Decorate the hall for the holiday. Decorating a music room in a dhow for the holidays

The first clothespins appeared back in the Stone Age and since then have served mainly for household purposes. But if you have a handful of unnecessary (at least temporarily) clothespins, they will be useful not only for drying clothes - after all, you can use them to create a lot of interesting things with your children! Toys, home decor, various useful little things - and all this is simple, quick and literally from nothing.

Making toys

Let's start with them, perhaps. Maybe clothespins don’t make the most luxurious toys, but that doesn’t matter - after all, the very process of creating them turns into a game.

We may need plastic and wooden clothespins, paints and felt-tip pens, colored paper and cardboard, glue and scissors, an egg tray, popsicle sticks, toy “running” eyes (they can be made from tablets) and other little things that will be found in time. hands.

Clothespins just need to add a few details to make them look like some kind of animal or airplane. And clothespins disassembled into halves can be used as construction parts and assembled from them, say, doll furniture, a dinosaur skeleton or an entire fortress.

Little comical scenes depict a chicken emerging from an egg and a gift emerging from a box; while the toad catches a fly, the shark eats fish for breakfast... You can come up with plots yourself - everything is very easy and does not take much time.

For work we will need pencils, cardboard and glue. We cut out any shape from cardboard at our discretion. You can even cut out a ready-made template from a book or magazine), then glue both parts onto a clothespin - and have fun with “theater” on clothespins

And here are cute little animals on “stilts” - figures cut out of paper with paws made from clothespins. Here you can draw, paint, and rustle with scissors - and then help your drawings “stand firmly on their feet” in three-dimensional space. Simple and convenient!

It will be useful on the farm...

A hot stand is always a relevant and necessary thing in the house! For these purposes, it is better to use wooden clothespins, since the plastic may accidentally melt under a “dusty” frying pan or pan. The manufacturing technique is simple: help the child remove the springs from the clothespins, and he can easily glue them together into a fan himself.

Such a napkin holder would look good in the company of a samovar: there is something very Russian about it, which makes it similar to carved wooden towers... Just think - and just recently it was clothespins!

Great idea for crafters: spool clothespins. It is very convenient to clamp the end of the thread so that it does not unwind.

Homemade watch

Quite an interesting way to plan your day: thanks to clothespins, you can easily change your “schedule”, rearrange items and use the main cards for a long time. We connect the clock mechanism from an old alarm clock to a plate, on the edges of which you can draw numbers or simply rely on the prompts of clothespins.

Frame for collage

We have a universal design for pictures, notes, memorable little things, as well as a reusable frame for holiday decor. It’s not at all difficult to do something similar: we take a set of wooden clothespins, as well as a couple of meters of tape and the future frame - a wooden hoop or photo frame. We collect everything that will please the eye and begin to loosely attach it to the base with clothespins. The main thing is not to overdo it and maintain the color scheme. Now we pass a ribbon through our “wreath” and tie a big bow, and you can hang it - either on the wall or on the door.

Pots for greenery

It looks fresh and original: a flat tin can (from sardines, caviar, some kind of whiskey) and ordinary clothespins turn into a cute pot (or a cup for pencils).

The tin must first be thoroughly washed and dried, and the paper label, if any, must be removed. Now we tightly place wooden clothespins on the edges of the jar (plastic ones do not form an even wall, but will stick out to the sides). You can place small house plants or cut flowers in a glass inside.

Mirror frame

For eco-style decor, in addition to the mirror itself, we will need wooden clothespins. You can simply attach them to the edges, or you can make your life more difficult and, by removing the springs from the clothespins, thoroughly “blind” the frame using mirror glue, thick cardboard and acrylic paint.

More light!

You can make stylish lamps from wooden clothespins. In the photo on the left, a piece of mesh twisted into a cylinder is used as a base. On the right is a large spiral of wire. Clothespins are attached to any type of frame in a matter of minutes, and the craft is ready! The finished lamp gives beautiful and soft shadows on the floor and walls.

But these candlesticks are made using the same technique as plant pots: they will decorate the ceiling with bright spots of light in the shape of stars.

Decorative clothespins

Why not just decorate your boring household clothespins? Some creative craftsman has decorated them with stylish fabric flowers... If you don’t really like flowers or seem too troublesome, let your child simply decorate them with buttons and rhinestones. But you shouldn’t paint clothespins with paints or felt-tip pens - if you are still going to use them for laundry, of course.

But you can also use such elegant clothespins for decoration, as well as pinch gift wrapping with them or add them to a card. In this case, the clothespin can be decorated with fabric, wrapping paper, strewn with beads - in a word, let your imagination run free.

Colored (painted) clothespins with inscriptions in marker can serve as bright and original “reminders”, complement notes on the refrigerator and generally bring a little humor into our everyday life. In our photo, for example, multi-colored “motivators” advise you to make good decisions and correctly, remind you of the need to be yourself and call your mother.

As you can see, clothespins can be useful for many things - and even if hand-made decor does not fit into the interior of your home, then clothespins are always welcome in children's creativity!

Let's start, as promised, with simple crafts for the little ones. For kids, we suggest making dragonflies, a chicken, a palm, gliders, a flock of sharks... and not be limited to this list.

In addition to clothespins, we will need:

  • glue;
  • popsicle sticks (a great excuse to eat ice cream more often, isn't it?);
  • paper or cardboard;
  • brush and paints;
  • scissors;
  • threads, buttons and beads.

Clothespin dragonfly

1. Color the clothespin.

2. String 2 beads on a thread, glue the thread to the “lip” of the clothespin so that it looks like eyes.

3. Take 2 popsicle sticks, fold them crosswise and secure with a clothespin clip. The dragonfly is ready!

Chicken Little

A bright chicken is a cute decoration for a flower pot. Especially if they haven't bloomed yet.

1. Paint the clothespin with yellow paint.

2. Cut out wings and a head from yellow paper, and a comb and beak from red paper.

3. Glue a comb and beak to the chicken’s head, draw eyes.

4. Glue the body and wings to a clothespin. That's all, it turned out to be a chicken.

Crafts from clothespins: air flotilla

And boys will definitely appreciate this craft.

1. Paint the clothespin blue.

3. Paint 2 long popsicle sticks red and 2 short ones blue.

4. Glue short sticks to the tail of the glider, and use long sticks to make parallel wings.

5. Cut out a screw from yellow paper and decorate it with a red button.

6. Glue the propeller to the nose of the plane.

Don’t limit yourself to a single plane, make a whole combat squad - firstly, children will find it interesting to play with each other, and secondly, these toys allow them to explore new spaces for play (bedspreads, tablecloths, curtains), previously inaccessible.

Palm made from clothespins

The palm is the simplest craft made from clothespins: you just need to cut out a circle-palm from cardboard and attach clothespins to it.

School of sharks

Scary toothy sharks - equipment for playing shipwreck and treasure.

1. Paint the clothespins blue.

2. Cut out triangular fins, paint or decorate with glitter, and glue.

3. Draw the teeth.

4. Use a medicine blister, cardboard and beads to make eyes for the sharks.

Ready! Rotating its eyes madly, the predatory craft made from clothespins rushes towards the treasure hunters. And even bites if they swim too close!

Want to show how a shark hunts? Glue a small cardboard fish to one side. It will be visible when the shark opens its mouth.

We showed only a few crafts made from clothespins - the possibilities of this simple material at hand are truly inexhaustible. Experiment with your children, make toys and create entire worlds populated by clothespin characters.

Holiday decoration- a very important stage in the preparation of any celebration; the mood of both the guests and the heroes of the joyful event largely depends on it.

Balloons, flower arrangements, fabrics, themed costumes and props, beautiful lighting - all this creates a special festive atmosphere, and sometimes literally immerses everyone in a fairy tale. A well-organized and decorated holiday that awakens the imagination, pleases the eye and ear - is able to “reach out” to all our organs of perception and evoke a whole cascade of joyful emotions.

We offer several ideas for

Idea 1. Decoration with balloons.

Balloons are loved by adults and children. (aerodesign) is an absolutely win-win option: balloons have the wonderful ability to transform any, even the most prosaic, space.

The help of event agencies and professional designers will be needed if the event takes place in a cafe or restaurant. In intimate conditions - at home or in the country - you can handle aerodesign yourself.

For a garland of balloons You will need a fishing line and at least a hundred pieces of multi-colored balls. For a ceiling garland, balloons filled with air are suitable. It's simple: balls are attached to a fishing line that is fixed to the wall or ceiling (with regular tape or safety pins) at equal distances (determine the length of the garland yourself).

Balloon arch. The arch of balloons looks very solemn; it is usually used to decorate the entrance to the room or the “throne” of the heroes of the occasion; the most significant moments of the holiday take place around it.

For the arch, balloons filled with helium are also attached to the fishing line. So that the arch can stand, weights are tied to the ends of the fishing line or original “stands” are created from balloons: we inflate 4 large balloons and in the process add water to them, approximately a third of the volume. (Forget about threads, because we tie a ball of water with a knot from its own “tail”, with a thread we tie the balls in pairs, fold the pairs crosswise, attach the fishing line, of course, to the bottom pair of balls, as if pressing it to the floor the top two). You can attach a bunch of multi-colored helium balloons or foil balloons of different shapes to the “stands” - hearts, flowers, funny animals.

And they cause special delight bouquets of balloons or figures of various heroes. For children's parties, this technique is also suitable: simply “release” balloons filled with helium to the ceiling. It looks very impressive if you tie long foil ribbons to the balls, at the end of which light caramels are attached (a large helium ball can withstand 3 grams of weight). For an anniversary or wedding, you can hang sprigs of greenery or light flowers from the ends of the ribbons.

Sometimes design or decorative elements can be used to develop the plot of a holiday scenario. For example. Bundles of balls of different colors participate in the drawing and activate the guests before the feast.

One single balloon can bring a smile, but a whole hall of balloons: garlands, funny figures, bouquets - this is a whole fireworks display of delight and fun.

Idea 2. Decoration with flowers.

Decorating a holiday with flowers is the most ancient and proven way to transform a space - Flora’s fresh and juicy pets will not only decorate the event, but will give the holiday a special aroma and will greatly help in creating a themed holiday (for example, for a wedding in a wonderful forest or a girl’s birthday in the fairy kingdom ).

From flowers and greenery you can make magic meadow, figurines of fairy-tale characters, spflatter chic garlands, make charming bouquets- any agency will offer a whole list of such options, although a lot can be done on your own.

The easiest way is flower petals. We scatter them on the table in creative disorder, add them to a fruit dish, and place them on the edge of dinner plates. And in the center of the table we place a wide vase filled with water, in which open roses and candles float. Simple and romantic.

You can decorate with branches of greenery legs of tables and chairs. You can, in order not to clutter up the space, decorate the room with flowers in beautiful hanging planters.

Wildflowers are suitable for creating garlands, which are hung wherever you wish. By the way, don’t forget about all sorts of bouquets and bouquets- they decorate the clothes of visiting guests, the edges of the tablecloth, and even ordinary window curtains.

The secret to successfully decorating a holiday with flowers is to adhere to a single style and restrained color scheme - excessive diversity can ruin everything.

Idea 3. Decoration with fabrics.

Draperies made of fabrics in the walls between the windows and columns, a single color scheme for the entire room, right down to the covers on the chairs and the table decoration - will add chic and respectability to the anniversary, wedding (or other celebration). For children's parties, decorating with fabrics is especially appropriate for themed parties .

Any professional in decorating a holiday with beautiful drapery can transform the traditional decoration of any cafe beyond recognition. The design in which drapery is combined with aerodesign and floral arrangements looks especially advantageous. For example, the so-called backdrop, located behind the newlyweds or the hero of the day will look dignified and solemn if you combine a flow of flowing fabric with flowers or a panel of balloons.

Do you want experiment at home? Then take the tulle, cut it into equal strips and simply drape the backs of the chairs and decorate with flowers. Cut narrow ribbons from the same tulle and tie each one with a bow; attach the bows to the tablecloth. Small scraps of tulle can be tied to the stems of wine glasses and cutlery.

Drapery will especially shine when decorating the recently fashionable colored weddings.: chocolate wedding, raspberry, black and white, etc. and to create the appropriate atmosphere at any themed parties.

Idea 4. “Light” of your holiday.

The success of organizing a fun holiday depends on the professionalism of the host, good music and many different details, for example, the lighting of the hall. Color music and LED garlands They will add true sparkle to the celebration and will be very useful as an option for “soft light” at certain moments of the evening.

LED garlands a la “fringe” (white LEDs on a transparent cord base) can be used to entwine columns, decorate tables, or complement a flower garland under the ceiling. LED "rain" good as a light curtain on windows. Thanks to its design, it also looks impressive on the backdrop.

LED mesh- generally an ideal option. She looks so elegant that she alone can decorate the entire space. It is hung on windows, on walls, and on backdrops behind the heroes of the occasion.

With the help of lighting design, you can enhance the effect of a prepared gift or decorate touching moments in themed holidays. So, when presenting a certificate for awarding one of the stars to the name of your beloved or during a game moment, an overhead projector with views of the starry sky will help create the appropriate atmosphere.

You can order the lighting design for your holiday, or you can buy all these luminous devices and thereby provide yourself with a long-lasting accessory and then any of your family celebrations will have its own light, color and mood.

Idea 5. Decoration of themed holidays.

When planning a holiday, which is conceived in a certain style, a children's themed party or an adult themed party, usually a variety of types of room design are used: drapery with fabrics, balloons, flowers and lights - everything is aimed at making the holiday exciting and memorable.

Excellent options for weddings- this is their device in an oriental or Indian style, in the style of Hollywood, retro or disco. For a romantic wedding in the “Scarlet Sails” style, you cannot do without appropriate drapery that would imitate a sailing ship. (Not forgetting the scarlet color, pay attention to marine motifs: you can choose floral arrangements with shells and starfish, and decorate the walls with silhouettes of seagulls, a lighthouse and, of course, picturesque shores).

You can’t do without textiles at an oriental wedding. (Use as many reds, oranges and golds as possible here). To create the illusion of a tent, the fabrics chosen are flowing and gauzy, carpets, pillows and soft cushions are added. And orchids, jasmine and chrysanthemums and soft light will complement the picture.

Today I have collected several simple, but quite effective ways to decorate a hall (assembly, music) for a children's party.

The downside of this idea is that creating paper decorations takes a lot of time, so if we are talking about decorating a school hall, I advise you to conduct several master classes with children of middle and high school age. This is the only way to get many of the same elements for your holiday decoration.

Large voluminous flowers and pompoms

Pompoms of different colors and sizes can be bought in online stores. They will be delivered folded, all you have to do is fluff them up.

If you have time and free hands, you can do it yourself.

I won’t repeat myself, I’ll just point you to my article, in which there are three examples fairly large paper products. Just be careful, some flowers are made from corrugated paper, and hanging balls And outdoor flowers- out of thin silence.

We follow the picture, there is a description:

How to decorate a hall with such flowers?

  • can be hung from the ceiling
  • attach to the edge of the stage (as a rule, there is always something to cover there :-))
  • hang vertically on ribbons along the edges of the stage
  • lay along the edges of the “carpet” path along which graduates solemnly walk

Corrugated paper flowers

There is no way to do this without collective creativity. But! If you make a sketch 2-3 months before the event, you can quite manage to do everything. Again I’m sending you to my article with 10 master classes on making flowers and bouquets that will decorate not only the stage, but also festive tables (follow the picture):

By the way, ideas can be taken from newlyweds, whose tables are decorated with living plants. What a difference, actually! These are charming examples of flower arrangements that will look very festive even on paper!

Here I will also mention the “trees of happiness”. They are also made from corrugated paper or colored table napkins. It turns out elegant, there are quite a lot of master classes on the Internet, look for it!

How to decorate a hall with voluminous garlands

The point is this: you need to make three-dimensional figures from paper, which are then strung at some distance from each other on threads, fishing lines or thin ribbons. Such garlands hanging from the ceiling will greatly decorate a music or assembly hall.

Here is my example - pigeons in the clouds: I print out a diagram of a paper dove (by the way). For one garland we need two such birds. Cut out and fold along the folds, looking at the drawing in the right corner.

We will alternate pigeons with paper clouds like these. I don’t give you a diagram - we randomly cut out identical parts from 2 sheets of A4 format, bend them and fasten them in the center with a stapler. In a large figure, I cut out a small detail inside. This will also be a small cloud.

All! All that remains is to assemble our voluminous garland onto a string! I did this with a needle, securing the parts simply with a “step back” seam so that they would not roll down.

How do you like my pigeons in the clouds? By the way, these garlands spin very beautifully from any air movement. In the diagram the dove has legs, but we don't need it to stand on the table, I just made a curve at the bottom.

Cardboard letters

The inscriptions on the back of the stage are a weak point almost always and everywhere. The letters are poorly painted, the letter spacing is not maintained, and everything, as a rule, looks unprofessional.

If possible, it is better not to do this at all :-). But there are times when inscriptions or numbers are required. For example, a school anniversary.

I suggest decorating large cardboard letters with small flowers from colored napkins. The work is painstaking, but the effect is quite interesting.

The napkins are the most ordinary, small ones. One flower requires 2 napkins. Place them folded one on top of the other, draw a circle using a saucer, and cut them out. We fasten it in the center with a stapler. What to do next can be seen in the picture. We fix the resulting flowers with glue on a cardboard blank with numbers or letters.

Wall decorations

The picture on the left shows charming flowers with voluminous petals. Cut out the hearts, fold them in half, and glue one side. We made them quite large - one petal was made from half a landscape sheet. A noticeable decoration, no doubt about it! We attached them to strips of plain blue wallpaper and decorated the backdrop of the stage.

The right picture shows a “musical” wreath made from photocopies of music pages. The rolls are easy to roll and the results are amazing!

Ready-made three-dimensional paper decorations

Please appreciate my enormous work - articles with pictures that I have prepared for your convenience. She found the best examples of design, gave advice on installation and assembly :-). All these elements are quite LARGE, perfect for the hall, the price is quite reasonable.

I wish you pleasant viewing (click on the red words):
