What is the validity period of a disabled person's parking permit?
A parking permit for a disabled person is officially valid until the 1st day of the month following the month before which the disability was established. For example, if the disability certificate is valid until July 15, 2015, then the parking permit will be valid until August 1, 2015.

  4. Wait for the result of the application review.

Having received a notification that you have been assigned free parking benefits, you must register the car for which the parking permit is issued in a special database where basic information on the subject of the preferential preference is recorded.

In particular, the following information is entered into this register:

  • number of the preferential parking certificate and its validity period;
  • last name, first name, patronymic of the disabled person or his legal representative;
  • registration address, contact details;

Required documents

  • transport that has a special “disabled person” sign.

Procedure for obtaining a permit
