Lyubovo chocolate sugar cookies. Calorie content of cookies Lyubovo chocolate cookies calorie content 1 piece

I first bought these cookies not so long ago in "Magnet" and was very pleased with both the taste and quality. The price is slightly above average. I respect the Lyubyatovo brand, and now I respect it even more. I decided to write a review, in case someone else doesn’t know about it and hasn’t tried it. If so, be sure to try it! The cookies are simply finger-licking and tongue-swallowing! ) )

Meet:

Lyubyatovo. From the very heart of Russian fields.

In Lyubyatovo, the taste is top notch because our cereals, cookies and crackers are baked from puffed flour!

Tasty and airy!

Name: Sugar cookies "Chocolate". Based on cocoa powder.

Manufacturer:(the letter symbol is indicated in the marking) B - Kellogg Rus LLC, Russia, Voronezh.

Place of purchase: supermarket "Magnit".

Price: about 60 rub.

Net weight: 335

Best before date: 9 months at a temperature of 18+-5 degrees. To maintain the freshness of the product, keep the packaging closed after opening.

Package: very colorful, attractive, partly transparent - top and bottom. Contacts of the consumer relations department are indicated. I always like it when a manufacturer thinks about the convenience of the consumer. This is exactly the case. The packaging opens very easily, thanks to the sewn-in red ribbon, which you pull on - and the “lid” of the package opens itself in seconds. Class!

Appearance: plump cookies, dark brown, matte, with “Lyubyatovo” embossed and spikelets around the perimeter. It’s appetizing, to say the least, it looks presentable - you can serve it with tea for guests. The pack holds quite a lot of pieces. Even just looking at him is nice!

Let's consider compound:

Compound: wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, invert syrup (sugar, acidity regulators: lactic acid, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)), cocoa powder, dry egg melange, raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate (ammonium carbonate salt), sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) ; salt, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavoring.

Product contains milk protein, eggs, gluten, soy, sulfites.

The composition is good! Even I was surprised. If you find fault, then: it is not indicated which one vegetable oil was used in production, besides, soy lecithin (which is now in literally all sweets and ice cream) may well turn out to be a GMO product (90% of soybeans in the world are GMO). Unfortunately, I didn’t find the “Non-GMO” symbol on the packaging.

E503 - Ammonium carbonates: ammonium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate (ammonium carbonate salt). Emulsifier, dough leavening agent. Approved in the EU, Russia. In its original state, E-503 is toxic substance due to the release of ammonia, however, subject to the preparation technology food products, under the influence high temperatures, breaks down into harmless components. Not found in finished, heat-treated products.

Taste, aroma, consistency: very, very tasty, crumbly sugar cookies, but not too sweet! Harmonious chocolate taste(cocoa + I even imagined notes of rum), the most pleasant aroma - just super! It melts in your mouth. It's hard to stop when you eat. Goes great with tea or coffee.

As you can see in the photo: the inside is a little darker than the outside. It crumbles as a liver should.

Nutritional value per 100 g of product: proteins - 7.5 g, fats - 18 g, carbohydrates - 65 g, incl. sugar - 22 g. Energy value: 460 kcal.

Be careful, those losing weight, the caloric content of cookies is like chocolate!)

I hope the review was useful to you

Bonus: Russian proverb: “It is good to be in joy and live in sweetness.”

I apologize in advance for such a stupid question - I didn’t understand all the intricacies of calculating points on a hormonal diet. points are calculated as in the Kremlin diet - i.e. by 1 point per 100g of product? Or are these points for the entire portion? And here's another thing: breakfast 4 points - is it just one product or multi-component? Thank you all in advance)))

Recently I became interested in Mirimanova’s “Minus 60” diet; in general, everything is not bad, and there are goodies in the morning and practically separate meals for lunch and dinner. Not a starvation diet in general, not 3 cabbage leaves a day. But one thing still confuses me is not to eat after 18. How is this possible, for example, I have dinner at 17, because I have a workout at 18, and then drink empty tea or water?

Maybe I should still eat something light at 8 p.m.

served time for drinking diet week, result minus 2.5 kg. I expected more, but I'm glad about it too. I don’t want to stop, but drinking as a long-term option is also not an option))). Considered the 90 day system separate power supply, in which days alternate by type of food - protein, carbohydrate, starch, vitamin. I want to combine these two diets: alternate days of separate eating with drinking. I think this regime is more diverse and humane from a health point of view, and the results will be quick

The whole family is going to Turkey, we are extremely happy. But I’m afraid none of us will think about restrictions there. Once we get to the goodies, we won’t leave the table. How to eat properly on vacation so that you don’t feel excruciatingly scary and upset later? What excesses should you avoid in restaurants and on the beaches?

The “6 petals” diet is ideal for me, I can easily tolerate it, I’ve already practiced it 2 times. Everything is great, except for cottage cheese day - I hate cottage cheese. I’m planning another course from Monday, I ask in advance - what can I replace cottage cheese with? Is it even possible to change it? And does the replacement somehow affect the result? Thank you all in advance for the tips))

Girls, we need your support, advice and experience. It’s already the 11th day of the Dukan diet and there is no result!!! I strictly follow all the rules, but there is no plumb line even 100g!!! What am I doing wrong? What could be the reason for the lack of results? I will be very grateful to everyone for advice and opinions

The question is in the title. Anyone who has been on a strict protein diet with no carbohydrates, please share your experience. According to reviews, she has excellent weight loss results, but how safe is the absence of carbohydrates for health? Did you have any negative consequences?

Good afternoon. I decided to try the Protasov diet - there are such good reviews about it. Need some advice from practitioners. I scoured the Internet looking for details and subtleties. I don’t quite understand about dairy products - there are a lot of contradictions: some say kefir is not allowed, others say only 3.2%, somewhere they write milk with only 5% fat content, is milk allowed?.. Which is correct?

Cookies Lyubyatovo Chocolate I usually don’t buy, although I respect Lyubyatovo’s products. But I don’t buy it because I don’t really like it chocolate cookies. It’s just not my taste) And this time I bought it only because it was on sale at Pyaterochka. The discounted price, it seems, was 44 rubles, and I decided to buy it for a change.

The contents of the packaging (unfortunately, it is opaque, so you can’t see the cookies before you buy them) are cookies of a beautiful dark chocolate color, rectangular, with the Lyubyatovo logo and spikelets. The cookies have a rich chocolate taste, are moderately sweet and not overly flavored. For me these cookies are too chocolatey, as I said, it's not my taste. I don't really like this. But this is purely a matter of taste; the cookies themselves are very high quality. Those who like chocolate cookies should like chocolate Lyubyatovo.

It is very crumbly and tender, not hard or strong. For example, I once bought Alenka chocolate cookies, they were so hard, I had to chew them straight. And Lyubov’s cookies are crumbly, not at all hard, melting in your mouth, but not too rotten either. In the package, the cookies fit together very tightly and are sealed, so they do not crumble in the store and during transportation. But you can’t get around the house without crumbs, especially if you break the cookies into pieces)
