Center for Rehabilitation Treatment "Child Psychiatry" named after. S.S. Mnukhina is a state health care institution in St. Petersburg, the scope of which includes the provision of psychiatric, psychological and some other types of specialized medical care to children, adolescent patients, as well as their parents living in St. Petersburg.

In the structure of TsVL named after. S.S. Mnukhin includes several divisions, including:

Day hospital;

Psychoneurological day hospital (rehabilitation);

In the day hospital, children aged 3.5-7 years are treated in the direction of local psychiatrists. In a psychoneurological rehabilitation hospital (daytime) with an integrated education school, rehabilitation medical, psychological and pedagogical activities are carried out for children with school maladjustment caused by neurotic disorders and children with impaired school skills not caused by mental retardation. The department operates a school (grades 5-9), a computer encephalograph and an ultrasound scanner, offices for a dentist, ophthalmologist, and physiotherapist.

IN Psychoneurological dispensaries (PNDO) provide consultative, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitation, psychoprophylactic, and social assistance on an outpatient basis. The Department for the Treatment of Childhood and Adolescent Neuroses provides consultative and diagnostic assistance to patients with neurosis-like conditions, neuroses, and speech disorders. In the crisis prevention department (working around the clock), TsVL specialists provide emergency psychological and psychiatric assistance to children and adolescents in a state of psychological crisis (acute grief, confusion, suicidal mood, family and school maladjustment), as well as victims of all types of violence.
