The next stage is the pattern of the ears. After this, cut out the blanks for the ears from the resulting double-sided pieces.

We take the tail and fold it lengthwise, stitch it, leaving an allowance of a few millimeters. We leave a hole at the end of the ponytail and do not sew it up.

After this, we sew together the parts of the body of the future mouse, but do not forget to leave a hole so that we can then fill our toys with filler.

We turn the resulting blanks right side out and carefully fill them with holofiber or cotton wool. By the way, an ordinary long thin pencil is perfect for this purpose. After this procedure is completed, insert the tail into the hole, thus the unstitched end, and sew everything together with a hidden seam. To make the toy look fun, the tip of the mouse's tail can be tied in a knot.

We carefully fold the ears in half and sew them to the body. The toy is almost ready. Details - eyes, mustache, nose - can be drawn with cosmetics, but it is better to embroider them with a floss stitch.

Catnip toy

Making a fun, scented accessory for your kitten, cat or feline is even easier than making a stuffed mouse.
