Istanbul in 1 day detailed itinerary. Blog ozkara marina

I've already been to Spain twice. Last time The trip was to Ibiza and I must admit, the vacation was a great success. At first I couldn’t get used to the fact that there were a lot of people in the city, that is, tourists, but then I didn’t even stop noticing them :) it’s always sunny and full bright colors, I hope you enjoy the trip.

Ibiza Airport – Aeropurto de Ibiza (Ibiza)

In general, it is correct to say “Ivica”, as the name of the island on which the city is located, but everyone is more accustomed to saying it the way the name of the city is written. The city is only 6 kilometers from the airport. I would like to go again, perhaps the next time will be soon, and my husband and I will take a break from the winter Moscow weather. If you wish, book tickets in advance; as experience has shown, they are often not available at exactly the time when you need them; you can purchase them on different sites, for example, here.

Everything is standard at the airport, from cafes to ATMs. By the way, I recommend renting it immediately at the airport, since you will need cash to pay for transport. Near the ATMs you will also find exchange offices if you need them. There is one medical center and a pharmacy, so you can always ask for help if necessary.

There is a paid shower and a “mother and child” room, which any mother can use to feed and change her child. There are also several cafes where, in principle, you can a quick fix have a snack so as not to be hungry. As for entertainment, that is free internet. If this is not of interest to you, you can sit in the departure lounge, where there is a beautiful panoramic view, to watch the planes take off.

Getting into the city from the airport is easy, but it all depends on what time of day you arrive. In any case, you have a choice, from the airport you can get:

  • by bus;
  • Taxi;
  • transfer;
  • by car.

By bus

The bus stops at the airport exit, where passengers can board and travel to the city. Unfortunately, there are only three buses from the airport on different routes, and it often happens that there is not enough space to get there. The journey to the bus station takes 15 minutes. You need to take one of the buses, depending on where you need to go:

  • bus number 10 - from the airport goes to the Ibiza Bus Station, where you can get off. Then the bus goes to the seaport “Botafoch”, this will be the final stop. The bus leaves every 15 minutes in the summer season, and every 30 minutes in other seasons. The departure time of the first bus is at 07:00, and the last at 23:00;

  • bus No. 9 - this route operates only from the beginning of June until September 12, it simply does not go any further, so keep that in mind. The bus departs from the airport along the route “San Antonio – San Jos”. The bus departs every hour, starting at 07:00 and ending at 00:00;

  • bus No. 24 - this route is valid from June 1 to the last day of September, after which it, like No. 9, is irrelevant. The bus runs on the route “Airport – Cala Nova – Es Canar – Santa Eulria”. The bus starts running from 07:00 to 23:00 every hour.

Fare

  • Travel on bus number 10 will cost 3.50 euros;
  • Travel on bus number 0 will cost you 4 euros;
  • But a trip on bus number 24 is 4.50 euros.

Where to buy tickets

You don’t need to buy tickets anywhere, you just need to pay the driver the fare to get on the bus.

By taxi

The good thing about a taxi is that it works around the clock and getting into the city in the middle of the night will not be a problem. Taxis are located right outside the airport and you will notice them as soon as you leave the terminal. Taxis have white, you can take absolutely anything, since the fare is still fixed, and you won’t pay more than necessary. All taxis are metered, so feel free to hop in to get to the city quickly. Travel time will take no more than 10 minutes.

Fare

  • Directions to weekdays from 07:00 to 21:00 it will cost 13 euros;
  • The fare on holidays and weekends, as well as from 21:00 to 07:00, increases by 15 percent, so keep this in mind if you get on at night.

By transfer

If you wish and have the funds, you can always order a transfer, as this is a convenient way to get to the city. All you need to do is book your transfer in advance, choosing the company that suits you best. Then you need to send a transfer request, everywhere with a standard set of questions:

  • your full name;
  • city and country;
  • flight number;
  • arrival date;
  • how many of you are there;
  • car make;
  • address where to deliver;
  • phone number.

After your application is approved, you can be sure that the transfer will be waiting for you upon arrival. As soon as you go through all the formalities and receive your luggage, you leave the airport, you will see that the driver is already waiting for you with a sign in his hands. The sign will have your name on it so that you can recognize the driver and understand that he has come to pick you up.

Transfer cost

The transfer will cost about 70 euros.

By car

And the last, I would say, the most convenient option is to rent a car. Most tourists take it to make it convenient to move around the city and country. Here, of course, everything depends on your financial capabilities and desires, but nevertheless, it is always convenient. You can rent a car in advance, this is good because you can choose the car you want. You can even rent a car, but I repeat, do it in advance, for your own convenience.

But if you rent upon arrival, then there is a risk that you will have to choose a car from the leftovers and it is not a fact that you will like it. Also, if you rented in advance, don’t forget a copy of the contract; you will be asked for it when you arrive at the company’s counter. If not, then be sure to take your license and, by the way, it must be of international standard.
