, “Mine”, “I have”, etc. This is necessary in order to let the subconscious understand that the formula refers specifically to you, and not to your friend or neighbor.

The formula must be an affirmative and in no case a negative sentence. You should also not include the names of your illnesses.

Formulate your moods in the present tense. The subconscious needs to be made clear that you ALREADY have what you want.

You should like the positive phrase you composed or took from a book.

Here is an example of a self-coding formula: it can be used to treat absolutely any disease.

    I AM STRONG!

I AM STRONGER THAN MY DISEASE! I OVERCOME MY DISEASE! I'M RECOVERING!

    I'M HEALTHY!

There is another technique for sending formulas to the subconscious. It is called direct self-coding because here programming is carried out during the period when the subconscious is most receptive - in the period between sleep and wakefulness.

Before you go to bed, set yourself up for recovery by saying self-coding formulas to yourself. Then enter a trance state - in this case it is most reasonable to do this by focusing on the rhythm of your breathing, and fall asleep with this thought-set. Set your alarm in advance to wake you up in about 3 hours. When you wake up at his signal, mentally say the recovery formula again and go back to sleep with it. In total, this is done two or three times a night, going to sleep two or three times with the installation. This exercise will not impair the quality of your rest at all. Recovery will be no less effective than with continuous sleep, and the mindset for recovery will go straight to the subconscious.

Generate a state of health in yourself, and the attacks of negative thoughts will begin to weaken, faith will settle in your heart, and after it healing will come.

Cold and hot compresses to relieve pain in the joints and spine

And now the actual “natural medicine” that Nishi offers for pain in the spine. This is a method of alternating cold and hot compresses. It effectively relieves pain from arthritis, neuralgia, rheumatism, gout, lumbago, and gastrointestinal disorders.

Prepare two basins: pour cold water into one and hot water into the other. Wet the towels and alternately apply cold and hot compresses to the sore area according to the diagram below. The temperature of the hot compresses should be as hot as you can tolerate.

Depending on the age, general health of the patient and the severity of the symptoms of the disease, it is recommended to start with short hot compresses, no more than 5 minutes. To avoid burns, apply a hot compress through a dry cloth. A cold compress is placed directly on the skin. Instead of towels, you can use two rubber heating pads, one of which is filled with hot water, and the other with cold water and ice.

Mastering the Nishi system

Possible side effects of mastering the Nishi system

At first, you may experience discomfort such as:

· pain;

· short-term (for several hours or days) rise in temperature;

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Do not be alarmed and do not resort to medications in this case - these symptoms are a reflection of the fact that the healing powers of the body have come into effect - diseases are leaving your body.

Be especially attentive to yourself and your well-being these days. Don't overeat, don't overwork, try not to get nervous. Drink plenty of clean drinking water. Remember: by following the six rules of health, you stand under the protection of Nature, and from now on the ailment will only be temporary, and day by day you will only get better.

Nisha Health Rules

Nishi quite rightly believes that all our diseases come from an unnatural way of life: with the development of civilization, man moved away from Nature, began to desecrate it, and this led to a deterioration in the health of the planet's population. All the methods outlined in this chapter are ways in which you can compensate for the harmful effects of an unnatural lifestyle and poor ecology. Once again we remind you of the rules that Nishi encourages you to follow in the name of gaining and maintaining health.

1. Drink at least 1500 liters of clean, unboiled (spring, melt, protium, silicon, silver) water per day. It is advisable to drink 30 g of water every half hour.

2. Sleep on a hard bed with a hard log pillow under your head.

4. Restore the balance of vitamin C by drinking 20-30 g of raspberry, currant or persimmon leaf tea daily (after heavy sweating, this amount should increase).

5. Eat at least 10 g of seaweed daily: seaweed contains many useful substances that are simply necessary for the body, especially the circulatory system.

6. Take a mixture of toasted sesame seeds and salt. Daily intake: 6 g for adults and 3 g for children (after heavy sweating, this amount should increase).

7. Once every 2-3 weeks, follow a salt-free diet for one day.

8. Eat 70-110 g of raw chopped vegetables daily. There should be at least three varieties of vegetables (for sick people this number should be increased to 5-7).

9. Eat two meals a day, skipping breakfast. The lack of nutrition can be compensated with liquid rice soup.

10. Take contrasting water procedures.

11. Sleep naked.

12. Sunbathe.

13. Cleanse your body periodically.

14. Get anthelmintic treatment. The anthelmintic should be taken for 3-4 days at the beginning and middle of the month. In total, the duration of the course is 3 months. Then a three-month break is taken and the course is repeated.

15. Believe that your health is constantly improving!

Following these rules will guarantee health and a joyful life. You will no longer need the help of doctors, and you will be able to enjoy life and do what you like.

  • We recommend reading:
Katsuzo Nishi is one of the most famous Japanese healers, who formulated, based on personal experience, six rules for good health.

Nishi believed that only he himself could cure a person if he wanted to. And there is irrefutable proof of this. During Nisha’s childhood, doctors made a disappointing diagnosis, according to which he would not live to be 20 years old. However, contrary to all conclusions official medicine Katsuzo Nishi not only lived much longer than was predicted for him, but also surprised those around him with his good health even at a very advanced age.

System “Six Rules of Niche Health”

The fundamental factor of the Nishi system is a good understanding of the characteristics of human physiology. The conclusions he made literally upended people’s established ideas about what a disease is and how to achieve a cure by performing just a few simple manipulations with your body every day.

Nisha's health rules were widely publicized about 80 years ago. In our time, there are thousands of examples around the world where seriously ill people, turning to these rules, were cured of their ailments even when doctors were already helplessly throwing up their hands.

What do you need to know before starting to perform exercises from the Nishi system? As you know, most people today suffer from problems with the spine - scoliosis and various curvatures that arise as a result of incorrect posture. When a person slouches, his ligaments and muscles weaken and do not hold the vertebrae as tightly as they should, as a result of which the latter are displaced relative to themselves. The golden rules of health by Katsudzo Nishi are aimed at developing correct posture with the help of simple exercises, swimming, proper nutrition to strengthen vertebral systems, alternating wakefulness and sleep in a certain mode, etc.

The first golden rule of health is a firm bed.

It is no coincidence that they say: if you have many diseases, treat your spine. To put your spine in order, you first need a firm bed.

A person spends one third of his life sleeping, but this time can be used not only for rest, but also for correcting posture. If you sleep on a flat and firm bed, then the weight will be evenly distributed throughout the body, and the muscles will be able to completely relax. Only on such a bed is it possible to correct the spinal column, which is in a curved state during the day during work. A hard bed stimulates skin activity, activates the work of skin venous vessels, prevents liver prolapse, and accelerates blood supply to the skin. All this ensures sound sleep and a cheerful state after it.

The human spine consists of 33 vertebrae, which form 5 sections: cervical (7 vertebrae), thoracic (12 vertebrae), lumbar (5 vertebrae), sacral (5 vertebrae fused into one bone - the sacrum) and coccygeal (most often - one bone of 3-4 vertebrae). Between the vertebrae there are cartilages and ligaments. Thanks to this movable connection of the vertebrae with each other, the spine can elastically bend when moving the body, flexion and extension, lateral bending and rotation are possible in it.

The cervical and lumbar regions are most mobile, less mobile thoracic region. Connecting with each other, the vertebrae form a canal in which the spinal cord is located. Thus, one of the main functions of the spine is to protect spinal cord- the most important control center, without which the skeletal and muscular systems, as well as the main vital organs, would not be able to function. In the middle of each vertebra there is a vertebral process, from which, in turn, there are lateral processes. They protect the spinal column from external shocks. Extend from the spinal cord through openings in the vertebral arches nerve fibers, serving various parts of the body.

When the articular and ligamentous apparatus is disturbed - the most common pathology, called subluxation - the vertebrae are slightly displaced, moving to the side, compressing the nerves and blood vessels that extend from them, and preventing them from functioning normally. This leads to impaired blood circulation, numbness of the pinched nerves, as a result of which various disorders occur in those organs to which the pinched nerves are “connected”. This becomes the cause of various diseases.

Spine structure
I - cervical region; II - thoracic region; III - lumbar region; IV - sacrum; V - coccyx.

Few people know that inflammation of the bladder (cystitis), appendicitis, impotence, pathological changes in the prostate gland in men and gynecological diseases in women arise as a result of subluxation of the 2nd lumbar vertebra. If the 5th lumbar vertebra is subluxated, diseases such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and rectal cancer are possible.

Subluxations that are not corrected support pathological changes in the body and lead to disease.

A hard, level bed promotes uniform distribution of body weight, maximum muscle relaxation and correction of subluxations and curvatures of the spine.

It is useful to sleep on the floor, but you can make a hard bed by placing a board or piece of plywood on your bed; You can also recommend a mattress stuffed with cotton wool, hair or sponge rubber. Options may vary, but the main thing is to avoid a spring mattress.

In order to sleep more soundly, in the evening, about an hour before bedtime, you should spend at least 20 minutes in the fresh air.

The second golden rule of health is a firm pillow.

In this case, we are talking not so much about a traditional pillow, but about a cushion-shaped lining for the head (preferably wooden). The bolster pillow must be of a certain size, individually selected for each person. It should fill the depression between the back of the head and the scapular area so that the third and fourth cervical vertebrae lie flat on a hard surface and are not twisted.

Large, soft pillows that seem so comfortable actually cause our necks to crook. In Japan they say: “A crooked neck is a sign of a short life.”

The position of the spine during sleep: a - correct; b - incorrect

So, a hard pillow replaces the stimulation of the reflex centers in the nasal cavity, curing any inflammation of the nasal septum; has a beneficial effect on the cervical spine; By adjusting the vertebrae to each other, it stimulates cerebral circulation and thus prevents the development of atherosclerosis.

Of course, out of habit, such a pillow will cause a lot of inconvenience or even painful sensations, but all this is solely due to the fact that people have gotten used to a different way of life and sleep for a long time, and now everything that is right seems uncomfortable and wild to them. In order to eliminate discomfort, at first the hard roller can be wrapped in a soft cloth (towel). As time passes, the layers of material must be removed one by one, gradually getting rid of the unnecessary lining.

The third golden rule of health is the goldfish exercise.

This exercise affects the spinal nerves, relaxes them and relieves stress, and also normalizes blood circulation, has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the heart, stabilizes the functioning of the main body systems, including the nervous system, and promotes the proper functioning of the intestines.

Starting position: lie on your back (on a flat and hard surface - it can be a bed or the floor), throw your arms behind your head, stretch your legs forward, press your heels down and stretch your toes towards your face.

First you need to do a good stretch. Stretch your right heel forward and your arms in the opposite direction, then do the same with your left heel.

Exercise "Goldfish"

Then place your palms under the cervical vertebrae, bring your legs together, and pull the toes of both feet towards your face. In this position, begin to vibrate your whole body like a fish wriggling in the water. Perform vibrations from right to left for 1–2 minutes. The body vibrates left and right, but not up and down. You can only raise your feet and the back of your head (position a in the figure). For beginners, vibration can be created by a partner, setting the required pace and accustoming the body to new sensations and movements (position b in the figure).

The fourth golden rule of health is exercise for the capillaries.

It has always been believed that the heart is a powerful motor that disperses blood throughout the body. But modern research has proven that the power of the heart is not so great. It is only enough to push the blood through the arteries and bring it to the capillaries. The heart's power is not enough to move blood through the giant network of capillaries! Nevertheless, the blood passes through the capillaries, and then returns back and enters the veins.

Here's what happens: blood from the heart enters the arteries, which are something like stretchable suction tubes that have the ability to expand - they seem to “suck” blood from the heart. Then the arteries carry the blood to the capillaries, and after passing through the capillaries the blood is thrown into the veins to return back to the heart. A vein is a kind of suction tube that pushes blood towards the heart and prevents it from returning back - for this there is a special valve in the vein.

Where is the pump that forces the blood into the vein? There is only one answer: it is located in the capillaries themselves.
The role of capillaries is underestimated by medical and anatomical science. The significance of this gigantic vascular network is still not understood, and this is a huge number of peculiar microhearts! The capillaries contract, pulsate, and act as a blood motor - not only secondary to the heart, but perhaps the main one!

The purpose of this exercise is to stimulate capillaries in organs, improve blood circulation throughout the body, movement and renewal of lymph. This is a good substitute for running, as it allows you to remove the stress on your joints and heart, which is important for many health problems. If possible, perform it in light, loose clothing (and best of all, naked), then in addition to the above effects you will receive increased skin respiration, which will lead to cleansing the body of toxins through the skin.

Exercise "Vibration"
Starting position: Lie on your back on a hard surface, place the cushion discussed above under your neck.

Raise your legs and arms up, turn your feet parallel to the floor. In this position, do active shaking with your arms and legs for 1-3 minutes.

The fifth golden rule of health is the exercise of closing the palms and feet.

The exercise “Closing the feet and palms” will help the diaphragm work.

The first part of the exercise improves blood circulation in the body, which means it improves nutrition and cleansing. The exercise is also useful because it coordinates the functions of the muscles and nerves of the right and left half of the body, especially the internal organs.
This exercise coordinates the functions of muscles, nerves and blood vessels.

In addition, this exercise forces the muscles of the right and left sides of our body to actively interact, which, by coordinating their work, have a beneficial effect on the functioning of all internal organs. It is especially useful for women during pregnancy, as it promotes the proper development of the fetus in the womb.

The exercise consists of two stages: preparatory and main parts.

Preparatory part
Starting position: Lie on your back on a hard surface, place a cushion under your neck, close your feet and palms of your hands tightly, spread your knees to the sides.

In this position, you need to perform several different movements, each need to be repeated 10 times:

1. Without changing the position of your arms, legs and torso, press your fingertips against each other.
2. Start pressing with your fingertips on each other and continue pressing with your entire palm.
3. Squeeze the surfaces of your palms tightly.
4. Stretch your clasped hands behind your head and “draw a line” from behind your head to your waist. The fingers should not change position, and the palms should be pressed as close to the body as possible.
5. Turn the fingers of both hands so that they “look” at the feet and move them from the groin to the stomach.
6. Make movements similar to point 4, but now do not bring your hands close to the body, but keep them as far away from the body as possible, so that they seem to be cutting through the air.
7. Stretch your arms up and back. Try to stretch them as far as possible.
8. Leave your hands closed above the solar plexus, and move your feet back and forth without opening them.
9. Moving your legs as indicated in point 8, add movements with your palms in the same order.

Main part
Starting position: after completing point 9 of the preparatory part, lie on your back, clasp your palms over the solar plexus, bring your feet together, spread your knees to the sides.

Exercises “Closing the feet and palms”
Close your eyes and, without changing the position of your legs and arms, lie quietly for 10-15 minutes.

So, the fifth rule of health helps the forces of mind and body to achieve balance.

The sixth golden rule of health is exercise for the spine and abdomen.

Following this health rule focuses on several important tasks. First, it coordinates the functions of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. What does it mean?

All our internal organs can be divided into animal and plant. Animal internal organs include muscles and the external nervous system, and plant internal organs include the respiratory, digestive and internal nervous system. Animal nerves are located in the muscles of the arms, face, legs, neck, chest, abdominal cavity, that is, in those muscles that we can contract at will, for example, raise an arm.

Plant nerves are located in the muscles of internal organs and blood vessels, and we cannot contract these muscles at will, for example, stretch the stomach. They regulate the activity of the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, reproductive organs, as well as metabolism.

The exercise “Movement of the spine and abdomen” is intended specifically for those areas of our body in which the main vital energies and important organs. It is useful for restoring the acid-base balance in the body and promotes the beneficial effects of mental energy. It is divided into a preparatory part and a main part.

Starting position of the preparatory part: sit on the floor on your knees, with your pelvis resting on your heels (if desired or for greater convenience, you can sit cross-legged). Remember to keep your back straight. Hands should rest calmly on your knees. Perform all elements of the exercise 10 times on each side.

1. Warm-up:
– slowly raise and lower your shoulders;
– stretch your arms forward in front of you, then look back sharply, as if trying to see your tailbone, then slowly move your gaze from your tailbone to your neck (of course, you won’t be able to see your back, so do it mentally). Return your head to its original position and do the same manipulations on the right side.
- Perform the same steps with your arms stretched up.

2. Tilt your head to the right and left.
3. Tilt your head forward and back.
4. Combine points 2 and 3 (do not forget that the exercises of the preparatory period should be done 10 times in each direction).

Preparatory exercise for the back and abdomen
5. Tilt your head to one shoulder, then slowly roll it to the other, touching the back of your head.
6. Raise your hands from your knees, bend them in elbow joints to a right angle and clasp your palms tightly, throw your head back, look at the ceiling and spread your elbows to the sides, trying to connect them behind your back. At this time, stretch your chin up.

Initial position of the main part the same as in preparatory.

Basic exercise for the back and abdomen

Relax for a while, then tighten your stomach again, straighten your back and make pendulum swings to the right and left, while moving your stomach back and forth. Perform these movements for 10 minutes.

* * * * *
Now you know the six rules of health. All of them are effective and easy to implement; you just need to start, overcome the very first barrier and make the first efforts. If you are lazy, it means you don’t want to become healthy and happy enough. These rules are a system that allows you to normalize the functioning of every cell and every organ. They are subordinated to a single task - awakening the healing powers of the whole organism. However, the Health System is not limited to these six rules.

Running in place

Many people know the healing properties of running, but in order to become healthy, we do not need to run the way athletes and athletes do. Wellness running is completely different. We need running as a way to return life-giving vibration to the body and make the capillaries contract.

Light and relaxed running in place is an excellent way to make your body “vibrate”, which means properly stimulating blood circulation and making the capillaries work. Running is a completely natural phenomenon and state for every living creature on earth, including humans. It is difficult to imagine a more useful method of healing. Such running, without unnecessarily exhausting us, ideally warms up the body to every cell, causing decay products to intensively melt and be eliminated through the pores. This means that not only blood circulation is stimulated, but the blood is also cleansed!

But in order for running to be beneficial and not harmful, you need to know a few rules.

The body should be completely relaxed so that the arms dangle like whips, the legs are freely bent at the knees and do not tense. The feet should only slightly lift off the ground, making light jumps; try to ensure that the whole body vibrates slightly and pleasantly from such running, and in no case receives rough shocks.

In addition to vibration exercises and running, special exercises for the legs help to treat and prevent cardiovascular diseases.

Starting position: Lie on your stomach on a hard surface.

Bend your knees and remove all tension from your legs, imagining that your legs from the knee to the foot have become a reed, freely surrendering to the will of the wind.

Having completely given your legs freedom of movement, give them the opportunity, bending and unbending, to try to hit the buttocks. It will not be possible to reach the buttocks right away and not everyone will be able to. But imagine that your legs are like a reed, which the wind attacks with more and more force, and your legs, either together or alternately, bend lower and lower, approaching your buttocks. In any case, you should try to make movements as if you want to hit yourself on the buttocks, even if you cannot reach them.

Do the exercise daily, trying to ensure that your heels begin to reach your buttocks.

This exercise significantly increases blood flow along the entire length of the legs, improves nutrition of muscles and tissues, and relieves fatigue from the legs from the hip to the foot.

Exercise “Reed in the Wind”

Massage with nuts
Many people know about limb massage using nuts. It improves blood supply to the extremities, relieves nervous tension and improves overall well-being.

Take two walnuts, place them between your palms, pressing harder, and begin to make rotational movements. It is important to make an effort to press the nuts more tightly into your palms.

Then place a nut under each foot and begin to roll them with your feet on a hard surface, making an effort so that the nuts are pressed more tightly into your feet.

Exercise "Leaf"
Starting position: Lie on your back, face up, on a hard, flat bed or floor.

Relax your body and imagine that it is completely empty inside, and therefore light, not weighty.

Bend your knees without lifting your heels from the surface on which you are lying. To do this, slowly pull your heels towards your buttocks as close as possible. Then, without lifting your spine from the surface, slowly raise your head forward and at the same time stretch your palms towards your knees. Reaching your palms to your bent knees and raising your head with your spine horizontal, stay in this pose for as long as you can. Imagine that a flow of energy - the healing Energy of Life - is flowing into your body through the top of your head. Then slowly return to the starting position and relax.

Exercise "Leaf"
The exercise should be performed every morning and every evening for 1-2 minutes.

This special exercise will allow you to straighten your posture, put the vertebrae in place and release pinched blood vessels, thus strengthening and correcting the circulation of blood through the vessels. Exercise stimulates blood circulation in the brain.

Exercise “Willow Branch”
Starting position: stand straight, place your legs as wide as possible, feet parallel to each other.

Focus on your body, imagine that it has become light, weightless, as if empty.

Place your palms around the kidney area, connecting your fingers at the sacrum, and begin to slowly bend back. Bend your spine slowly, slowly and carefully tilting your head back. When the spine bends to the limit, freely drop your arms back. Now the body begins to sway lightly, like a green willow branch bent over a river. When slight fatigue appears, grasp the kidney area again and straighten your spine to a vertical position.

Exercise “Willow Branch”
This exercise gives a powerful healing effect for back pain, as well as sluggishness of the heart.

Exercise “Bow String”
Starting position: get on your knees.

Bend your back and grab the ankles of both legs with your hands. Stay in this position for at least 5 seconds, then straighten up. Do this from 3 to 10 times depending on your age and well-being. Blood flow will increase, which will prevent harmful substances from stagnating in the lumbar and back areas and will prevent salts from depositing in the spine.

Do the exercise every day.

Exercise “Bow String”
This exercise helps strengthen and normalize blood circulation in the back.

Exercise “Flexible Vine”
Starting position: stand up straight.

Using your thumbs, slowly massage the areas of your back in the lumbar region on both sides along the spine, imagining how your body softens and becomes more flexible. Then, energetically, but smoothly, and not sharply, lean forward, trying to reach the floor with your hands.

Straighten up and bend back as low as possible - also with smooth, soft movements, not jerking. Straighten up again and make several vigorous but gentle bends to the right and left.

Do the exercise every day.

Exercise “Flexible Vine”
This exercise improves blood circulation not only to the back, but also to the legs. Consequently, diseases of the back and legs go away.

Exercise “Sky by the River”
Starting position: Lie on your back on a hard surface. The whole body is relaxed, legs are extended.

Place your hands behind your head and clasp them in a lock at the top of your head. Now begin to slowly raise your torso until you are in a sitting position. Continue to bend your torso as close to your legs as possible without stopping. When your torso bends towards your legs as low as possible (try to touch your forehead to your knees), freeze and imagine that you are near the river.

Your inclination is towards the river; you look into the water of the river and seem to dissolve in it. Begin to straighten up, gradually straightening your spine and returning first to a sitting position, then to a lying position. At the same time, do not lose the feeling of dissolution in the river, and, raising your eyes, imagine that you see the sky. Turning to the sky, also feel dissolved in the sky.

Do the exercise every morning and every evening.

Exercise “Sky by the River”
It also allows you to establish the necessary balance of body and spirit, not only having a beneficial effect on the circulatory system and spine, but also allowing you to develop imagination and intuition.

As you do all these exercises, tell yourself mentally that you are feeling better and better every day. If you do the exercises without believing in success and being pessimistic, then you won’t expect success. If you believe that you will be healthy, that you will defeat the disease, then it will be so.

Nishi Katsuzo (March 15, 1884, Japan - November 21, 1959, Japan) - creator of one of the most effective healing systems, Japanese scientist, engineer by training, professor.

He was born a weak, sickly child. The parents invited a famous doctor for an examination, who later pronounced the verdict: “To my regret, your child will not live to see 20 years old.”

Upon entering the Technical Institute, Nishi becomes acquainted with the works of Upton Sinclair on the treatment of hunger. Katsuzo Nishi also studies the works of scientists on blood circulation. He was especially attracted by the research of Moscow University professor Sepp, “Dynamics of Blood Circulation in the Brain.”

In 1927, at the age of 44, the Nishi Health System was born. Katsuzo Nishi leaves his job at the Tokyo Metro, where he holds the position of chief engineer, and devotes himself entirely to his health system.

In 1936, his first book appeared, and already in 1944 - a complete collection of the “six rules”. Katsuzo Nishi died at the age of 75 (according to some sources, in a car accident).
