Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

Active drug compound glutargin or alkocline , which is part of these drugs, is a product of interaction glutamic acid And arginine . This compound plays an important role in neutralizing ammonia , which in turn is highly toxic metabolite, formed in the human body as a result of interaction nitrogen-containing substances.

Besides, glutargin promotes the rapid removal of this toxic and deadly compound from the body. Thanks to unique properties active substance included in the chemical composition of the drug, such as Glutargin, so Glutargin Alcoclean has hepatoprotective, as well as antihypoxic and antioxidant effects.

Both drugs exhibit membrane stabilizing activity , thereby providing positive influence on hepatocytes , thus supporting the energy-supplying processes occurring in them every second. Glutargin Alcoclean is simply irreplaceable for alcohol intoxication .

The drug effectively stimulates the breakdown of alcohol in liver with the help monooxygenase system , and also enhances the production alcohol dehydrogenase , i.e. an enzyme that promotes "utilization" ethanol in the human body. The drug accelerates the elimination process ethanol metabolites and enhances inactivation, while increasing production succinic acid.

This reduces the impact alcoholic drinks on nervous system human due to its unique neurotransmitter properties glutamic acid . The drugs do not have any effect mutagenic, embryotoxic or gonadotoxic effects , and also do not cause in patients immunotoxic or all kinds allergic reactions .

Glutargin is a salt of arginine and glutamic acid. With alcoholic intoxication (Intoxication- poisoning of the body with toxic substances) stimulates the utilization of alcohol in the monooxygenase system of the liver, prevents inhibition of the key enzyme (Enzymes- specific proteins that can significantly accelerate chemical reactions, occurring in the body without being part of the final reaction products, i.e. are biological catalysts. Each type of enzyme catalyzes the transformation certain substances(substrates), sometimes only a single substance in a single direction. Therefore, numerous biochemical reactions in cells are carried out huge number various enzymes. Enzyme preparations widely used in medicine) ethanol utilization – alcohol dehydrogenase; accelerates inactivation (Inactivation- partial or total loss biologically active substance or agent of its activity) and excretion toxic (Toxic- poisonous, harmful to the body) products metabolism (Metabolism- the totality of all types of transformations of substances and energy in the body, ensuring its development, life activity and self-reproduction, as well as its connection with environment and adaptation to changes external conditions) ethanol as a result of increased formation and oxidation succinic acid (Succinic acid- a natural dicarboxylic acid of the acyclic series, participating in the tricarboxylic acid cycle\; used in the manufacture of dyes, insecticides and some medicines); reduces the inhibitory effect of alcohol on CNS (CNS due to the neurotransmitter properties of excitatory glutamic acid. Thanks to these properties, Glutargin exhibits antitoxic and sobering effects.
Glutargin also has hypoammonemic and hepatoprotective properties due to the activation of ammonia neutralization processes in the body, antioxidant, antihypoxic and membrane stabilizing effects, and has a positive effect on energy supply processes in hepatocytes.
Glutargin does not have embryotoxic, gonadotoxic, mutagenic or teratogenic effects, and does not cause allergic or immunotoxic reactions.
