Acne has ruined my life. Personal experience: how I cured acne

I treated acne for four years. I changed five dermatologists, went to cosmetologists, spent a lot of money on skincare products and took pills with serious side effects. Now I have healthy skin.

This article will be useful to you if you want to know:

  • what is the cause of acne;
  • which doctors to contact;
  • how to take care of your face;
  • what mistakes in treatment should not be made.

The material was prepared jointly with a dermatologist based on medical sources.

Acne is a skin disease

There are different stages of acne: mild, moderate and severe. Depending on the stage, the dermatologist selects individual treatment for each patient.

Acne treatment is a long process. It may take several months or even years. Clinical improvement occurs only after a few months. You can’t take pills, buy new cream and wake up with a clean face.

Causes of acne

The causes and provoking factors can be combined differently for each person. Proper treatment of acne can take months. This is a long process.

According to dermatologist R. N. Nazarov, the reasons for the development of acne are most accurately described in A. V. Samtsov’s monograph “Acne and acneiform dermatoses.”

If you do not find and eliminate the causes, acne may return again and again.

Caring for problem skin

Author of the illustration -

Indeed, according to statistics, acne occurs in a chronic form in 85–90% of young people aged 15 to 25 years. However, in 10–12% the disease continues beyond this age.

Acne has 4 stages.

Relatively easy - the first and second. They pass with virtually no inflammation, with only isolated pimples and pustules. In the first stage, open and closed sebaceous plugs (comedones) are only on the face, in the second - on the face and body: on the back, on the shoulders, in the décolleté area. The third and fourth stages are already serious inflammatory reactions: deep inflamed nodules and pustules form inside the sebaceous ducts, which leave behind rough scars, bluish-burgundy spots caused by the expansion of the capillary network, and uneven skin pigmentation.

The main cause of acne is seborrhea, that is, increased production of sebum, as well as the accumulation of a large number of keratinized epidermal cells on the surface of the skin. They clog the mouths of hair follicles and pores, forming sebaceous plugs. In clogged pores, favorable conditions are created for the proliferation of propionic bacteria, which belong to anaerobic microflora, that is, they develop outside of oxygen.

Proper skin care is perhaps the main component of acne treatment. It consists of several steps.

1st step. Regular removal of excess sebum

This will help with special cosmetics for the care of problem skin, which will act gently and delicately. If you have this problem, you should not wash your face with hot water and soap, as this leads to skin dehydration and increased sebum production. In addition, hot water further expands the already quite large pores. It is correct to use warm water to wash your face and finish with cold water or wipe your face with an ice cube: cold tightens pores and tones the skin.

To remove excess sebum, you can use cleansing masks and gommages based on cosmetic clay 2-3 times a week. They handle this task carefully.

2nd step. Exfoliation of dead cells of the stratum corneum

For this purpose, superficial chemical peels based on glycolic and lactic acid are used, as well as enzyme peels, which well loosen the surface layer of keratinized cells and gently remove them. Preparations with salicylic acid also have a good keratolytic effect.

For inflamed nodules, scrubs and washcloths should not be used: they will irritate the skin. You can return to them when the inflammation subsides, and then use them no more than once a week.

3rd step. Antibacterial skin treatment

Here it is also important to act very carefully. You can use lotions with 2.5% benzene peroxide. A more concentrated solution may cause irritation. Alcohol-containing products are also prohibited, as they are also aggressive to the skin and dry it too much. Some natural antiseptics based on tea tree oil, yarrow extract, etc. also have a good antibacterial effect.

4th step. Skin hydration

It helps improve skin health. To replenish the water balance of the skin, it is important to use products with urea, hyaluronic acid, and a natural moisturizing factor.

5th step. Sun protection

To do this, it is preferable to use creams with physical UV filters, for example, zinc oxide: they irritate the skin less.

6th step. Nutrition correction

It is necessary to limit fried, spicy, salty, sweet, bran and other fiber-rich foods. Low-fat cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt, yogurt, yogurt, and whole grain porridge are useful for acne.

7th step. Boosting immunity

Immunostimulants of plant origin will help cope with this task: extracts of echinacea, Schisandra chinensis, ginseng, and eleutherococcus. Taking vitamins A, B, C, E, as well as macro- and microelements: sulfur, zinc, magnesium, copper, selenium and calcium will also help increase the body’s defense.

Acne ruins my life. I am 18 years old. I can’t live like this anymore. Everything has become gray for me, I’ve lost interest in life, I’ve lost almost all my friends, my parents don’t understand, it’s very difficult for me. It’s very difficult to look people in the face, talk to them, it feels like they are constantly looking at my face, I have no personal life, I don’t want to study. I constantly sit at home, I don’t go out anywhere, not even to the store, I’m ashamed. Because of this, I quarrel with my parents. I'm alone... completely alone. Acne ruins my whole life, takes away my best years. Every day is torture for me. I can't look at myself in the mirror, it's disgusting. I’ve been suffering like this for five years, I’ve tried everything, nothing helps. Not only do I have a pimply face, but I’m also a boring and uninteresting girl. It's very difficult to meet people. And I’m generally silent about guys. Everything is sad there. And how to live like this? I constantly think about suicide. What should I do? How to overcome fears, how to stop worrying about this?

It’s not about acne at all, you just found a flaw in yourself on which you can blame all your psychological problems: dislike for yourself,
self-rejection, bad relationships with parents, if there were no acne, you would find another such flaw in yourself. Yes, and with acne you can do something...
then to fight effectively, contact an endocrinologist, go for facial cleansing regularly, clay masks, this Darsonval device, but for this
At least you have to leave the house, right? And you need to study. There is such a good way to forget about your physical shortcomings - to fall in love
yourself, your character, your inner world, start respecting yourself properly. And if someone looks at your face, you can ask:
Are patterns growing on me? Life itself is more important and valuable than anything in the world, and you will understand this soon.

Alya, what exactly have you tried for acne? I also struggle with them from time to time. Maybe you haven't tried everything yet?

Olya, age: 26 / 08/27/2013

Dear little man!

Acne is very easy to treat: liver cleansing, intestinal cleansing, balanced diet. And the main thing is to believe in success.

Alexandra, age: 34 / 08/27/2013

Alya, I wish you that acne was the biggest misfortune in your life... Unfortunately, this is not the case. In fact, you are fixated on
acne to escape from more serious problems in my life."I don’t want to study, I’ve lost friends, I’m arguing with my parents, I’m sitting at home, I’m grieving
about the best years, and I’m also boring and uninteresting..." - it’s stupid to think that all this happens because of acne!!! You’re not a child anymore, you need
use your head a little. 99 percent of people don’t want to learn, but they understand that it is necessary and force themselves. You found the "reason" and
allowed yourself COMPLETE INACTION - that’s your main problem. This trouble has taken over all areas of life. Such a person immediately switches off
society, ONE remains, because other people live differently and do not want to live like him. To understand means to accept. Now tell me honestly:
who should understand whom: people - you, or you - people?! Who should strive where: you towards people and their way of thinking, or others should
share your ideas?! Just be honest! If you heard me, this is the first step towards solving the problem.

Alya, good afternoon.. You definitely need to talk about this topic with your mother, explain everything.. Let her give you money for a good
cosmetologist.. Chemical peeling helped me.. They are different, well, the doctor should choose the one you need... If you are in this condition
If you stay, it will get worse and worse for you.. I went through all this since my youth.. No one helped or understood.. You can do this all your life.
break. But from the outside it seems like it’s not a problem.. But this is definitely a problem.. These are complexes and complete isolation from society will begin.. Urgently
think about how to solve this.. Now it will be possible to do peeling in the summer! But only have it done by a good doctor, no impostors there
..Cry and ask your parents for help.. Sincerely, Karina...

Dear Alya, when you pass by a metro station, look for a disabled person begging for alms or an old lady collecting change for
some bread and tell them about your problem. I think they are very jealous of you. They have PROBLEMS and they would gladly trade with you
in some places. Think about it. Your “problem” can be solved simply, there are a lot of medicines and a lot of articles on the Internet on this topic, you just have to stop groaning and
gasp, but sit down at the computer and find a solution. Don't be lazy. Good luck!

Buy peach oil at the pharmacy for 30 rubles and wipe your skin with it before bed.

Oleg, age: 27 / 08/27/2013

I had this happen - all my shoulders, my whole back were just filled with abscesses, and no cosmetic procedures helped. Everyone talked about “adolescence”; acne appeared when I was about 14. But over time, nothing changed, it only got worse. We started looking for a doctor. They found a good dermatologist, did tests, including hormones, but they were not the cause, and then the doctor prescribed vitamins (this is a long and quite expensive treatment, the average course lasts six months), although under strict control (biochemistry), once every a couple of months. The acne gradually disappeared, even the old scars from it are gradually disappearing.

Natasha, age: 21 / 08/27/2013

Hello Alya! Exactly the same problem. Acne started at age 15. I’ve been suffering for three years now, they’re just ruining my life unbearably. I won’t say that the guy wasn’t there, no, I won’t lie. But sometimes it seems that they don’t understand me, that I’m alone... but this is not at all because of acne. This is the first stage of self-destruction. True, we must be stronger and continue to fight. I myself often give up, because I’ve tried everything...
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to stop worrying until the acne disappears.
I understand you very well, because I myself have the same problem.
You also know how it happens: from one extreme to another. About a year ago there were strong red spots, now they are gradually disappearing, but 2-3-4-5 (endless) pimples appear consistently once a month, which also hurt for 2-3 days, and then the red spots remain for an oh-so long time. Sometimes it's better sometimes it's worse.
Now I use the Clinique series. Helps maintain balance and heals well. But for now, I can only dream and dream about smooth skin...

I understand that there is too much text, but this turned out to be the only place where I was able to speak in such detail.

If you want to talk, reply with a comment.

Aida, age: 18/29.10.2013

Alya, I understand you perfectly, I myself have been suffering for two years now. And those people who say that getting rid of acne is very easy, apparently have not encountered this problem. I tried many different remedies, went to doctors, had tests, even underwent hospital treatment (I was given injections and given antibiotics). Unfortunately, no one could help me. I also don’t want to contact anyone, I have become nervous, I often cry. I’m very tired of going to the mirror every day and seeing my pimply face and this terrible post-acne that won’t go away. I understand that there are worse problems, but I can’t help myself. The main thing is not to despair. Alya, you are not alone, many are struggling with this problem and are cured, which means we have a chance. Believe in yourself and you will succeed! All the best to you! Everything will work out for you, just believe and don’t give up!

Nan, age: 17/24/11/2013

Alya, acne is really unpleasant, but believe me, it’s not the biggest PROBLEM, almost every person has had acne, even Brad Pitt, it’s all temporary, everything will pass, the main thing is don’t ruin your psychological health because of this, it’s much easier to restore it more difficult. The main thing is patience and faith. It’s clear that these are just words and until you turn everything inside, you won’t understand it yourself, nothing will change. Personally, I myself went through something that is 1000 times worse than acne - psoriasis (an incurable skin disease). And the most annoying thing was that I had psoriasis on my face—about 75% of my face was in a bright red, flaky state, which was quite a sight. I didn’t know what it was, how to deal with it... Still, I chose the path of struggle and faith: I studied my body inside and out, began to understand skin issues no worse than dermatologists, radically changed my lifestyle, including nutrition (I was on a special diet for about 1.5 years), learned a lot of new things, read a lot of books on psychology and I succeeded! The psoriasis is gone, not a single spot remains. I also have acne on my face, but after what I went through, they are not so significant. Every person has their own problems, it’s just that no one shows it. Everything will be fine for you too, for sure. Read the book “Life without Borders” by Nick Vujicic - a man without legs and arms.

Bogdan, age: 21/04/25/2014

Hello Alya! I have the same problem. At first, I also thought why I was being punished and always imagined what my life would be like without acne. She also cried, hated her genes, etc. Then I went to see a dermatologist-cosmetologist. I underwent IV drips, physiotherapy, mesotherapy, plasma lifting, plasmapheresis. All this acne treatment is terribly painful and expensive, but my face has become noticeably better in six months! I used to wear only makeup, but now I’ve completely forgotten about it. Even though I have pimples (currently 2-4, they appear before menstruation) and a bunch of spots that I want to remove, I still care about the opinions of others. I have friends who help me, the irony is that most of my friends also have acne hahahaha. We feel sorry for each other, laugh at our problems, share experiences, etc. I’ll tell you right away, it’s very difficult to ignore this! You need to believe in yourself and just positive emotions!
But what you need to do is an examination - this is 100%. Look at what's wrong with you and start healing. The most important thing is to be simpler and take it easy, like I did. Good luck to all of us! and Happy New Year!

How to live with acne? What to do if you have tried all available treatment methods, spent a lot of effort, time and money, but the hated inflammations continue to “live and multiply” on your exhausted skin? There are at least three options. Continue to wage the “war” by all known means. Learn proper camouflage. Or just love yourself with all your shortcomings. These popular beauty bloggers know everything about acne and more! They went through “fire, water, copper pipes” and continue to fight to this day.

Katie Snooks

Katie Snooks is a popular beauty blogger who, like other “colleagues,” reviews face and hair products, but that’s not what’s surprising about her. For more than 10 years, Katie has suffered from severe acne. She tried everything - from popular cosmetics and antibiotics to diets and “heavy” medications designed to treat serious skin diseases.

Popular

For seven months, Katie shared with her viewers how her treatment was progressing with one of the most aggressive drugs against acne. The medicine has many side effects, not only physical, but also mental. But Katie thinks the game is worth the candle.

“If you suffered from acne for 10 years, you would definitely understand me. All these side effects are nothing compared to how many times I felt insecure and depressed about my skin,” says Katie.

The beauty blogger says her main goal these days is to give confidence to people with skin imperfections. By the way, her own skin began to look much better today.

Em Ford

Another popular beauty blogger is Englishwoman Em Ford, who by her own example showed millions of girls that anyone can be beautiful, you just need to love yourself. Her blog “My Pale Skin” appeared in June 2014.

According to Em, it became for her the very place where she felt safe, made friends and talked about her beauty discoveries. Everything changed in 2015, when the girl was faced with a severe form of acne. Em's once charming face was covered with pimples, blackheads and scars, but the girl had the courage to post her photos online without makeup.

In this way, the blogger wanted to show other girls that even with such a serious disease as acne, you can be happy and confident. Later, in July 2015, Katie posted a candid video “You Look Disgusting,” where she posted all the comments she received from haters online.

The most “tender” of them were: “It’s impossible to look at her!”, “What a freak!”, “She hasn’t tried to wash herself at least once in her life, has she?” and finally, “You look disgusting!” The video received 10 million views in a week, and Em received contracts with famous cosmetic brands, including Kylie Cosmetics from Kylie Jenner and L’Oreal Paris.

Acne is one of the most controversial diseases. In adolescence, up to 85% of Europeans suffer from it, and it is so common that it seems simpler than acne
do not treat it, but just wait a couple of years until it goes away on its own. However, for every tenth person, acne turns out to be a companion even in adulthood, and a seemingly harmless disease can affect a person’s daily communication and even lead him to depression.
The Village recorded the story of an ordinary Muscovite who encountered skin problems after turning 20 and, in search of treatment, even resorted to alternative methods of medicine.

How it all started

At the age of 20, I went to see a cosmetologist for the first time in my life. A nice girl in a mask and a white robe asked me to undress, covered me with a long white towel, applied a pleasant gel to my face and began to carefully wash off the thick layer of foundation. We were silent, and the more she cleaned my face, the more defenseless and insecure I felt: it seemed as if I was being undressed. When the cosmetologist wiped the skin with a warm, damp towel for the last time, she carefully said: “You know, we don’t even work with that.” My face was red and blue: my forehead, cheeks, chin - everything was strewn with large painful pimples. The skin on the face has deteriorated to a state that some cosmetologists do not even dare to work with in just a year.

In fact, I didn’t have any skin problems even as a teenager. I still sadly look at old photographs in which I don’t have an ounce of foundation on my face. Someone else always had acne. I remember how, during my student days, after another party, I ended up at a friend’s house. Before going to bed, she washed off the foundation and said with some threat in her voice: “Don’t tell anyone that you saw me in this state.”

Everything happened suddenly: here closed white comedones appear one by one, and here I am already lying purple and defenseless under the bright lamp of a confused cosmetologist. I underestimated the scale of the problem from the very beginning. For about a year, the only means of treatment were cleanings in beauty salons and medicinal cosmetics from the mass market. It didn't get any better. After about a year of torment, my mother took me to a gastroenterologist, who discovered a lot of internal problems and prescribed a handful of medications. Next was a visit to the endocrinologist. The doctor looked at me and said languidly: “You clearly have a hormonal disorder, take oral contraceptives,” and immediately prescribed me pills called “Yarina.” Then, years later, having been examined by other specialists, I learned that it was quite irresponsible to prescribe hormonal drugs by eye, without conducting tests.

Hormonal contraceptives are often used to combat acne. Doctors usually point to their antiandrogenic properties - such drugs reduce the secretion of the sebaceous glands. And despite the fact that the hormonal cause of my acne has not been proven, the pills prescribed blindly helped. After about a year, only the pale consequences of painful redness remained on my face - post-acne and light scars. There were no new inflammations, and over time I happily forgot about my problem. Here I could end my simple story, but it would be wrong. There is still no magic pill for acne.

Bad experience

I had been taking oral contraceptives for four years when I started to wonder if there was something unhealthy about taking hormonal pills for so long. The doubts only intensified when acne gradually began to appear on my face again. This time I was very scared and started frantically running to doctors. The hope that one or two specialists would help me deal with the problem disappeared quite quickly. One dermatologist - a very emotional lady with red nails and a shock of red hair - printed out a standard appointment sheet for me. The long list included all kinds of drugs to combat acne: ointments, creams, tablets. There are ten points in total. At the same time, there was no explanation from the doctor in what order to smear and swallow all this, and I was not sure whether it was worth it. The next dermatologist threw up her hands and indicated in her recommendation only the active ingredients needed for treatment, which I should have found in the medications myself. Her main conclusion was the words “It will pass by summer.”

Gynecologists, examining me, disagreed: some said that it was worth stopping taking hormonal pills for a while, and did not vouch for the consequences, while others said that when taking modern hormones, breaks are not necessary. However, they all emphasized that acne (no matter what origin) is not their specialty. The most unforgettable recommendation I received was from the head of one perinatal center: “If you give birth, everything will pass.” With my questions about some kind of acne, I was clearly distracting her from more important matters. So, in searching for a suitable treatment regimen, I encountered an important problem: many doctors do not consider acne a disease that needs to be treated at all.

While the doctors were telling me off and I didn’t dare stop taking hormones, my skin condition only got worse. So I found myself in the classic situation of a desperate patient: not finding help in the field of classical medicine, I decided to try folk remedies.

Judging by the reviews, my friends pushed me to the idea of turning to the Almighty. By that time, they had been going to the obese guy with a beard for about 12 years, and they wanted to believe in stories like “He cured my asthma” more than ever. Even more hopeful was the fact that the uncle was an obstetrician-gynecologist by training.

It was possible to make an appointment for the first appointment, costing 12 thousand rubles, only six months in advance, but my friends helped, and somehow they pushed me in without waiting in line. The session (there’s no other way to call it) lasted two hours: the guy asked about everything - from my personal complaints and a list of family diseases to what kind of animal I imagine myself to be. After detailed questioning, the homeopath used Voll's method: I held one electrode in my hand, and with the other he pressed different points on my palms, which are supposed to be connected with the internal organs. In this way, homeopaths believe, the disease can be detected at an early stage. The method, like many things in this area of treatment, is not officially recognized, and is generally prohibited in the United States. However, when official medicine does not take your problems seriously, you go to a doctor who pokes electrodes into your fingers and hopes that at least this will help.

The homeopath confidently canceled the hormones I was taking, gave me a package of some sweet balls and recommended that I come back in six months. I was delighted: until that day, not a single doctor was worried about so many details of my illness.

Homeopathy didn't help me. I took sweet-tasting balls, but to no avail. At 25 years old - at an age when, as it seemed to me, normal people forget about acne - the skin on my face again became covered with painful inflammations, which left behind noticeable scars. And in my cosmetic arsenal a thick foundation, which my boyfriend kindly called putty, appeared again in my cosmetic arsenal. Without this putty I felt naked. I didn’t even leave the bathroom without it - God forbid anyone, even a close one, would see my, so to speak, true face.

It was clear that I needed a good dermatologist, and one specialist was recommended to me. Looking ahead, I will say: never follow untested advice. This was a female doctor who worked in a private clinic on the other side of Moscow. She listened carefully to my complaints, confidently dismissed hormonal disorders as the cause of acne, prescribed me a medicinal gel with an active ingredient called adapalene and several mass-market cosmetics, recommended going to her for treatments, and also, interestingly, canceled the cleansing. According to this specialist, they only injured the skin and did not produce results.

Throughout the slushy autumn and half of the winter, I went to see her by metro with two changes. I was given light peelings and masks, plasmolifting (plasma injections into the face) and even injected with a drug that contains the placenta - it was supposed to increase skin immunity and speed up cell regeneration. Moreover, each time the doctor prescribed me new and new creams and ointments. At the same time, she resolutely refused purges.

At one of the appointments, the day before I left for the sea, the doctor said that I should not go to a hot country with a large inflamed pimple on my cheek, after which she “dissolved” it with acid. The next day, I woke up in horror with an open wound on my face and called the dermatologist. She advised me to buy another ointment (my entire refrigerator is now filled with them), which will help the wound heal, and a lot of plasters. I went on vacation with a terrible mood and a glued cheek. We walked along the sunny beach, and all I could think about was the band-aid on my face and the wound underneath it. I remember I said then: “What a terrible year it was!” - all his horrors were reflected on my face.

Due to the fact that I had not had cosmetic cleansing for several months, more and more white closed comedones appeared on my skin. The doctor suggested combating them with a light acid peel, which I applied to my face myself. When I said that comedones do not disappear and become very inflamed over time, the dermatologist replied: “Don’t make things up.” At that moment it became clear that something had gone wrong. The apotheosis of our communication was a series of injections of hyaluronic acid. In principle, there was nothing wrong with performing the procedure on a person with my problem: the drug saturates the skin with moisture (which oily skin usually lacks due to drying medicinal ointments), has an anti-inflammatory and restorative effect. But several injections on my dirty skin due to several months without cleansing simply spread the infection and provoked another inflammation - this time all over my face. This is where I ended my conversation with the doctor.

Positive experience

As a rule, nuclear war on the face is provoked by problems of internal organs, and detecting these problems is critical to the result. But most dermatologists do not strive for this. My experience has shown that many of them simply lack qualifications. To finally get to the bottom of the internal problems that cause acne, I underwent a large-scale medical examination.

First of all, it was important to figure out whether I had hormonal disorders. An increased level of male sex hormones affects the functioning of the sebaceous glands: they begin to produce a lot of sebum, which mixes with bacteria on the face and forms comedones. Almost all the test results were normal, with the exception of one thing - androstenedione, which is converted into testosterone during the biosynthesis process. However, upon repeated analysis, this indicator was normal. As a result, based on the results of the examination, the gynecologist considered that hormonal imbalance could only be an indirect cause of my problems, and prescribed vitamins that normalize the cycle, and oral contraception in case the vitamins did not help.

Another important step was a check with a gastroenterologist. She showed that, in addition to standard gastritis, I have dysbiosis - a disorder of the intestinal microflora that provokes inflammatory processes. Along with this, the immunologist discovered that I have low immunity. All together I began to treat.

The first results did not appear immediately. Almost immediately after the examination, I found a really good cosmetologist. She started cleaning me again and prescribed a clear external treatment regimen - Holy Land brand cosmetics. In the morning, I wash my face with sugar soap, wipe my face with lotion and apply moisturizer. In the evening - the same thing, but instead of cream - a pharmaceutical gel with adapalene in the composition. I apply a pharmaceutical antibiotic solution containing the active ingredient clindamycin directly to the inflammation. I was also advised to give up chocolate, milk and coffee, dry my face only with disposable paper towels and change my pillowcase more often.

A noticeable result appeared approximately in the third month of external and internal treatment. Now I have no active inflammation, although my skin still needs cleaning, and only scars and post-acne are noticeable on my face. This cannot be called a victory, but it is definitely great progress.

Just recently, when the acne problem went into remission, I received several injections of hyaluronic acid. After this, the inflammation became even less, and on a recent vacation, for the first time in two years, I did not use foundation at all. I continue to go for ultrasonic cleaning regularly and try to do it once every three weeks. And in the fall I plan to undergo a laser peeling procedure, which should smooth out the rather noticeable scars on my face. Hopefully by December I will have forgotten about foundation. And in order to maintain normal skin condition, I will continue to use medicinal cosmetics. Apparently, this is my cross - until I give birth on the advice of one of the doctors.

How much does treatment cost?

In total, I have been struggling with acne for seven years, including a two to three year period of remission. It will be possible to calculate all expenses during this time only approximately. Here they are:

2009–2012

Facial cleansing

168,000 rubles for 48 months
