Korean mods for fallout 4. Fallout New Vegas mods: wide variety

Have you explored the wasteland inside and out? It's time to change it.

There are people who play games, and there are those who constantly remake them. Selecting one for Fallout 4 is quite a task, as there are already thousands of different projects from talented modders changing, improving and adding variety to Bethesda's post-apocalyptic RPG, released in 2015. However, we have tried to collect the most outstanding of them in one list. The selection will be updated as new worthy mods are released.

As always, carefully read the requirements and installation instructions for each mod, as well as compatibility with latest version Fallout 4 before downloading them.

Even after you've cleared out every piece of trash in your community, it still looks like a dump, doesn't it? That's because there are a lot of things you can't remove: mounds of dirt, piles of rubble, and weeds that have broken through the concrete. Spring Cleaning allows you to remove all these things that you hate, making real order possible in your city.

It adds a lot of new items for use in your settlement, such as cars, military vehicles, furniture, decorations and many more things that should have been available when built in the first place.

There is a settlement in Fallout 4 where you can find robots programmed to do gardening. Unlike other settlements, they sow here not on the ground, but on special small plantations located next to each other. This mod allows you to build these plantations on all other settlements. They react to this in different ways, either “Well, who cares anyway?”, or “Yes, damn it, this is exactly what I needed!”

Mods for building settlements and crafting

Download

This mod from user kinggath offers a completely new way to build settlements, introducing into the game a system similar to what we saw in SimCity: you divide your settlement into several districts (residential, commercial, industrial and rural), and the inhabitants build their own houses and warehouses, while also doing housekeeping. Your settlement will grow as NPCs begin to make changes to their homes, without you having to keep track of every little detail like the choice of furniture or the color of the walls.

This is a rotorcraft you can live in. It doesn't technically fly - it's more of a way to quickly move around the map, but you can create landing zones throughout the map and move between them. The living quarters are quite small, and the vertibird's engine needs to be cooled regularly, but it's still a cozy place to live, with a handy crafting bench and powerful turrets for scaring off neighbors.

Download

Place Everywhere allows you to place previously static objects like workbenches anywhere on the map, making the building process much easier. In addition, you can build anywhere - in trees, on the surface of water, and even inside other objects. Red alerts are a thing of the past. The mod requires the Fallout Script Extender utility, which can be found at the end of the list.

Download

Tired of carrying everything you can get your hands on back to your settlement? This mod will help you. Make beacons, take them with you, and when your inventory gets full during your adventures, simply put all the excess in a container and equip it with a beacon for the inhabitants of your settlement to take it. They will stack everything near your workbench, which will save you a lot of time.

Download

Considering that Fallout 4 places a huge emphasis on construction, it's surprising that Bethesda didn't think of something like this themselves. This mod allows you to create villagers right in your workshop. Synthetic inhabitants. Turn off your beacon, because now you can populate your outposts with friendly (or not so friendly) synths created by your own hands.

Download

Building power lines in your village in Fallout 4 has become much easier after the release of a mod by Daedragon. Since you use leaky metal (or wood) walls to build houses, why not run wires through them? This mod greatly simplifies the issue of energy supply by replacing standard power lines with compact wires. They can even be stretched across roofs.

Download

Need to hide for a while from the dead eyes of the local settlers? Basement Living adds 10 self-contained basements and bunkers as your own cozy retreat spaces. You can place a basement in any settlement, and each one comes complete with a 100-power electrical panel and a workbench, so you can do whatever you want there.

Conquest

Download

Now you don't have to stick to the settlements featured in Fallout 4, because now you can make your own almost anywhere you want. This mod adds campsites that can be placed anywhere you want, and if you're lucky with the location, it can be upgraded to a full-fledged settlement. You can create and destroy up to ten new settlements.

Download

It's nice that factions give you a place to live when you join them, but what they offer is usually not something you want to waste your time on. This series of mods turns these handouts from factions into much more beautiful and spacious dwellings, with workbenches, a hall, pleasant decorations and plenty of free space. Available for Vault 81, Prydwen, the Railroad, the Castle, and The Institute.

Download

If you are using the Contraptions Workshop DLC for Fallout 4, then you will definitely want to install this mod, which significantly improves the factories in your settlements. It adds a number of logical features, such as conveyor belts that accept any garbage directly from inventory, and return full-fledged items.

There are also new machines, such as a loom for creating bunker clothing and faction outfits, forges for heavy armor, ranged and melee weapons, and a distillery where you can create cola and booze. There is even a machine for processing corpses (including human ones) into meat, bones and skin.

Download

The settlers who come to the call on the radio are usually... boring. Most of them are dressed approximately the same, and sometimes it is difficult to distinguish them from each other unless they each have something special on them. This mod adds over 150 new settlers, so new gardeners and peat cleaners will now look at least a little more individual. And another mod, Don’t Call Me Settler, will also give them unique names.

Download

If you suddenly want to customize or change your character's appearance after you leave your home at the start of Fallout 4, you can now do so through plastic surgery. This mod allows you to do this action in any of your settlements by simply adding a mirror to your workshop. Place a mirror on any wall and using it allows you to change your appearance.

Download

Looking after your settlement can become quite a tedious task, and even after carefully arranging all your belongings on the shelves, they will likely be knocked over later by a clumsy worker, a companion, or even you. This mod not only makes it easier to place items (loot items can now be moved just like static objects using the workshop menu), but also allows you to lock them in place to avoid falling. Perfect.

Download

The size of your settlement in Fallout 4 is strictly limited, it can only be “so” large, and you can only use “so many” objects. And this is very annoying, especially when you are about to create a huge base, and suddenly you are forced to stop. The Higher Settlement Budget mod fixes this problem, but keep in mind that too many objects can slow down or even crash your game.

Download

Like the previous mod, Homemaker expands your options for working with settlements. It includes two new plants for the garden, more walls and fences, 30 new types of lighting and new containers (ammo boxes and cabinets). You can even find meat bags if you like to store provisions in meat bags, of course. Some people do this.

Graphics and weather improvements

While Fallout 4's appearance is definitely more colorful and less greenish than Fallout 3's, it's still a bit washed out. This ReShade/SweetFX file, after installation, will make the external dynamics of the game brighter. You can check out the images before installing to show that the changes aren't too drastic, but the pop colors are now a little more pronounced.

Download

On the other hand, perhaps you don’t think that the post-apocalypse should look so colorful and bright. Stalker Lighting takes away the colors, making the world harsher, more unforgiving, and darker. It's the end of the world, after all. And now he looks the part.

Download

If you look closely, a lot of the textures in Fallout 4 aren't all that breathtaking, which is especially noticeable if you carefully play through the game instead of chasing maximum speeds. One modder has been hard at work increasing the detail of terrain textures to make your walk through the wasteland just a little more beautiful.

Download

If you want the nights in Fallout 4 to really look like nights, then you need this mod. Giving you a choice between seven different night settings, it will make your evenings either a little darker or pitch black. Interiors will also become darker at night if they are not well lit by lights. Use it wisely.

Download

This mod makes shell casings visible over long distances (500 meters) during firefights, and delays their disappearance time much longer (an hour). This is a small change, but adds a little realism to the game. After a big fight, the ground should literally be covered in shell casings, and now it will be. It will work well with a mod that makes the duration of the presence of bullet marks longer and visible at greater distances.

Download

On the subject of rain: someone changed the textures of the tiny and barely noticeable drops from Bethesda. The drops are now thicker and shorter, making you feel like you're in a post-apocalyptic rainstorm. The circles on the water from drops were also redone. The comparison is well shown in this video.

Gameplay improvements

Download

This mod intends to be a complete, massive collection of bug fixes for Bethesda RPGs. On at the moment There are already fixes for object placement, sounds, problems with slot items, grids and textures, quests and NPCs, perks and statistics, and many more equally significant improvements. The mod never stops developing.

MGS Aiming

Download

If you are used to frequently changing the camera mode in Fallout 4, especially while aiming, then this mod will come in handy. It automatically switches from third person to first person when you look through the scope - like style Metal Gear Solid. You no longer have to press the desired button or use the mouse wheel; The game will automatically return to normal mode after you finish shooting.

Download

One of the main characteristics of the post-apocalyptic world is complete chaos. So why not make the surroundings look more pleasant? Commonwealth Cleanup allows you to get rid of 130,000 static items, including trash, abandoned cars, piles of tires, vending machines, air conditioners and other rubbish that fills the locations. At the same time, everything you decide to get rid of can be used as raw materials for crafting.

Download

The intimidation perk is fun to use to subdue enemies, but in the past it was only useful for making enemies raise their hands and stop shooting. This mod gives you new options: you can rob enemies, handcuff them, or simply let them go.

Take Cover

Download

The mod introduces a system of shelters into Fallout 4, from behind which you can peek out from time to time and take targeted shots. It can be customized to automatically hide behind cover by approaching it or pressing the appropriate key. You can even push some of the objects you hide behind. Very good.

Everyone's Best Friend

Download

It seems a little silly that you can't take Dogmeat with you when you have another companion, doesn't it? This mod corrects the situation, thanks to which your faithful dog will always accompany you, even if you go on an adventure with another partner.

Download

I don't even know why the developers at Bethesda decided that we would enjoy watching slowly floating text on a hundred different terminals in Fallout 4. Of course, you can click the mouse to speed up the process, or you can solve the problem once and for all by installing this mod , which allows you to set the speed at which text appears. Personally, I increased it 100 times.

Get Out Of My Face

Download

Are your allies too close? Push them away. Has a mutated cow blocked your way? Push her away. Are your opponents violating your personal space? Push them away too. Are you tired of NPCs getting stuck in doors? Or annoying heroes getting in the way? Or do you, like me, just like to push everyone around? Whatever the reason, install this mod to spectacularly push everyone around and watch them fly away. It looks like shouting "Fus ro da!" from Skyrim migrated to Fallout 4. It's great. This is incredibly cool.

Download

Quite a useful mod, despite the dubious name (“Eat off the floor”). When you find food or drink in Fallout 4, you must first put the item in your inventory before eating or drinking it. This is logical, but not very convenient in practice - you need to open the Pip-Boy and look for the food you just found. After all, in fact, you should already be holding it in your hands. This mod allows you to immediately eat food found on a table, shelf or floor, skipping fiddling with your inventory.

Download

Would you like new companions who won't just walk around you mindlessly? You will not only be able to train animals, but you will also have the opportunity to decorate them with paint or put armor on them. You can always find them using the surveillance chip, delight them with treats and even teach them tricks.

Download

Absolutely every player sooner or later found himself in a situation where his pockets were filled to the limit. And this is where a mod comes to the rescue, which will help you choose what to carry and what to leave. This is a small addition to your Pip-Boy's UI screen that shows the price of an item relative to its weight. Loot smarter, not harder!

Download

If you miss the dialog boxes from the early Fallout games and aren't a fan of the new look, help is here. This mod shows full options your remarks instead of a faint hint of them. You will no longer have to predict how your sarcastic response will turn out, now you will know for sure.

Download

Radiation storms are a pretty serious thing, but not enough to affect your plans. If you were expecting a more hostile world, now it will become truly scary. The damage to your health will now increase significantly: radiation sometimes increases to 100 rads, and this will happen more often.

Download

Tired of selling a merchant a bunch of stuff, only to later realize that he doesn't have enough caps to pay for everything, causing you to waste time searching through the merchandise for something to buy just to complete the deal? This mod increases the number of caps from merchants to such a level that he has the opportunity to buy from you all the heaps of garbage that you are going to throw at him.

Download

Glad deer are peaceful. But they are always marked as enemies, despite the fact that they are almost never interested in attacking you. Your companions, in turn, perceive them as enemies, and frantically seek to kill them, while you simply try to pass through a certain part of the wasteland and fight creatures that will at least fight you back. This mod solves the problem by simply changing the rad deer's mark to green, so your partner will leave them alone.

Download

Doesn't it annoy you that when your character runs around with a weapon in his hand, it is constantly visible in front of you when you play in first person? Most people don't pay any attention to this at all, but if you think about it, this method of movement should quickly tire your arms. This small change lowers your cannon when you hold it out of combat.

New locations and adventures

Pilgrim - Dread the Commonwealth

Download

Fallout 4 can be quite creepy at times, especially when you're attacked by ghouls, but it's not horror in the conventional sense. If this upsets you, then use Pilgrim-Dread the Commonwealth. It completely changes the atmosphere of the game: just watch the trailer to see how Fallout 4 turns into a cross between the Stalker series and the movie The Road. Pilgrim uses modified graphics and a weather system, which is a kind of reference to the film “The Witch” (2015) by director Robert Eggers.

Download

If you want to turn Fallout 4 into a harsh one, then this mod will be a real discovery for you. The action here takes place immediately after the nuclear bombings. There are no quests here: your task is simple - you need to survive in deadly conditions. Most NPCs have been cut from the game, new dangerous enemies have appeared in the wasteland, and the outside world is full of radiation, so it’s better not to venture outside without protective equipment. This is a cruel, unforgiving world that should appeal to all challenge lovers.

Download

Tired of the holotape mini-games in Fallout 4? How about a more fun alternative? Here is the Revolted mod, which features a retro shooter in the style of the 90s. The mod, created by a user under the nickname Cohagen, delights with a colorful soundtrack, amusingly overacting actors and 2D sprites stretched over 3D character models, which creates an atmosphere of nostalgia. You can find the game in a bar in Concord - on a computer terminal located on the second floor.

Download

There are plenty of boarded-up buildings in Fallout 4—too many of them, given that the world is full of looters who should have been infiltrating them a long time ago. The modder's ultimate goal is to detail the interior of each of these buildings, as was the case with . Thus, the game has new places where you can make money, and this makes the world a little more realistic.

Download

This mod connects most subway stations in Fallout 4 with a network of tunnels, allowing you to navigate dangerous world in a new way. Of course, the tunnels are home to ghouls, marauders and other enemies. And you need to deal with them if you want to roam underground in safety, since enemies killed in the underground do not respawn. You can also find beds there, which will come in handy if you decide to settle in the metro.

Download

Have you played Fallout 4 a few times and now want something new in terms of role-playing? Alternate Start allows you to skip the standard introduction and start the game as someone else. You can start the game as a newcomer to Goodneighbor, a raider or mercenary, a member of the Church of Atom, or a passenger on a sunken ship. This will be a fresh start and a new way to play the game.

Weapons and equipment

Remote Explosives

Download

The more ways to blow up enemies, the more fun it is to play, and therefore this mod will definitely not be superfluous. From now on, you will be able to detonate all types of explosives remotely. All you have to do is hide a bomb in someone's clothes, move a decent distance away and activate the detonator.

Download

This is clearly a parody of Bethesda's Creation Club, a tool that creates items and equipment that are sold for real money. But this mod itself is quite funny. It adds a golf club that creates random (and free) things with every swing. And when you get tired of it, the stick can be used for its intended purpose - to destroy enemies.

Fusion Gun

Download

Do you have extra nuclear blocks accumulated? Now you can use them to craft ammo for new weapons (in fact, this is a set of several types of weapons). Initially, the Fusion Gun mod gives us a new pistol, but over time it can be turned into any gun - from a shotgun to a sniper or assault rifle. The trailer shows all the variety of the new toy.

Download

If you don't like opaque sights and short screen blackouts when you want to use them, check out this mod. Now all sights on weapons in the game become transparent. You can either add new sights or change existing ones. You can even customize the appearance of sights in the game itself.

Download

Modder DOOM has been releasing new weapons for Fallout 4 for months, but now he's collected all 10 of them into one set. You'll find assault rifles, a Desert Eagle, a MAC-11 submachine gun, and even a replica of Deckard's personal pistol from Blade Runner.

Download

We all love explosives in Fallout 4. And we'd love them even more if frag grenades actually sprayed shrapnel. This mod corrects this oversight, making grenades behave as they should. From now on, simple explosions are replaced by the deadly scattering of fragments around the area, so do not forget to hide in shelters to avoid taking damage.

Download

If you're not a big fan of the Pip-Boy's built-in flashlight, which dimly illuminates your surroundings, you can use the same shoulder-mounted flashlight as the Marines in the movie Aliens. I think you will notice that it functions much better. Moreover, you can not only purchase it from merchants, but also make it yourself at your workbench. You can even choose the color of the lighting to suit your taste.

Download

What's wrong with leather jackets, why can't you attach parts of the armor with straps to, for example, a good evening suit? In addition to the ability to wear any outfit under your armor, you can also wear a hat or helmet complete with a gas mask, you can place armored pads on your hat, and even craft a completely new outfit. This mod was created using FO4Edit.

Download

This well-animated crossbow is a nice addition to your already large arsenal, and it's not just a regular, static weapon. You can make improvements to it using your workbench, crafting and use many different types bolts like projectiles. The crossbow is quiet and ideal for stealth kills, and its high damage is offset by a slow reload speed, so the addition will keep the game balanced.

Any Mod Any Weapon

Download

If you want to take the carnage in the wasteland to a completely new level, then this mod will allow you to create weapons from your worst dreams. It allows you to install any weapon upgrade on any weapon. Now you can make a three-barreled minigun electric, install Fat Man on an alien laser pistol, or make any other Frankenstein weapon that your imagination can imagine. And this video from Tyrannicon will show you a few more options.

Download

You can build a variety of things at your workstations, everything from weapon upgrades to meds. drugs and pomegranate. But why not shells? This mod allows you to craft any type of ammunition in the game at your chemical stations: shotguns, signal flares, miniature nuclear warheads, fuel for a flamethrower and much more that you can remember or come up with (unless it’s something completely unreal, for example tomato moon-piercing cartridges).

But to do something worthwhile, you need to pump up such parameters as Gun Nut, Science and Demolition.

Tools and Utilities

Nexus Mod Manager

Download

NMM is compatible with Fallout 4, and as time goes on, mods become more and more necessary, so this will come in handy. In addition, it is compatible with other RPG games, such as The Witcher 3, Dark Souls 1 and 2, and World of Tanks. Which makes installing and working with mods via Nexus extremely enjoyable.

Fallout 4 Script Extender

Download

As Fallout 4 modding becomes more popular, so does the Fallout 4 Script Extender. This utility allows you to use mods without changing the game's executable files, so even if something goes wrong with the mod, it will not affect the game.

With the advent of official modding tools, Bethesda's own repository of mods for Fallout 4 has appeared. After registration (free), you can view and download mods even in the middle of the game.

When was it announced? Fallout 4, everyone was just shocked. Some are happy to see new part favorite series, and some think that it will turn out to be even obscene. We cannot make any guesses, since everything is still ahead. In the meantime, we will recall some modifications for Fallout: New Vegas, in order to refresh your memory of what exactly you should install on your computer before waiting for the new part of Fallout, drooling over your favorite T-shirt.

Project Nevada

This mod truly changes the game, giving it a massive rebalance, adding new features and much more. It is possible to select only certain modules, without forcing the player to endure those parts of the modification that are frankly uninteresting to him. You can configure modules directly in the settings, and the settings, in turn, are very responsive. What modules will visit you if you install this mod?

For example, the Cyberware module will add implants to the game for various parts of the body, which can increase your characteristics and give some additional features. The Rebalance module will greatly improve huge amount details of the game, balancing it to the point of impossibility. The Equipment module, oddly enough, will add a bunch of new weapons and armor. And it will all be yours as soon as you download the mod.

World of Pain

It adds a lot of well-developed locations to the game that will delight you with new NPCs, enemies, as well as things that can be obtained while traveling through these wastelands. The modification uses only game resources, and therefore the mod weighs terribly little. The complex of Dungeon locations will delight you with new quests and merchants, with whom you can always talk about the difficulties of life in the Wasteland.

This mod is compatible with the first one on our list, as well as many others, which you can read about below. The mod is still supported today, and the authors have many plans for their brainchild in the distant future. Be sure to try it and share with others how good the mod turned out to be. Also, be sure to download patches along with it that allow you to remove all incompatibility errors.

More Perks

You love perks in Fallout, right? Until now, pictures with non-existent perks sometimes fly around in all sorts of public pages, which contain some subtle or not so subtle hint. Everyone liked and still likes the perks, but what should you do if you want them even more? Install the More Perks mod, because it adds 75 completely new abilities to the game! Huge number, you can't say anything.

What about the "Glow and Smile" perk, which will allow you to be much more eloquent during the daytime? There is also the “Cockroach Lover” perk, which will make radroaches appear under your feet every day. "Run like the wind!" will speed up your run, and “Blind Luck” will allow you to be much luckier. You can't help but try it all, especially with a mod that will increase your maximum level from 30 to 100.

Weapon Mods Expanded

Weapon modifications are also one of the Vollach access cards, but there are not many of them either. And you can increase their number using the Weapon Mods Expanded mod, which will add over 80 types of modifications to the game for both firearms and melee weapons. And in most cases, the appearance of the weapon will be changed! And that's always good.

Weapon mods can be found at various merchants, and if you don't understand where exactly it goes, a couple of notes will appear along with it in your inventory, which will describe the exact purpose of the upgrade. For convenience, notes are sorted into two different types. The mod is also sometimes updated, as it has achieved recognition from the players and has not been abandoned by the creators.

Essential Visual Enhancements

And this mod reworks all the visual effects of the game, making them richer, brighter and more beautiful in the truest sense of the word. Everything is done on top level, because the mod has been in development for more than one year. The effects of not only energy weapons, but everything in general have been reworked. The effect on characters has also been changed!

The mod developers are also interested in reworking the models of some weapons and armor, physics, for example, flying pieces of enemies, and much more. And in their free time from development, they created and finally released the game War for the Overworld, which you can buy on Steam or, of course, download on torrents.

Willow

Willow is one of the best companions for Fallout:NV, which you can find. She has 1,200 voice-overs with her, and additional voice-overs have been done not only for her, but also for other characters associated with her quest. She has a story that she will gradually tell. Her main skills are Speech, Survival and Barter, and she is also very fond of firearms.

And Iva is very beautiful. But shouldn't that be included in a good companion? She also knows how to cook perfectly and will definitely feed you her cooking. Well, if you are a very big pervert, then you can have an affair with her and have “dark” sex with her. She can also put on glasses, put a cigarette in her teeth and be very cool. Great skill!

Monster Mod

What do you think about the mod that adds new hostile creatures to the game? If you like this situation, then be sure to download Monster Mod. In total there are more than 150 monsters, which greatly diversify the world of Fallout and make it more alive. But if you are not ready, this living world will make you dead. Be careful!

Monsters, by the way, began to spawn much more often, which did its job in revitalizing the world. The downside of the mod is that, unlike other mods, it has long been forgotten, but it is still quite big, and you can’t blame the developers for not working on it anymore.

Utilities

- Fallout 4 Script Extender(F4SE)

Many mods require F4SE to work.

Description:

The main concept of creating the Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE) is an expansion of script functionality for the game Fallout 4 and for the future Creation Kit editor. At the moment F4SE has very little functionality, but some of these functions may already be useful.

Vortex is a new modern mod manager from Nexus Mods. It's designed to make modding your game as easy as possible for new users, while still providing enough control for more seasoned veterans of the modding scene.

Led by Tannin, creator Mod Organizer, Vortex uses lessons learned during development M.O. And Nexus Mod Manager to provide the most powerful and intuitive modding experience.

How to install, configure and start using Vortex, you can look in my manual on Vortex":

- Nexus Mod Manager(NMM)

Description:

This program is very a simple manager modifications, however, having decent functionality at the moment.
Using it, you can manage esp files, as well as install resource modifications, for example, retextures, audio - or any others.

Possibilities:

  • Usage:

Using the "install" button, select esp or the archive with the modification, then follow the program's suggestions. Mods can not only be installed, but also removed, which, given the number of new mods for Fallout 4, is a very necessary feature.

  • Functions

When you close the mod manager or launch a game through it, it sets the plugings.txt and DLCList.txt files to read-only.

  • Mod Solver

Select the files in this window (you can drag and drop), make sure the structure is correct, and then install.
In your Fallout 4 Data folder there will be a folder called "Mods" which will contain some txt files. Do not delete it, it is needed for the program to work.

  • Installing mods

When you click "install" you can add a zip or 7z file.
It should be able to add other archives since it uses 7z for decompression.

Requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5

Description:

"Another Life" allows you to avoid the fixed start of the game and choose a different role for yourself, which allows you to become more immersed in the game and enjoy playing your chosen role.

The pre-war period is just a memory simulation in your head when your synthetic body is created. After exiting the shower, the game will ask you whether you want to wake up or continue sleeping. The "wake up" option will start the modification, and continue will start the game as usual.

After you wake up, you will find yourself in one of the cells of the Synth Institute. There you will also find a pip-boy and a terminal that controls the processing parameters of the unit. Here you can choose your occupation.

Once you enter the processing chamber, you will be taken to the Commonwealth, of course, with no idea that you have ever been to the Institute.

Vault 111 will be accessible as usual, and your starting quest will be "The Jewel of the Commonwealth."

Peculiarities:

Another Life allows you to play out one of 36 lives. Each activity determines your starting equipment and weapons, your allied faction (or lack of allies), your starting ability, and your starting location. In the future, the choice of type of activity will also determine the initial quest.

Description:

  • Traveler's Book: To unlock all color variations of tents and fabric flaps, the book can be found in the cellar in Sanctuary.

  • Lantern: Portable lighting on the go! Attaches to the tent or can be placed on the ground and will not fall off.

Description:

Have you ever found it strange that 100% of the time your character is pointing his weapon at an invisible enemy somewhere in front of you? It seemed to the author of this modification that’s why he made it so that your hero, if he doesn’t shoot, puts his weapon to the side.

At the moment, this is a simple animation modification and there is no delay in putting the weapon away, for example, after a fight. The author will try to do everything possible to implement it. However, it is fully working and can be used now.

Weapon grip in power armor is also supported. For more details on how it looks, see the video and screenshots. In my opinion, a must have for better immersion in the game.

Description:

Mod Configuration Menu (MCM)- this is a functionality that adds to the game menu Fallout 4 new category "Mod Settings".

Mod settings will be stored in INI files along the path Data\MCM\Settings, making it easy to back up and restore settings and even change them outside of the game if necessary if the mod supports this option.

IMPORTANT:

  • Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) this is the core that is required for the operation of mods that have settings, without the possibility of being introduced into the Pip-Boy through holodisks, like other mods and such settings will be through MSM menu.
  • Please note that without such mods, in Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) it will be empty!
Peculiarities:
  • Customize more aspects of your mods than ever before - MCM provides a ton of functionality such as mod toggle options, steppers, dropdown menus, sliders, buttons, feature description text, and keywords.
  • MSM is optimized for PC. MCM goes far beyond what is allowed on consoles.
  • MSM doesn't have ESM/ESP files. MCM is not counted in mod load order as a mod.
  • Safe storage. MCM will never encroach on your saves and saved game - any modifications, like most plugins F4SE, are executed in memory.
  • Save file. None game forms or the files on the disk are not replaced. MCM is completely autonomous.
  • Hotkey support and conflict detection. Assign hotkeys to mod actions to activate them on the fly.
Requirements:
  • Fallout 4 version 1.10.20 or 1.9.4 .
  • Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE) 0.4.2 or 0.5.0 and higher.

Description:

HUDFramework - This is a very useful UI framework that will allow you to install various modifications that change / complement the game interface.

With it, for example, you can display:

  • Your companion's health
  • Current time
  • Number of cartridges in a holder
  • Change sight
  • And much much more
Important! The mod itself does not add anything, it is only a base for installing other modifications that change the interface using HUDFramework.

Requirements:

  • Fallout 4
  • Java 8 and higher (for the "HUDFramework auto-patcher" patcher).

Description:

Developers from NVIDIA have created a mod for Fallout 4 called "Vault 1080", which will add a new Vault 1080 to the game, with its own quest, and the mod also adds super-improved lighting and shadows using Next-Gen GameWorks technology.

More details:

  • Vault 1080 (Vault 1080) is an official mod from NVIDIA.
  • The volumetric lighting features in the mod are wide ranging and effects you won't see in the standard game, and shadows will be more realistic than ever. This is all thanks to the HBAO+ functionality and ambient occlusion control, which create reliable effects anywhere.
  • You'll also see beautiful "godrays" effects whenever the sun shines, plus new weapon shard effects and new meshes and materials.
  • Once you find the entrance to Vault 1080, you will find dark, intimidating tunnels that are inevitably filled with danger. This is a large mod - equal in size to the other Vaults scattered throughout the Commonwealth, with its own new quest. And this is a Vault like you've never seen before. The truth lies deep inside Vault 1080. Find and solve all the mysteries!
  • You shouldn’t go into this location unprepared!
Peculiarities:
  • New quest
  • 4 new locations (swamps, church, caves, shelter)
  • Extra hour of gameplay
How to get started:
  1. After installing the mod and entering the game, a notification will appear, check the tracking of the quest "Church of the Valley"
  2. A marker on the map will direct you to a small hut outside the swamp.
Location:
  • The Vault 1080 location is located near Vault 111, which you exit from at the beginning of the game.

Build a new settlement almost anywhere in the Commonwealth!

Description:

This mod "Conquest of lands - camping and building settlements" is from the author of the well-known Frostfall mod for Skyrim.

The mod will add a variety of camping equipment and the ability to create completely new settlements anywhere in the Commonwealth; the mod will go perfectly with the regular game mode and the new Survival mode.

More details:

  • You can build a small camp anywhere in the game, cook food, sleep, and so on. Then you can simply pack up and leave, or make your mark by expanding your camp into a thriving, full-fledged settlement.
  • You can create camping equipment using items in the game world that are around you. Build tents, portable generator and much more.
  • All camping equipment is placed through the Workshop menu, for convenient placement, you can rotate it, twist it as you like, not like in another similar mod.
  • By investing funds/items in a new workbench, your small camp can become a full-fledged settlement, with all the advantages and disadvantages of regular game settlements, you can establish supply lines, bring in NPCs and companions, and so on.
  • You can build up to 10 new settlements.
  • You can collect your camps and move them to other places, you can also liquidate already built full-fledged settlements.
How to use:

1.Camping

  • Open your Pip-Boy, go to the Help section, and select "Action: Build Camp". Get out of the Pip-Boy and place a Provision Camp on the ground. After you place a camp, you can place other camping equipment using a special menu in the Workshop.
  • In the camp you can build a fire, install a cauldron for cooking food, break weapons and armor, build a tent, install a portable generator and lighting, sleep in a sleeping bag and much more.
  • Tip: You can only set up a camp when you are far enough away from cities and other populated areas.
2.Construction of settlements
  • Once you have successfully created a camp, from the Workshop menu in the camp, go to Extensions > Workshop. Place the Workshop wherever you like. Once you do this, your camp will be collected and returned to inventory and your settlement will be created.
  • You can call your settlement one of 10 different names, and you can create up to 10 different settlements.
3. Liquidation of settlements
  • If you don't like the settlement you've created, you can eliminate it to free up one of the 10 available settlements. To do this, select the Workshop and select Liquidate Settlement. Read the warning and confirm your choice. The settlement will be dismantled.

Description:

Are you tired of monotonous settlers? Not you alone! The author was also tired of this, so he decided to create a modification that would add some variety to this aspect of the game.

In addition, the author wanted to give them better initial equipment, so that they would not have to waste time on completely improving it. This mod makes the settlers more cool, they also have a wider choice of clothing (31 clothing options, 25 hats, glasses, bandanas and 4 sets of armor), better starting weapons and a chance to carry stimulants.

For reasons unknown to me, the mod also washes their face and makes their faces cleaner! The mod also includes equipment classes, which gives settlers a chance to get a much better set of equipment. All clothing combinations in the screenshots are randomly generated at spawn.

Known problem - minor cosmetic bug - do not install before reading. When you install the mod and load the game, it will give some of your settlers new equipment. Sometimes this can create a conflict with their equipment.

This can give rise to some very strange combinations. This is just a cosmetic bug - you can always change the clothes of your settlers.

Detailed Description:

The mod only affects ORDINARY Settlers. It does not affect companions, children and settlers with names.

Details of the changes are below, but you'll probably find it easier to see everything in the screenshots.

Changes affecting all regular settlers.

They have added the ability "Zhip 3" and "Adamantium Skeleton 3", so that they cannot be crippled and are healed between battles.
Slightly stronger - about 3 times more health (at the level of a psychic raider).
Everyone has a chance to have 0-2 stimulants.
Everyone has a chance to be equipped with one of the following sets of equipment (all weapons and armor have a chance to receive modifications):

  • Class I

There are approximately 23 more types of clothes (31 in total) - look at the screenshots.

There are about 17 more types of hats (25 in total) (25% get a hat) - look at the screenshots.

No extra armor (other than what they can get in the original - Spiked Armor, Brawler Armor, Vagabond Suit

One of the following weapons: .39 smoothbore, .45 smoothbore revolver, crowbar, lead riser, or machete (a gunshot is much more likely)

  • Class II

Parts of metal armor + leather armor + civilian clothing may fall out. Typically drops at least 2 pieces of leather armor.

One of the following weapons: Double-barreled shotgun, 10mm pistol, Revolutionary Blade, baseball bat, or hammer (a gunshot is much more likely)

  • Class III

Leather armor set may drop + military clothing+ random light military headdress + chance for points (4 options)

Weapon: Hunting rifle or submachine gun

  • Class IV

Full set of metal armor + military clothing + random military headdress + chance for points + "good guy" bandana (4 options)

  • Full set of metal armor + military clothing + random heavy military headdress + chance for points + "good guy" bandana (4 options)

    Weapon: hunting rifle only

Spawning occurs in approximately the following proportions: 55% Class I, 15% Class II, 15% Class III, 10% Class IV, 5% Class V (Please note that in the game they will still be called "Settlers" until I I’ll learn how to rename them in accordance with the new classes)

Compatibility:

RHD (Robot Defense) is incompatible with any other categories that add new items to the Defense category in the workshop (for example, guard posts, turrets, or traps). It is also incompatible with other mods that edit the Robotics Expert ability - you will no longer be able to take them with you.

It is compatible with Homemaker, SSEx and Robot Guardians. If you find an incompatibility and create a patch, I will add it to the mod page. I don't make compatibility patches for mods I don't use.

In certain cases, mods that add categories to the workshop run into problems even if they don't edit the same category. To avoid this, try placing this mod higher (or lower) in the download list. At the moment there is no way to fix this.

Frequently asked questions:

Do robots count towards the settler limit?
  • No. Create as much as you want!
Is it RobCo Certified?
  • No, RobCo Certified will not appear until the GECK release
  • You are sure?
  • No:)
Can you make Mr. Helpers behave like settlers/robots - moving around settlements?
  • No, the menu is not designed to allow buildings to move. I'm trying to find a workaround - if you have experience with Pex Upgrader, please message me.
Can you add Robo-Eyes/Synths?
  • No, the robo-eye radio requires scripting, which is not yet available, and I would like to add synths as settlers - see above.
Can I fix robots if they are destroyed?
  • No, I can't add a fix yet. Robots have many advantages over turrets, so consider this a slight disadvantage.

This mod adds three workbenches that you can place in your settlements with the same models and animations as the original workbenches, but these workbenches allow you to craft items along with customizing weapons or armor.

On these workbenches you can create melee and ranged weapons, ammunition, armor and power armor of all varieties, clothes, suits, helmets, glasses, masks, as well as hairpins and other items. Besides the fact that they look and work as usual, your settlers will also use them.

The mod is divided into 4 modules. The main file contains only post-war/"realistic" items. The other three modules are pre-war/industrial items, special ammunition, power armor and various junk. Choose what you like best.

For Fallout, mods are commonplace. And in New Vegas they have great value, because they can improve an already great game. Now you can make it just perfect! Just download the ones you want Fallout New Vegas fashion and enjoy.

The best standard mods for Fallout New Vegas

Modifications can seriously expand the capabilities of the game without affecting the main storyline. They will easily add variety without affecting the main world and quests.

To graphics

EssentialVisualEnhancements. Redesign of graphics specifically in battles. Created to explore the beauty of combat: explosions, shots, the impact of weapons on enemies and allies, and much more. Turns even an ordinary battle with raiders into a full-fledged action movie. It looks absolutely great.

NMCsTexturePack. A full update of all textures in the Mojave Wasteland (from the main game, does not apply to DLC). Revives the graphics, making them much more detailed and vibrant. The difference is simply staggering.

TheBLACKJACKpack. Exactly 45 new costumes and equipment different types and appointments. Especially for those who prefer variety in clothing. For weapons

They are sold by merchants, they are used by opponents on the map, they lie in containers and are waiting for the owner. In addition, new weapons can be modified and improved.

Other Fallout New Vegas modifications

NewVegasAntiCrash. Definitely necessary! As you know, Fallout New Vegas is an extremely buggy game. This mod stabilizes the engine and significantly reduces the number of crashes and glitches.

More Perks. Over 70 new abilities to play with. Lots of references to known universes, unique effects on the character and a bunch of other interesting features! Worth a try.

This is a whole army.

Global modifications for Fallout New Vegas

Tired of the standard game? Do you want something new and unusual? Then global fashions are what will help. They radically affect the game and seriously change the gameplay and balance, so you will have to get used to the innovations.

ProjectNevada. Completely changes the balance of the game, making it more difficult and interesting. Consists of many blocks that are responsible for different functions:

  1. Weapon handling and combat (required). Includes features of development, modification of objects. You can even set the vision mode!
  2. Rebalance. Many changes in gameplay - from slowing down the growth in levels to reworking the formulas tied to S.P.E.C.I.A.L. You can set up a truly hardcore game.
  3. Equipment. Adds a bunch of new equipment and weapons. The kit included best modifications from popular developers.
  4. Implants. Many implants are added with different characteristics for body parts (arms, legs, head, torso). There are even new abilities to use them.

In this case, the blocks do not have to be turned on all at the same time. Only the first one is required - the rest can be activated in Fallout New Vegas only if desired.

WorldofPain. A small mod that uses game resources. But how does he do it! Many new locations with excellent design have been added. These are not just another point on the map - these are full-fledged worlds.

  • new interesting quests;
  • many unusual merchants;
  • hundreds of dangerous enemies;
  • curious NPCs who are interesting to talk to;
  • entire complexes of locations.

It weighs little because it takes everything it needs from the files of Fallout New Vegas itself.

FortheEnclave. The remnants of the Enclave, which were not finished off in the previous parts of the game, arrive in the Mojave Wasteland. But these are not just regular targets. The faction is available to the player in the same way as all others. It can seriously diversify the gameplay. What can the Enclave offer the Courier?

  • a new five-part story quest;
  • four secondary missions;
  • original partner;
  • new interior solutions;
  • a full-fledged world of technology in the Wasteland and a radio station for it;
  • several random encounters with variable endings.

The new faction is another reason to replay Fallout New Vegas. Perhaps you would like to become a full member of the Enclave or even lead it? Or finish what the Chosen One began 38 years ago and the Lone Traveler continued four years ago - destroy the Enclave completely? It's up to you to decide.
