Advantages and Disadvantages

The benefits include the rejuvenating effect of the technique. After 4–7 days of the fasting procedure, the condition of the skin improves.

The disadvantages include high acidity urine in the human body. The phenomenon can cause acidosis - the circulation of oxidation products of toxic substances in the blood channels. Fasting for treatment purposes is contraindicated for those who suffer from anuria (difficulty urinating). Each week of the cycle ends with a cleansing enema. The last day should be devoted to the sauna. Cleansing is considered complete when the surface of the tongue becomes clean (no plaque), the cloudiness of the eyes disappears, a feeling of lightness appears, and health and mood improve. When 21 days of a strict diet are completed, you should gradually exit the system. There are several stages of exit.

    What juices and fruits are publicly available that can be used to break fasting? The number one and champion for cleansing power is lemons and pineapples. You can simply eat pineapple. Then there are citrus fruits in general. Fresh pomegranates are very good; they should be eaten fresh, or rather, taken into the mouth, squeezed out the juice directly in the mouth, and spit out the seeds. All fruits and vegetables have their own characteristics. You only need to get citrus juices using a pressing juicer, cutting them in half and squeezing them with a press-type juicer with a mechanical lever - you press and crush half of the citrus; and the juice flows into the glass. Films and partitions in citrus fruits are useless and hard on the intestines of a hungry person, so I do not recommend using centrifugal juicers for squeezing citrus fruits.

    In Russia, it is useful to time the fasting period to coincide with August-September-October, when the apple harvest can be used perfectly. It’s great to break fast on grape juice or grapes.

    Drinking vegetable or herb juices is prohibited at this stage.

    And I tell you definitely: during the cleansing period - no other juices, except fruit ones. Starch is similar to human glycogen - it is a source of glucose, it is a powerful substance that causes synthesis processes, and for us this means the deposition of toxins back into tissue depots.

    The approximate duration of this stage depends on the timing of fasting:

    • after 7 - 10 days of fasting, you can immediately start eating fruits
    • after 2 weeks of fasting 7 - 10 days on juices
    • after 4 weeks of fasting 2 weeks on juices

    Moreover, the number of days spent on pure fruit juices is determined by the duration of your fast! That is, if you have been fasting for a week, then you should do a week on fruit juices. If you have been fasting for only 7-10 days, then, in principle, you can simply eat fruits, but, again, in no case ordinary food or vegetables. Have you been hungry for two weeks? - this means you are on freshly squeezed juices for 7-10 days. Four weeks? - So you should be on only freshly squeezed fruit juices for two weeks.

    Even better is to continue this stage until you achieve good or normal normal condition plus a few days.

    But have all the toxins been eliminated? Of course not. To be on the safe side, you should continue the juice period for several days after reaching a good or normal state. And this sign, the return of normal well-being, or even the appearance of vigor and energy, should serve as a guide for you to determine the duration of your fruit-juicy cleansing period. In a period of 7 to 14 days on fruit juices, you yourself will feel a gradual and smooth return of vigor and energy.

    And if desired, it can be continued indefinitely.

    If you are in the mood, or in urgent need for health reasons, then you can continue the period fruit diet for as long as you like, or as long as you have fruit. A person can stay on fruit juices for a long time, like a year or two, and this has long been proven by the practice of numerous “fruitists,” people who live only on fresh fruits.

    When you enter the period of recovery from water fasting on freshly squeezed juices, you flush out the products of burning all of the above-mentioned harmful things from your body. It’s like you’re emptying the stove of ash after burning wood.

    Remember, the main thing is not fasting in itself - it is just the mobilization of toxins. The main thing is the subsequent removal of these toxins using strictly freshly squeezed FRUIT juices!

  • second stage of exit: raw fruits, vegetables, herbs and their juices

    After you have scrupulously and without skimping, completed all the prescribed days on fruit juices or fruits, you can add vegetable juices such as carrot, beetroot, celery, dill, dandelion or potato, or eat these vegetables and herbs without fear, since during the period of being on fruit juices, bowel movements are already restored.     You can’t go to the bathhouse after fasting until the body’s water-salt balance is restored. And the water-salt balance is restored no earlier than 10 days after the start of fasting, even if you have only been fasting for a week. And if you fasted more, then more than 10 days is required. The meaning of the situation here is that the heat in the bath opens the blood vessels of the peripheral circulation. There are hundreds of millions of these vessels. If the heat opens them, then additional toxins mobilized by fasting will come out of the tissues, and the toxins will be sweated out. And if you haven’t drunk enough water and live juices, and haven’t restored your water-salt balance, then you won’t sweat; and peripheral capillaries will not expand; because there is no water to fill them with; and a stalemate will arise. Such a bath will be of no use.

    You should feel like you've had your fill of juices; your feeling of well-being has returned, your urinary stream is vigorous and lively, your tongue has become moist, your skin has become moist, your eyes have sparkled, your sleep has improved, then you go to the bathhouse. And I especially emphasize that you need to go to the bathhouse before you switch to boiled food! That is, you need to go to the bathhouse after you get drunk and drink juices, but before you switch to processed food.

    You can take extra drink with you to the bathhouse (for example, diluted lemon-orange juice) 2 - 3 liters. To move more fluid through sweat.

    You take with you to the bathhouse a thermos with two liters of a diluted mixture of freshly squeezed lemon and orange juice, and, say, two bottles of mineral water, in total, at least 2 - 3 liters of liquid. You drink half of this amount before starting the parka and continue as you go, with an emphasis on drinking the entire amount before the middle of the process.     If the recovery from fasting is long enough, it is useful to repeat the bath every week

    Subsequently, it is effective to repeat the cleansing steam room every week until the end of your entire cleansing process. Because it is better not to finish the cleansing process at the first steam room.

Water

  • During fasting, it is best to drink raw natural (well, spring, spring) water. If this is not possible, distilled water with a small addition of mineral water will do.

    Under no circumstances should you drink tap water, boiled water, or even filtered water, which is actually not as filtered as you think. Of course it's best to drink living water. Living water comes from underground, it is: well, spring, spring, from springs. There are too many salts in mineral water, so the best option, which I came to experimentally in the city, is to put a little mineral water in a mug and fill the rest to the top with distilled water.
